We stumbled across this hidden gem upon going inside we was met by all I can describe as a step back into time. The interior was nicely lit by tea candles and fairy lights giving a wonderful ambiance enhanced by the old time style furniture and decor. The draft selection was second to none including the one and only hawkstone a personal favourite! There was an option for Indoor or outdoor bench seating at the front of the establishment which on a sunny day was a nice touch. We was served and welcomed by a knowledgeable lovely member of staff named Jess. We have simply fell in love with the place and will be making efforts to return regularly! Huge recommendation to visit! Jess your a credit to the establishment

Three of us really enjoyed our lunches, pleasant staff and inside eating at fantastic prices and all lovely and fresh. Two of us had the prawn salad and the other had breakfast with a cup of tea included. If ever back in Worcester we will certainly pop in for another great meal, we couldn't fault the café.

Food was good, service was good. But all diners be aware there are hidden charges that are not made clear, advertised was starter and main for £20 the bill arrived which contained VAT and service charges, NONE were made clear that was visible to any of the party at the table. Realy spoilt the night and will not visit again as feel as though we were conned.

Good carvery, a good choice of vegetables and a really nice place. These days, ales are very popular and can be found in most pubs and eateries. However, the only one here was Banks’s bitter. Some local Wye Valley or Hobson’s ales would have improved their offering.

Went for cocktails with a group of friends last night. From 4-9 Sunday - Friday they have 2 cocktails for £13.50 which is great value as they are lovely and well presented. The seating area is well decorated. Outdoor seating is nice and overlooks the cathedral. The music was just the right volume to set a good atmosphere but still be able to have a conversation. All the staff are friendly and efficient. Bar queues moved really quickly. They are constantly clearing glasses away and keeping the place looking good. I have eaten here in the past and remember it being excellent. Will try the food again at some point and update.

After a long and tiring day at work, I decided to treat myself to a solo dinner at Bill's, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Pavel, who truly made my evening by. Pavel looked after me in a thoroughly professional manner, but it was his genuine interest in my day that really stood out. Sometimes, a random, friendly conversation is exactly what you need, and Pavel provided just that. It was clear he extended this same attentive service to every customer in the restaurant. For my meal, I opted for the Caesar salad and a side of the chilli cord ribs. Oh my goodness, those ribs! They were absolutely delicious – a must-try if you haven't already! Thank you to Bill's for a great experience, and a special thank you to Pavel for his exceptional service. I will definitely be back!

A centrally placed hotel with very comfortable beds and a great breakfast, £12.50 extra. Our room 22 was a bit tired , especially the bathroom which had cracks in the wall with paint peeling off. A large crack in basin, would have asked for a change of room but we had unpacked by the time we saw it. Quite noisy as bin wagon came down at 6.30am and Friar street was busy. Staff very friendly and bar area was pleasant. Only in room for short time so didn’t really spoil our stay. Car park convenient next door but £11 for overnight so pricey if staying for a while.
