Loved this place, would go again. Great menu, great service and great ambience.

This place is so good. I got in and out within 45 minutes and the food was exactly what I ordered. The waitress was attentive and reminded me that I wanted to get a to-go order for dinner later.

The food was above average and enjoyable the menu I would put at an upmarket McDonald's and a wannabe five guys, the service by most of the waiting staff was why are you here apart from one who wanted you to enjoy the experience who tipped accordingly now the clincher, they push kids eat free which is great if you cater for kids orange juice and apple juice doesn't normally cut it for most five year old I can honestly say I have never been in a bar that doesn't sell any form of cordial, at the end of the meal it's time to pay the bill, WE DONT TAKE CASH!!! fine tell me when I book not well it's on the bottom of the menu in small print or we've got a sticker on the door you can see when it's closed I am taking 5 adults and three children to eat on Good Friday you cater to my needs as the customer if my money is not good enough you tell me when I book I look at the food on a menu not the small print I walk through doors not at the stickers finally I will give a tip when it's deserved not taken by a service charge put on the bill I would question if the staff actually get it all in all about average nothing to say Great and won't be going back.

I had fruit pancakes, apart from the top one, the rest were dry nothing in-between. Very poor.

Decent breakfast - everything tasted fresh, and nice sourdough toast. Expresso was luke warm so not impressed with that, but otherwise fair price and lovely staff.

I quite like Bills, and like the breakfasts here. They're usually quick to seat you, pleasant helpful staff, and although there is background music, it is audible and stays in the background. I ordered the breakfast, no black pudding, instead I had extra bacon. I like my eggs to have solid yoke, and they have done this every time. The only thing I didn't like were the fried potatoes which were dry. My daughter ordered the meatballs at the servers suggestion, and really enjoyed them.

Went out for valentine's and had a very lively waiter, Gabriel. Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere. Brilliant decorations for the day and all round helpful and kind staff. 10/10 would go again in a heartbeat!

The £13.50 cooked breakfast was an insult to breakfasts.

Bill's in the centre of the City of Worcester is perfectly placed in the Crown gate at the side of Huntington Hall. Very relaxed atmosphere with open areas. The staff are very friendly and the food served quickly and plentiful. Very tasty.

Great food, both mains and desserts and a good atmosphere. Very handy for town etc. Best to book at busy times

We hadn't pre-booked, but not an issue. Busy Sunday late morning. Ate off brunch menu. Portion was large, food quality good. Service attentive.

My mum and I really loved our dinner here the other week. Staff were so lovely and friendly and the food was great. Mum had the Ceaser Salad which had loads of chicken and was presented so beautifully, felt like a shame to eat it. I had chicken burger, perfect. Was more than happy to pay them the optional Service Charge (why people whinge about that, I do not know).

Had a brunch there a few days ago. A lovely place with a nice and friendly staff. Food was amazing, the other options on the menu look very tempting too and quite unusual to other places which makes it more interesting. Definitely will be back, enjoyed it very much! Loved the idea of an option for a small dessert too👌

Visited this week for some lunch with family, food was lovely and so too were the staff that served us. Would recommend the brunch plate!!!!! They are also dog friendly which was lovely to see.

Excellent food and service in a very popular restaurant. Not what I would call cheap but it's pretty good value. The only thing I didn't like was the 12.5% service charge being automatically applied to the bill. This can be removed but you have to go and pay someone. If you want to pay online you have to pay it. In my opinion there should be a tick box to remove it and let the customer decide.

Whether it's a quick bite with mum while shopping or a celebration with friends and family the staff are excellent and the food is delicious😋

Visited Bills in Worcester a few times. Always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and amazing service. I don’t normally do reviews but I feel as though I should mention how amazing the service was from Phoebe, she deserved this as she was so attentive and helpful, able to answer questions I had and altogether provided the best service. Food was also fantastic, can’t beat it. Thanks again, will be returning!

What a great evening at Bill's. Friendly and attentive staff, a relaxed atmosphere, lovely flavour-filled burgers, and a fascinating edible Flowerpot dessert. The only downside was a slightly sneaky 12.5% tip quietly added to the bill. Never mind, we'll definitely be going again!

Not the best first experience for 1st visit, was looking forward to a nice breakfast with hubby, one waitress bit my head off, and burnt toast turned over on both our plates, poached eggs and sausage beautiful, my husbands food was not the best I'm afraid. Was checking out brunch plates of food looked amazing.

Food was good even though my wife's was not very warm at all .. our table server was excellent.. the atmosphere for me was spoilt by noisy kids, but it was a Saturday I suppose.

Like it's mid.. Not sure why all the good reviews. Had brunch burger, pretty bland. Fresh products used but just meh....

Lovely place, went for brunch and had a lovely experience. The food is really good and tasted of quality. The prices are very reasonable as well!

All-over was ok but if I need to pay 12.5% service charge straight away with not any notice before, I do expect really good food and service. We ordered x3 dish with burata cheese and we got definitely not this kind of cheese,It was mozzarella for sure. I do understand can be sold out but I think would be nice to say it before order. Also we order drinks passion fruit martini and we have got second one with oranges instead of passion fruit.... Paying £20 service something like that was disappointing.

Overpriced for what you get. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable too. I left feeling like I had been sat on a Rock for a few hours! Good atmosphere though, and the service was good. Perhaps I'll give it another try.

Went in for just a coffee but then we saw they did a cream tea so we had that it was lovely and came very quickly and the presentation was lovely, the scones are very small which means you can eat both to one person. Will definitely go again to try their meals

Very nice burger. Finally beef patty with beef and not something irrelevant. I recommend fondue as a starter even for up to 4. Chips very average. Meatballs tasty, cheese was cold, sauce average. Friendly staff. Discount with blue light app.

Delicious Food in a comfortable setting

Came for lunch with the family today and we had a wonderful meal, I usually get the chicken caesar salad which I loveeeee, but today I had the truffle chicken two ways and it was so yummy, also love to get the dumpling starter, so delicious! Overall atmosphere was lovely, staff were very friendly, and food was perfect.

Waitress was lovely and the food superb. I had the chicken duo with a side order of mac and cheese. The dessert was tiramisu sundae which was beautiful. It was quiet just now but the food again was lovely.

Had a lovely breakfast at Bill's on our first visit there. They listened and got our order right, and we asked for a substitution and the eggs to be well done. Breakfast was both tasty, and well presented. The chairs were a little uncomfortable, but otherwise enjoyable. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could.

Went to bills with my granddaughter, we both had their chicken dumplings, on my granddaughter's recommendation with their own chutney and it was so, so nice and tasty. The service were very friendly and quick with an easy atmosphere. We each had a desert, cinnamon doughnuts, and a small chocolate pot. They were both worth experiencing. Will definitely go there again and probably again.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for the bottomless pancakes offer. We were really impressed with the value and the pancakes were so tasty. The service was friendly and fast. At the time it was an offer for £5 for bottomless pancakes but usually it's £7.50, we agreed even at £7.50 it's super cheap. The outside seating is nice and the service is still efficient outside.

Loved my brunch (breakfast) but the misses thought her burger was dry. Great service and good value.

I had the truffle chicken two ways and it was lovely. Great atmosphere for a chilled Saturday evening.

Fantastic food! The service was brilliant, especially the young blond lad, can't say enough good things!

Only offered weekend menu nothing we wanted they then brought out other menu. Had fish pie as we've had before and loved it when it came portion was smaller no where near as good as before. Table was not cleaned off from previous customers. Nobody came and asked us if everything was ok with food. Won't be rushing back. You've taken your eye off the ball

Atmosphere and staff are lovely. However, my partner ordered the sea bass that was absolutely littered with bones to the extent she had to try and filter the fish through her teeth. This led to us just leaving over half the meal as it wasn’t worth the effort. The staff were understanding but all the offered to help was “this happens with sea bass” to that I say don’t serve it unless you can fillet and debone it correctly as I’ve never encounter it to that much of an extremity in all my years of eating the fish. Other than this the starters and other main was nice and the staff were also pleasant just stay far from the sea bass

We had a lovely lunch at Bills. Started with soup followed by mac n cheese and a truffle cheese burger. Only disappointment was they were out of the tuna fish tacos and the original carrot soup we ordered. They changed the soup to a parsnip and maple syrup flavour which was a very strange taste. They were very accommodating for walk ins.

First time we have ever had food here and service and food was very good. Cannot complain. However a 12.5 % surcharge to me is abit much. Seems a lot of eateries are doing this now ( 10 % most places who have the cheek ). I think a tip should be Upto the customer. And reflect the service they get , I always tip anyway according to the service I get. But to be just added without an option is not right. I think doing things like this will be a lot of restirants downfalls in these uncertain times. Pay the brilliant staff you have a good wage. As they earn it !! And don’t expect the customers to subsidise you’re low pay and greed. !

I like Bill's generally, and this one has a great location in a pedestrian area of Worcester. Even now they've removed loads of the eclectic clutter due to Covid, it's still well worth a visit.

We booked well in advance for an anniversary meal ... a table at 7. When we arrived no table was available so we stood in the doorway for 5 minutes to be shown to a poor table by the toilets/ kitchen. After then food was excellent and staff worked hard and were attentive for the rest of the evening. Not too sure if we would be confident to book again, might call in if we see seats available.

Visited for breakfast on Wednesday 28th and we both really enjoyed the food - both the full English and bacon pancakes were delicious and didn’t take too long to arrive. The staff seemed quite stressed and distracted so weren’t the most friendly, but overall it was a pleasant experience. On arrival, our temperature was taken but the staff member was stood so far away that I doubt it got anywhere near an accurate reading! Otherwise, they’ve got screens placed throughout, we were well placed away from other customers and all the staff were wearing masks, so we did feel quite safe whilst we were there.

Nice interior styling, friendly staff and reasonably good food. 2 three course meals with a couple of glasses of wine each was £82. So fair. Not fine dining but better than pub grub. The sharing platter was a bit sparse, the Beef Rib was deceptively filling and very tasty however the fish pie was a bit over done and dry. However the Bills Flowerpot desert was amazing, almost art.

Food was very nice but the service was slow. Overall I would recommend to people who are looking for a nice place for brunch.

First time visiting Bills in Worcester and was really enjoyable. We came for breakfast and were greeted by a friendly host then served by Jerome who was fab. Really appreciated especially with everything going on, will certainly be returning.

Bill's is a favourite of ours, so on a day trip to Worcester we decided to book for brunch, not having visited this particuar branch before. The two of us who arrived early for the booking were greeted by a staff member offering free tastings outside - pigs in blankets! - which was a great start, and happily our table was already clear so we were able to go in and get drinks (seasonal mulled cocktails, plus a full portion of the delicious pigs in blankets) while we waited for the others. Our server immediately asked whether anyone in the group had allergies, which two of us do, and he took it very seriously and passed the info on to the kitchen.We had ordered a high chair for a toddler, which was ready and waiting, although in the end she didn't need it. The two children in the group were given colouring sheets and crayons on arrival, which kept them busy throughout the meal. They loved their English breakfasts, as did their mum and dad (only one downside: they don't come with baked beans as standard, which many would argue is a key component of the English breakfast!). I chose my usual Bill's favourite of smashed avocado on toast with poached egg and bacon, and it was perfect. My dish, and the one for the person with a fish allergy, arrived with little marker flags stating that they had been kept separate and therefore allergen-free - great idea.All in all this was a lovely meal, and despite the fact that we were only meant to have the table for a finite time, we stayed far longer.

Very nice and cosy atmosphere! Starters plate for 2 was tasty and had good selection of different snacks! Had Bill’s burger and chicken with wild mushroom sauce. Both very good! Good selection of different cocktails with and without alcohol. Recommended and gladly would go back!

Meant to have written this a few months back. It was our first visit to Bill's as recommended by my nan. I booked a table with ease and surprised my boyfriend with a nice date there. It was ambient, cosy and comfortable. I cannot remember off the top of my head but I think the lady was either called Beth or Laura? Absolutely fantastic service. So polite, open and genuinely there to provide as opposed to gain custom as some places are. 100% recommend, one of the best places in Worcester to eat!

been to this restaurant on a number of occasions today we noticed how they skimped on the food 1 rasher of bacon where normally have 3 1 mushroom which was cut in to 4 1 tea bag in a pot of tea and where we used to get bottles of red or brown sauce we had a thimble full of sauce a piece we wont be rushing back

Visited for brunch. The pancakes were lovely - but they could do with more fruit to offset the syrup. The breakfast was alright but the bacon was lukewarm and quite fatty. Staff lovely and attentive and the venue has nice decor and was very clean.

Went here late morning on a Saturday for breakfast. The restaurant was busy which speaks for itself how popular it is. We were seated quickly and served quickly. Food came out in a reasonable time and piping hot. Had Bills Brunch - it was more expensive than I usually pay but was excellent food. The sausage was amazing!!! I would go again

We stopped here for lunch while shopping in Worcester, my son wanted a burger and we'd not been to Bills before, so thought we'd give it a go.Straight away we noticed it was quite dark, the lighting needs to be thought about. The staff were very attentive, maybe too much, we were asked several times if our food was ok. The food was OK, nothing special and definitely not worth what we paid for it, the prices are extortionate for what it is. So yes, we enjoyed it, but doubt we'd visit again.

Went with my son early new year's eve afternoon for lunch; wondering where to eat, there was a staff member stood outside with a tray of nibbles for passers-by to try, we started to look at the menu and chatted with her, very friendly, we decided to go in. Waiting staff were also very friendly and polite, didn't have to wait long for the food. I had a special; Xmas burger which was beef burger with bacon, brie and cranberry sauce and my son had chicken skewers, both meals were good, burger was very tasty albeit messy to eat lol. I liked the decor, bit of a warehouse type theme, modern and clean. The only slight negative is that it's not cheap, my burger was a few pence short of £16.

Visited on a very busy Saturday lunchtime, Bills was packed, but staff found a table for four, we all had burgers, which were ok, nothing to get ecstatic about, staff a little too much constantly asking if we were ok. Found it a little dark due to lighting.Unlikely to visit again

Booked a table for 8 adults and kids, staff were excellent at seating us in a very busy period. We were out of the way so able to chat and entertain the kids while not bothering other customers. Food is good and cocktails are yummy. Thanks Bill's!

Quite a crowd of us arrived for a pre christmas brunch. The staff were attentive, efficient and very friendly. The food was plenty and perfect. The setting clean tidy and relaxed. All in all I would highly recommend a visit to Bills.

Work do Saturday night. Staff all lovely and attentive. Starters good. Main of turkey, veg and roasties had obviously been standing around for a long time, turkey barely edible soooo dry. Shame. Puds average. Think pricey at £29.95 a head. Food quality poor. Would not rush back.

This was recommended to us by staff in a local pub, and they weren’t wrong. Two of our party had full English breakfasts, two had eggs benedict and the other had pancakes and berries. Each was delicious, and very good servings. We skipped lunch as the we didn’t need it after eating at Bill’s!

Called in for a breakfast I was not planning! I arrived in Worcester early for an appointment. I was wandering around the shops when hunger pangs struck. I had a good experience at Bill's before and took myself off for breakfast. I fancied smoked salmon and scrambled egg and had a tasty plateful. I also had a really great Black Magic smoothie. It was a very good breakfast and it did not break the bank.

Great service from Bill's. Staff friendly and efficient. Fantastic response to support older daughter with mobility issues. Menu selection extensive and varied. Food well presented and served hot. Relaxed atmosphere made for exactly the right start to our celebrations. Thank you!

Needed a quick something without additional carbs and was delighted to have a naked burger with salad.

We met up with some friends and chose Bills as we know exactly what we would be getting - Good food and wine at a reasonable price. As expected the food and wine were great along with some quality cocktails. We had a lovely time and this was in part due to the lady who served us. She was helpful and attentive without being in your face too much and is a real asset to the restaurant. Cannot remember her name but last Sunday in Oct in the evening should help the manager narrow it down. As always Bills met it’s the standards it wants.

We went to Bill's last week as a party of five adults and a toddler. The staff were outstandingly friendly and pleasant. I had Eggs Benedict which was delicious. It was my first visit to the Worcester Bill's and I will definitely return.

We’ve recently been having breakfasts at a competitors restaraunt but having been to Bills before and a new menu since our last visit we thought a change was long overdue, good idea of my wife’s! We were seated quickly, served quickly and the drinks and food arrived very quickly, the restaraunt wasn’t very busy but bustling enough as expected considering it was breakfast and this place always has a warm atmosphere, my wife ordered the Eggs Benedict, my daughter the obligatory pancakes maple syrup and additional bacon, must admit I also love these and have had these in the past, however after being converted to avocados in recent times I opted for smashed avocado, on toast, with two poached eggs and chilli, excellent it was to, better than the competition, I loved it, only two slight issues overall , my wife commented her eggs could have been a little hotter, and perhaps a nice issue for me I had far to much avocado, it could have served two, rather that however than not enough, overall the service was very good, and the food was also very good, now my new favourite smashed avocado breakfast, thumbs up Bills oh and the Orange juice was also fabulous.

Rustic and well worn look, a big restaurant, reasonably priced. Nicely cooked food. Pleasant staff. Beware of a service charge.

Eggs Benedict on GF ... the tastiest and hugest dish ever! Also the best flat white I’ve ever had... good strong coffee and lovely and hot... Pricey for me but a super treat x

I came for a meal with my partner for my 21st birthday on Tuesday 27th August.

We’ve eaten at Bills plenty of times before but a recent visit really impressed me! After a busy weekend we fancied an early Sunday dinner so headed out to sit on the sunny terrace of Bills. Not after anything too heavy, we ordered slightly awkwardly - choosing a main to share with a starters, side and salad. They also had my nut allergy to contend with! Despite this, all dishes arrived together as requested, they brought full allergens info to me to check and best of all - everything was delicious! While we were there, a friend passed by and wished us a Happy Anniversary. The team at Bills noticed this and very kindly gave us our cocktails on the house. This was totally unexpected but showed real attention to detail and fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.

We’ve eaten at Bills on a number of occasions and always found the food excellent and the service quietly efficient.Never feel rushed and always welcome. In fact I’m taking my wife there this week for her birthday.

Found on the walk through from Crown gate to High Street, we sat outside in the blazing sun. A request for a different chair was greeted with a quick shuffle of furniture. Smiling friendly staff, a menu groaning with tempting items made choosing difficult.. I ended up with pecan pie, an excellent choice. Sweet sticky but light and utterly delicious!

We stopped in here to get some lunch out of the rain. The service was great, and the food was quite good too. It cost £81 for two adults and two children.

The staff were very welcoming and very nice. The starter although very tasty was disappointing, the leek and chicken terrine was minute there wasn't enough for the three strips of toast. I felt the menu was limited and a over priced and my wife had the mushroom and nut wellington but she only found one mushroom and didn't taste the nuts. The pudding however was lovely, we both had chocolate brownie, I am not sure if we would go there again.

We ate on a Monday evening. There were not many people on the various restaurants but Bill’s seemed to have a steady flow but was by no means crowded.
