Bill's in Worcester

Visited this place yesterday and was very pleased I did! The food was amazing ,lovely atmosphere and the service staff were very attentive and catered for everything we needed. Will definitely visit again thanks to everyone at Bills!!!!

Amazeballs! Love this place so much to choose from and all really great! It is not cheap, but that is fine the food is good and if it were cheaper it probably wouldn't be as good?

Visited a few days ago for the January 241 burger offer (you have to screenshot the offer on their Facebook and show it to them to claim). Me and my partner both had the bourbon burgers. They were delicious, juicy and huge. Excellent value for money. The two men serving were very professional and friendly. There is a small service charge in the bill which we were happy to pay as they were excellent.

Came for our annual Christmas Eve breakfast and once again I cannot fault it! The staff working so hard, good service despite the business and the food prompt and yummy!! The lady that sat us told us we only had an hour as it was very busy but this was plenty of time to have yet another very enjoyable meal. Thank you bills!

This is always my go-to place to eat! The food and service are great every time. All staff members make it an inviting place to go to. I cant recommend it enough!

Went in with my mum and a couple of friends for food and it was amazing. We got a bunch of the small plates, the classic sharer and a few of their festive sides. all of it was perfect and the perfect amount of food. would definitely recommend

First time in Bill’s which was recommended to my wife and I when we lived in Gloucester but we never went there. This was for a pre-show meal.and we wee impressed. Not familiar with the menu but our choices were good. Had the chicken Shamahma or however it is spelt. Never heard of it before but is was very tasty and worth trying. Do it again? Yes

Had the worst scrambled eggs with toast and streaky bacon of my life; the cook at this location should be ashamed. My scrambled eggs were stringy, never seen THIS is my life. How can you not know how to make scrambled eggs? It appeared they just cracked 3 eggs in a warm pan and stirred them around. The bacon had to be sent back as it arrived barely cooked. The service was perfuntory. The WORST Bill's I've ever been to. Dine here at your peril.

Visited today having selected Bill’s from a plethora of breakfast eateries in Chapel Walk, and have to say it was a great choice. The chorizo & poached eggs was superb. Excellent presentation, fantastic flavours and plenty of it to satisfy a hungry appetite. Accompanied by delicious, light and fluffy bottomless pancakes (savoury & sweet) for only £5…! We’ll be back!

Great service from Molly, she was very kind and welcoming and made sure we were well looked after. I had the caesar loaded fries along with the mac and cheese,both lovely and served warm. Would absolutely come again.

Was fairly quiet when I visited mid afternoon. Couldn't fault the service of the food.

Long wait time for breakfast and restaurant only at about 30% capacity, food was lukewarm warm at best, won’t be going again for sure.

We went for lunch on a weekend. The restaurant was quite lively and seems like a great brunch spot. We particularly liked the brunch burger.

Arrived for lunch, a little wait for food as it was very busy inside When food arrived it was wrong on the first attempt and then again on the second but as my partner was already halfway through her meal, and I didn’t want to wait any longer I made do with what they served second time around. Staff very charming and compensated at the end of the meal for the mixup but wouldn’t come back in a hurry. £15+ for two beers….bit steep!

Visited today with my family. Shown to an extremely unstable table with filthy cutlery. We moved and wern't served for another 20 minutes. Food was dry, eggs were watery, service was poor, staff were stood around chatting. Will not be returning.

Awful food, kids meals dry and bland. Adults breakfast, watery eggs, no seasoning for nearly 14 quid. Service is abysmal, took nearly half an hour to get served, kids deserts took another 20 minutes from finishing their food. A lot of staff wondering round not doing much, make sure you get them to take the ironic service charge off. Also, they don't take cash which they don't tell you until its too late.

Very disappointed with the method by which the service charge is added. They add a service charge to the bill and then during payment online ask if you want to add a tip. I ended up paying double service charge which I discovered when I checked my email later in the day.

Another wonderful visit here. We don’t eat out much but when we go into Worcester it’s always our first choice as the menu is really delicious and healthy. Came here on a lunch date with my son. All staff were wonderful as usual, and working hard as it’s always so busy. Abbie, our server, was particularly good and a really lovely girl. The new Korean fried cauliflower is amazing and I asked for the recipe which Abbie went to kitchen to get for me. And then the manager came over and she had written it on a piece of paper. Wish I could go more often.

Good place, relaxing environment. Decent steak for the price. Took a date here and it went very well. Not loud and very clean. Cocktails were also cheap at £6.

Brilliant food, it arrived quickly and amazing customer service from waitresses. Plus if you like cider definitely try bills cider it was well nice

Such a lovely place for a really good quality breakfast! Service is always so friendly and we never felt rushed at all although it was quite busy! Definitely would recommend to all.

Quick stop off drink & bite to eat whilst doing the Penguin trail thru Worcester. Staff V.polite, ordering quick & food served promptly. Was busy, but plenty seating outside/indoors. Menu selection good check website for full spec & drinks menu..🍸🍻☕️🫖

Walked in, asked for a table for 8, 6 adults&2 children, no problem it was quickly sorted. Drinks & food ordered, not a long wait. All meals were good, probably the best tasting breakfast at a great price.

The burger was nice, but the big branch wasn’t big, without butter in it and we needed to ask about it, only one sausage and cold toast.

As we were passing, asked to be booked in in half an hour and was given priority on our return. Great service, amazing banoffee pudding cakey thing 😍

Visited Bill's today (29th July) for lunch. Food was good, got overcharged for 2 cocktails from their new menu, 2 for £12, charged full price, only noticed when we got home. Not checked when was there as was disgusted that we could not use cash. The british pound is the currency of this country and should be accepted. Shall not be returning to any of the Bill's restaurants! Disgraceful!!

Foid was really good, service was not very goid at all, we were sat outside and had to wait a considerable amount of time to actually place our orders. Very disappointed

Been and had dinner here today, used the voucher my lad got me for my birthday ,bit disappointed that I couldn't use my defence discount card as well, still it was very nice

we had our works christmas meal and night here and we couldn't ask for more. the entire staff were amazing, accommodating, professional and friendly. The food was superb and the best christmas dinner we gave all had and very reasonably priced. Massive thank you to you all from our little team in the NHS.

Went to bills for a nice lunch with my family on Saturday, my waitress Abbie was so kind and caring and made sure that my experience at Bills was amazing. I also enjoyed my food and overall had a lovely time at Bills

Just had a quick lunch here, was in a rush after spending too long shopping with the kids so wanted something quick and tasty and bills did just that. Our waitress was so sweet and looked after us very well. The kids were kept occupied with the drawing while we waited for food. Food was delicious, service was great. Will come after again.

I’ve returned to Bills this morning for some breakfast and I haven’t been for breakfast in a long while however this may have changed that for me. As always, the service is above and beyond, always putting that extra mile in to make sure my experience is as best as can be. To top this, the breakfast was unbelievable. Definitely worth getting out of bed for! Couldn’t get enough of it. Thanks again to all at Bills Worcester!!

Yesterday we visited bills for the first time, and I have to say we were not disappointed. Food was all amazing, hot and fresh which is what we expec. Service was also nice, the staff were friendly and caring. We had a lovely afternoon, our waitress also told us about how to sign up to the newsletter which meant we could get 20% off on our next visit which h was amazing.

Not bad but service was slow, they missed item off the order and don't take cash. It was OK for a change to grabbing a burger.

I asked for a GF small platter and was pleased with my lunch. Beautifully presented, fresh, delicious. My 3 companions had cream tea, a cheese dish, chicken dumplings. We all enjoyed our food and the waiting staff were all friendly . The bill included an optional tip but I was more than happy to pay it. Superb experience with wide choice of food.

Ordered a tea and a breakfast for two. It came to £39. The tea came with no teaspoon or sugar. Had to ask then the plant breakfast had no plant butter! It was £14 how can they not even have flora? Even weatherspoons manages to stock dairy free butter!

The kids eat for free deal in the holidays is amazing! When you arrive in the Worcester branch, you get seated and served quite quickly and the food arrives without a long wait. After that it always seems to go a bit down hill. We always have to ask for our empty plates to be cleared, desert menus, desert orders and the bill. Why does everything slow down in the second half??? Last time we went we had a main meal and drinks refunded because we had to ask for service so many times. It also didn’t help that one of the managers was having a ‘managers meeting’ on the table next to us, talking really loudly about toilets and food hygiene- not the relaxed vibe we were hoping for really 🤣

Lovely food, really good service, at first found it weird to be asked for last orders at 8, but that was our mistake as that’s the opening hours! So overall can’t complain!

Great service, good food, had the halloumi burger which was very tasty. Not enough to lose a star, but place could do with being a bit warmer. Unfortunately, as with all businesses these days they are less customer focused and more money focused. Those QR codes on the table are so bad, designed and implemented by a dim five year old is my guess.

It was my birthday and we had booked for 7 but they showed us to table of 4 so then we had to go back outside and wait.my food was nice but we did have to ask 3 times for some mayonnaise it was very busy.

This place is so good. I got in and out within 45 minutes and the food was exactly what I ordered. The waitress was attentive and reminded me that I wanted to get a to-go order for dinner later.

The food was above average and enjoyable the menu I would put at an upmarket McDonald's and a wannabe five guys, the service by most of the waiting staff was why are you here apart from one who wanted you to enjoy the experience who tipped accordingly now the clincher, they push kids eat free which is great if you cater for kids orange juice and apple juice doesn't normally cut it for most five year old I can honestly say I have never been in a bar that doesn't sell any form of cordial, at the end of the meal it's time to pay the bill, WE DONT TAKE CASH!!! fine tell me when I book not well it's on the bottom of the menu in small print or we've got a sticker on the door you can see when it's closed I am taking 5 adults and three children to eat on Good Friday you cater to my needs as the customer if my money is not good enough you tell me when I book I look at the food on a menu not the small print I walk through doors not at the stickers finally I will give a tip when it's deserved not taken by a service charge put on the bill I would question if the staff actually get it all in all about average nothing to say Great and won't be going back.

I had fruit pancakes, apart from the top one, the rest were dry nothing in-between. Very poor.

Decent breakfast - everything tasted fresh, and nice sourdough toast. Expresso was luke warm so not impressed with that, but otherwise fair price and lovely staff.

I quite like Bills, and like the breakfasts here. They're usually quick to seat you, pleasant helpful staff, and although there is background music, it is audible and stays in the background. I ordered the breakfast, no black pudding, instead I had extra bacon. I like my eggs to have solid yoke, and they have done this every time. The only thing I didn't like were the fried potatoes which were dry. My daughter ordered the meatballs at the servers suggestion, and really enjoyed them.

Went out for valentine's and had a very lively waiter, Gabriel. Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere. Brilliant decorations for the day and all round helpful and kind staff. 10/10 would go again in a heartbeat!
