An all round flawless experience. The restaurant itself was clean and contemporary, the service was efficient, professional and polite and the food was hot, delicious and well presented. The gentleman who took payment was extra attentive- even offering to get the door as I had a suitcase with me. The food I felt was good value and I have nothing but praise for the experience I had today.

Fast and friendly service with great food. An all round great breakfast out.

Staff very friendly and helpful, they know all the regulars and what they have . Food good and plenty. Caters for all dietary needs vegetarian and gluten free. We go there all the time

Poppins has always been a place to go when wanting to eat out, the staff who are lovely people, they try their best to make sure the experience you have is top tier, if theres any issues they deal with it to keep things to your satisfaction x

Not like what it used to be place used to be packed at 1 time me and my other half went in there today and was disappointed she found a black hair in the food and she couldn't eat it.she left the biggest part of the food on the plate sorry for this review but that was our experience

The children's menu is quite cheap and very much worth the price. Can't say the same for the main menu. Food looks overpriced. I was divided between having the lasagna or the curry. I chose the curry, and I regret my decision. The curry was definitely not worth the price. The chicken was extremely hard and dry. The rice was easy to see it was one of those £1 microwave rice. My advice is either improved the rice to be enjoyable or removed it from the menu. The staff was not polite or helpful. The place is very cramped, there is this sort of rush environment. Did not enjoy it at all.

My peas are still frozen, meat not cooked, everything tasteless, my chips are soggy, my mushrooms are crispy and I’ve stired my hot chocolate about 60 times and it’s still bitty

I famously had the famous Mega breakfast and it did not disappoint. Best place in town.

Great breakfast my wife and the full English, but I saw that the menu included apple pie. I wasn’t sure this would be available in the morning, but it was and served with custard. Life couldn’t be better. Service was excellent, friendly and quick.

Forgot that I had been here before a long time ago. When my friend suggested we get some lunch. We'll it was disgusting. Yet agains buts of black stuff on the all day vegetarian breakfast which yet again was black pudding. The reason given when we returned it was all food Is cooked on the same hit plate. I know people might think it was my choice for revisiting but really why on earth advertise something that's not suitable in any way. Just don't say you cater for vegetarians when clearly you don't. Because there are plenty of other places that are suitable. The look on the woman's face was a picture when I asked for a refund. At first she refused but eventually refunded me. As the menu was 💯 misleading disgusting.

Poppins is always good. We never have a problem and they cater well for my granddaughter.

I really enjoyed my breakfast here ,it was well cooked and had a large menu to choose from including desserts ,staff were nice and friendly too ,so if you are in the market for a good breakfast or main meals or desserts at a good price with value for money then you will be happy to have found this place . It's been here over 50years because I went there myself when I was a little boy with my mum as a treat . There's a reason it's still around all these years and that's because it's value for money and it was nearly full on a Monday which says it all.

Immaculately clean disabled toilet!! Friendly & helpful staff. Only had a pot of tea!!

Poppins is a reasonably-priced restaurant with an extensive menu throughout the day. We've been a few times recently and enjoyed freshly cooked breakfasts. (£5.99 for bacon,sausage,egg, tomato or beans, and a round of toast.) Larger breakfasts, including veggie, are also on the menu. Quick service and pleasant staff.

Poppins is always a favourite off mine, nice cheap and cheerful and I know I will be filled up. The location is a bit small but I do enjoy it as it feels more homey!

Best all day breakfast in Worcester. Good sized, well cooked meal with generous servings. Freshly cooked food which hasn't lingered in a greasy pan. In fact a very grease free hearty breakfast. Order was taken within minutes of being seated by efficient friendly guy who whizzed around checking on everyone as he effortlessly seemed to be everywhere doing everything. Waitress was chatty and friendly and everything was clean and clutter free. 100% recommend you eat here if you want value for money and great food in a clean friendly cafe.

Over priced for what you get on your plate, my toast was given to me after I had eaten my breakfast plus it was cold and the little bit of butter they put with it obviously been on someone else's plate but wasn't used so they re- used it with me, half a glass of pop £2.65!!!! Let's just say for my 1st visit it is defo my last.......

One of my favourite places to go for brekkie or lunch. My nan used to take me there when I was a child and I loved it as much then as I do now. Now I'm taking my kids there and they love it equally! Never had a bad plate of food and the prices are always reasonable. Always clean and tidy and staff are welcoming and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place enough 👌

Well, the excuse that I was a screaming infant once is not quite relevant. Actually, my parents had neither time nor money to take us into restaurants, especially not during a working day. They are grafters. The place was half empty due to the noise. The mother was obviously a family member of the owner. This place has lost a customer and a good review due to the attitude. Small children no problem. Being self entitled and arrogant is. Good menu and food but this isn't a community centre.

I heard about this place from a friend and I wasn't disappointed. Great comfort food and lovely staff! Prices are very affordable and portions are big. I would recommend everyone to try this place

A large breakfast is expensive and they consider a large breakfast one bacon one sausage one egg 3mushroom cold toast and a small pot of beans....I'm always still hungry after don't waste your time and money hear it's not good

Poppins always serves great quality food at reasonable prices. Personally, I come here for the all-day breakfasts as they are amazing. Plenty of space to sit and the service is always friendly and efficient.

Omg ordered a veggie breakfast that was on the menu so expected to get a veggie breakfast. When it arrived it was covered in black bits. Not being sure what it was I decided to ask. Omg the answer was oh it's only a bit of black pudding off the grill. I can't believe they thought that they could cook vegatarian food next to meat and actually serve it to a vegetarian especially when they advertise it as vegatarian. I asked for a refund and they looked at me like I was from Mars. Absolutely disgusting.

Reasonably priced breakfast. I had the eggs benedict and my partner had the full English. Tasty and value for money no frills breakfast.

We visit Poppins regularly mainly because the food is tasty and fresh and not least because the staff are amazing. Irfan the manager and Jade the waitress are just incredible, so hardworking, always a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. When afternoon tea was announced as a new venture we had to try it of course! We booked in advanced and arrived to find our table reserved and plates set with real napkins which was a lovely touch. There was a tasty selection of sandwiches, tuna, egg, ham and cheese on both white and brown bread. The cakes were very nice and we soon polished them off including a cream donut, square of custard slice and a chocolate muffin filled with cream. On the top tier of the stand there were two plain scones with dishes of jam and lovely thick cream. I chose to pay a little extra to have my usual large americano coffee but tea would have been included. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tea, or indeed any meal at Worcester Poppins.

Only popped in for a drink and a piece of cake, staff are very pleasant, and the place is clean ,woulddefinitely call in again.

This is the first time we’ve visited this cafe. Our hotel couldn’t provide a breakfast for us as they had a problem in the kitchen. We were advised to try this place for breakfast, what a find. The food was very tasty and prompt. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and provided a great service. Needless to say that next time we are in Worcester we’ll not pay for hotel breakfast and go straight to Poppins. We’ll done to all.

Went in, welcomed by a lovely male. Other half ordered a breakfast, and it was swimming with grease and a very small portion for the price. When I placed my order, a B. E. S. T, the person serving us didn't know what one was. (serving breakfast foods you would think it's obvious). 2 bacon, 1 sausage, very rubbery egg, way too many tomatoes, they overpowered everything. But the best bit... It came with side salad 🤔 won't be back.

The food is amazing quality, generous quantities, cleanest toilet in Worcester, the manager is the best person you can dream of. You can feel the passion his running thos business with. The barista is far superior compared to any other in Worcester. If you understand coffee and aprechiate a real top quality cup that only realy great barista can make, than this is your place for breakfast, snack, brunch or even just a coffee. I have meetings here and can’t think of many other places to visit

The Food and Service are always first class. Varied menu for all tastes and not overpriced. Suitable for families and all ages. Have visited regularly in last few years and highly recommend.

Not as good as it used to be portions seem to have shrunk. I understand that businesses are suffering like us general public folk but please don't lose your excellent portions and standards that invite us all through the door

To he honest I don’t think you can find better staff in the whole of Worcester. The place runs like clockwork as the manager is so efficient and the rest of the staff especially Jade, are very kind and helpful. The food is always freshly cooked and tasty we come here regularly for breakfast and lunch and would highly recommend a visit.

Me and my parents go to poppins at least once a week. As soon as you walk in your welcomed by amazing staff and great service. The food is absolutely outstanding and very reasonable prices aswell highly recommended

Lovely place to bave breakfast. Staff are polite and very attentive, however during our visit the waiter bought us the wrong meal. We weren't even aware of it, until the waiter told us, the plate was taken away and given to the other table that was theirs. But it didn't affect the overall experience and the food was great!
