Cosy Club Worcester in Worcester

Popped in as a walk in on a Monday night and were seated straight away by the bartender, they were super friendly and explained about the cocktail offer and that they was the only bartender on shift so to bare with then. As hospitality workers we understand what that can be like so we had no issue with waiting a little longer than you probably normally would. The two for £11.95 cocktail offer is great and a lovely way to sample the menu without spending a fortune. It did take a little while to get our food ordered but there only seemed to be two front of house working (including bartender) and we were in no rush so this wasn’t a problem at all. We ordered a selection of small plates to share which arrived very quickly and they were delicious. Special mention for the prawns, pork belly and Asian chicken, The staff were so friendly and nothing seemed to be any problem despite the fact they were - I’m assuming anyway, very short staffed. I didn’t catch their names but I wish I did as they were fabulous and really deserve a special mention. Our total bill came to around £75 (for 7 small plates and four cocktails) without service charge which was very reasonable for what we had and for the quality. Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

Splendid way to spend an afternoon

Food was lovely, staff were great. As per my request they Made sure my table was wheelchair accessible and had plenty of space around it, it was quite loud in there hence dropping one star on atmosphere

Didn't really eat food bar a focaccia and some olives but I'll speak from the point of a drinker at the bar with my partner. the atmosphere is great is chilled even when it's busy. The staff are at the moment really attentive, you wait a little tiny bit for your cocktail. This is a good thing you know it's being made proper, and proper it is. the drinks are literally brilliant. The staff are all great and make visiting well worth it. Will definitely return. Love this place a great place to drink in Worcester

Inedible due to too much salt added to dishes.

Waited ages to be seated, gave up in the end and went to the Botanist next door. The Cosy Club didn't appear to be all that busy and at least one member of staff who looked vaguely managerial seemed to be contemplating her navel and basically ignored our presence. So for service zero stars and I would advise prospective visitors to pass on a visit to sample the food and head next door where the food, atmosphere and service were all good.

What a fantastic new year's night food was excellent service was great, all in all just a brilliant experience would definitely recommend it to friends and family, Annie was our waitress for the evening she was fab

I really like the Cosy Club, it's friendly, inviting, with lively jazz music, and the food is good. I came here with my daughters on Christmas Eve for their seasonal menu. Our waiter was Zac and he was lovely, so helpful, and he even remembered what we'd drank on our previous visit. Hats off to him! We really enjoyed our meal, the only thing we didn't like was the sprouts were too hard to eat, (raw!), and also it can get rather noisy, which being autistic, can be a struggle but they do try to be accommodating.

I dined here this week for my work Christmas meal. It was actually my first time in the Worcester branch, and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was fabulous, simple and full of taste! The atmosphere was lovely too, such a cosy place, but for me what topped it was our service! We were served by Kate, who had plenty of chat, lots of giggles, and a brilliant memory when it came to our orders/food changes! Service goes a very long way, and Kate went out of her way to make sure we had the best night! Can't rave about her enough ☺️

A group of us had Xmas menu was very nice service was good drinks offers until 8pm.

Visited today with my daughter, we went for lunch. I asked to be seated somewhere quiet as I'm autistic and we were seated near the kitchen. A lovely, helpful guy served us, he made some recommendations which we followed, and the food was delicious. Being autistic, I am rather particular but I am happy to say it was really good. The food was served quickly, drinks were nice, and the restaurant/bar was clean. Noise wise, there were a lot of different sounds, and a couple of women who were rather loud, (of course nothing can be done about this). The music was pleasant, (mainly jazz), and I like the decor. Really enjoyed this, and we'll see you soon 😊

Cosy Club Worcester is located in Cathedral square of Worcester. The name doesn’t suggest what it is, it is a lovely pub restaurant in a great upstairs upscale area, the atmosphere is full of lovely art, pictures, etc, it’s very light and airy. The restaurant as I call it is superb, very kid friendly with kids menu to match, the area is spacious with lots of seating, either tables or sections. The servers are very attentive, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, with so much on the menu one does need assistance, I went for the full English, the star of the show for me was the sausage, how flavour some it was, everything was cooked fresh and tasty and the portion size was generous. The atmosphere along with the friendly service makes me want to attend again and again

Food was really good and interaction with servers was always positive. Working in hospitality for some time, I found it hard watching all the servers not pay attention to the fact that we were waiting a long time for drinks. I would go to the ladies and notice everytime we had ordered drinks that the staff would be laughing/chatting and not paying attention to the fact our drinks were waiting still at the bar when I would walk past to get back to my table. It was a little annoying as it felt like I should of grabbed the tray myself and take it to my table as the ice would completely melt in my drink by the time I would recieve it. It happended for each drink order we had placed and even recieved my espresso coffee when it was quite cold ( which is hard to do for a coffee in a china cup). I didnt say anything when I was there so was more making this review to point out to management.

LOVELY PEOPLE , LOVELY ATMOSPHERE

Impromptu breakfast 10am Sunday. First ones in so very quiet. Staff friendly and attentive. Food hot and fresh, coffee delicious. I had smashed avocado on sourdough with bacon, companion had full English. Mine was lovely, kick of chilli, bacon crispy, perfect.

Went out to celebrate results day, tasty food and amazing drinks. Service was brilliant also, I think it was Zak who served us(?) Had a lovely time, thank you.

My wife and I had breakfast on Sunday Morning. Service was Fantastic, Atmosphere great and the food was some of the best I've had. I had the Dirty Breakfast Butty amazing and my wife had the Cosy Eggs. This was washed down with an excellent cup of haznut latte. It wasn't cheap but not as expensive as you'd think for a fine establishment as Cosy Club. We'll definitely be going back.

Would have been 5 stars but mate had to send a cold burger back and one mate waited ages for a steak. But my vegan burger was amazing and atmosphere was great. I would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! I am gluten free and eating out is a nightmare sometimes! But this experience was exceptional 😀 I was asked before being seated if I had any allergies and I was asked again when the drinks were ordered. My meal came out with GF flags , which made me confident that my meal was indeed gluten free! I will be coming here frequently when eating out! And our waitress Bonnie was so lovely 😊

I visited with family for an evening meal on a Saturday night, it was very quiet when we arrived as it was quite early in the evening and the races were on. I generally like the atmosphere of the Cosy Club restaurants but the unfinished ceiling and bright lights in this one just didn't do it for me nor really go with the usual vibe of the place however that's not a big issue. The food was very nice, much better than when I had first visited a few years ago. The menu is also much more varied than it used to be, with lots of gluten free and meat free options. I had the Roast vine tomato, vintage cheddar & mascarpone tart which was surprisingly delicious. It came with chips which I didn't think really went with a pastry, maybe some salad and coleslaw or something similar to that would have worked better, but I enjoyed the meal anyway. I didn't notice any pine nuts which were meant to come with it. I also had their Raspberry & Orange Blossom Tonic which was really tasty and refreshing. The service was somewhat where they let themselves down. Two of my family members had the same dish - the Harissa torn lamb shoulder which comes sprinkled with crispy chickpeas. The told the server they didn't like chickpeas and could they please have the meal without and the server told them "the chickpeas are really nice, they are crispy". I was confused by this because the response I expected would have been, okay we won't put the chickpeas on the top, not the server trying to convince 2 pensioners that they do in fact like chickpeas, because they're "really nice". On top of this, the interactions in general with this server were a little awkward throughout the evening and I just didn't get a warm or welcoming feeling from them at all. Not terrible by any means, just not great. Overall it was an okay meal and evening out but I won't be rushing back to this particular Cosy Club. P.S. - they still put the chickpeas on.

Saturday lunchtime within the sound of Worcester Cathedral bells, a magical experience enhanced by superb service from the friendly staff, especially Amber.Loved the food - my choice was the Huevos Rancheros - and a good selection of beers.Great setting and lively customers, I could have stayed all day!

We went on a double date at Cosy Club in Worcester. We absolutely loved the decor, and for me it was the first time visiting the restaurant and I loved its vibe. Our waiter was very welcoming and quick to take drinks/food orders. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was really warm and comfortable. If I had to be picky, we waited on one of our later drinks orders for a while, I think the waiter forgot to process it which was also not helped by their seeming to be only one mixologist on shift. However, drinks were lovely and all in all the night was great. Prices were very reasonable and the menu was exciting. We would definitely dine at the Cosy Club again and would 100% recommend others to visit.

myself and my friend visited here tonight and were really impressed by the service. our server Max was so attentive and kind and ensured that our drinks and food came out really quickly. we will definitely be back again soon! very cosy and the food was amazing

The restaurant wasn’t that busy however they took a rather long time to serve their customers. The food was very good as always and was delivered in good time. We asked our waiter for more drinks as the starters where being cleared. We didn’t receive them until after our mains where served. No apology was given.

Went there on a date with my girlfriend. Had never been before and didn’t know what to expect. really nice atmosphere and lots of old paintings on the wall. Now the food was great - squid, sesame chicken and halloumi sticks up there with the best starters i’ve ever had - the macaroni cheese was tasty and filling (albeit quite oily) and the doughnuts were to die for! what made the experience memorable was our server - Max - who introduced himself from the start and was very chatty all evening - yet not irritating in the slightest. He was well dressed, smiley, and approachable. what a legend. would defo eat there again and anyone going to worcester this would definitely be recommended!

First time my wife and I have been here and I’m afraid it will be the last. Food sounds lovely on menu. However when my velvet burger came it was supppsed to have pulled brisket. It had a spoon full of pulled pork !! Not even a hint of blue cheese on there. Or roasted garlic. And all for over £15 Tasteless burger. Over priced food !! Staff where great though. Food isn’t Upto it for the price.

I lovely welcome, great selection of drinks, very good food, and good value for money. Fish and chips was very good and sharing platters very nice. The star was Max, our waiter. Made us feel like the only people in the room. Quirky, charismatic, humble. We bloody loved him... He made a good evening, something to talk about. Thanks Max!

We visited Worcester for a post lockdown family night away about a month ago, I didn't book anywhere for an evening meal as such I called the Cosy Club and got through to Mikey, he managed to fit us in and remembered me from the call, amazing. I booked online this time and again on arrival we were greeted by Mikey who remembered us from before and where we sat, nothing was too much trouble and the service was superb, some people are made for hospitality! Mikey and the team gave excellent service and are a credit to Cosy.

First visit to the Cosy club. Online booking really easy. We arrived a little early but our table was ready. Food was delicious and service was excellent. We'll definately be back.

Me and group of friends went for cocktails here to celebrate our graduation. All the drinks we ordered arrived at our table quickly and they all tasted amazing! They offer a wide range of exciting cocktails and I would definitely go again.We returned the next morning for breakfast. Again, the service was really good. The two waitresses who served us were very friendly. The food was excellent - I was hesitant about the prices, but it was worth it.

Omg this place is amazing. I had the lushest breakfast ever! I had Huevos Rancheros which I believe is a Mexican Breakfast and it was gorgeous. You can choose to have the vegetarian or Meat Version. Probably the nicest breakfast I've ever had. They do English and other nationality breakfasts aswell so they cater for all. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and very attentive. The decor is very smart, in all its a lovely place and I highly recommend.

Mikey greeted us and sat us outside with a lovely view over the town, he then took our order and nothing was too much trouble, he took the time to chat to us and made us feel very relaxed and welcome. Limited menu, felt very rushed and were given bill before we wanted to order coffees. I had seabass and couldn't eat most of the kale as it was so woody. Waitress advised it wasn't rushed it was 'efficiency'.....won't be going there again

Visited twice in past ten days with my family, both occasions were great. All the staff were polite and friendly and the food (we had brunch ), was excellent, will definitely return soon.

We came here on the 22nd of December for my boyfriends birthday from 7-9 Max was our waiter he was really friendly and very good at his job we didn’t have to wait long for anything and he did keep checking on us, food was quick and tasted great, would highly recommend the cheesecake!

We have not been out to eat since the first lockdown so we were very overdue a date night. Neither of us had eaten at cost club before but we noticed plenty of vegan options on the menu which is a win from us.Service was amazing from the moment we walked in from all the staff but Tilly who mostly served us was excellent.We had tapas to start, a burger and Moroccan aubergine for main and cheesecake for dessert.The beer was brilliant as was my girlfriend’s cocktails (which were on an amazing offer)3 courses and 3 drinks each, very fair price.We felt COVID safe our entire time in and everything seemed very clean. We will be visiting again in the new year.

In preparation of lockdown 2 we decided a last supper was in order, booked a taxi and sat down for 6pm, it was pleasantly busy as we expected given it was the last night before the country grinds to a halt again, but it was so nice to hear people talking, family’s chatting and all having a good time, a bottle of Merlot ordered and glasses poured, food ordered, all coming really quickly with excellent service, I really feel for the staff but they were so friendly and helpful, we had three tapas for starters and my wife had the belly pork as her main course and I had the chicken wrapped in bacon for mine, absolutely fabulous food, after dinner and the red finished and as the restaurant area was busy we asked if we could sit in the comfortable sofa area for a few more relaxing drinks, the very helpful waitress had a look for us and held a couple of sofa chairs for us to relax in after dinner, to add to this we finished off the night with a few cocktails to relax, I think I might have tried quite a few to be honest, and they were so easy to order direct to the table with the app, we had the best time, and probably one we won’t get to enjoy again for a while, but rest assured we will return when this lockdown ends, great food, great service, great wine and fabulous cocktails.

We booked a table and when we arrived was greeted my a very friendly man who showed us to our table. Our waiter katie who was lovely topped the experience off. The food in the cosy Club is amazing. I had the pork belly which was by far the best iv had for flavour and it was so tender.My parter only had the chicken salad but even that was full of flavour. 100% recommended will definitely return. 5 star all round. I looked ahead for a place for breakfast in Worcester that catered for gluten-free options and I was so glad that I chose the Cosy Club. Not only did it provide a number of options but they (and the regular options) were delicious. The drinks were equally good quality and our waiter offered to provide additional hot water for the tea which is something that a lot of venues do not provide.At checkout time, we were pleasantly surprised at the price! Excellent quality, service and price! Will definitely return!

We were staying in the Travelodge next door and came here for breakfast, The service was excellent (Covid safe) and the food very good. My partner had the Cosy Club breakfast and I had the vegetarian equivalent. We were both happy with our choices.

After walking out of somewhere else for it not being COVID safe, we went to the Cosy Club and instantly we were greeted by a very welcoming, friendly lady wearing PPE. We felt safe and welcomed which was a novelty after the other place. All staff had face coverings or visors on, or clearly showed an exemption lanyard. Everything was clean and spaced out and we felt safe. All staff were super polite and friendly and were quick to serve us. The food was incredible. The Belly Pork and Seabass were just beautiful. A massive thank you for putting us at ease as we have been reluctant to revisit and pubs or restaurants since lockdown, but we will definitely return to the Cosy Club. Thank you

Had lunch there on Saturday for my Dad's birthday and we had a great time. The waitress Katie was very attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we were all happy; for example there were a few dietary requirements so she was very efficient in checking all their options and checking in regularly. The food itself was really yummy, great portions and good value for money. Will definately go back!

Always nice eating at these chained restaurants, they never disappoint. Stunning burgers with fries, really tasty and prices are okay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was quick too. Highly recommend

Visited Cosy Club Worcester post lockdown, i was impressed with the procedures they have in place to keep us all safe. Special mention to Charlie, she was great! had the Golden dame burger, that mac and cheese fritter is the one! and my partner had the pork belly, she also was very impressed. will deffo be back again!

This was my 1st visit to a restaurant since lockdown , I have to admit I was a bit nervous. But these guys took care of me. I have to mention Charlie the manager, she was so professional handling us with the new procedures. 1st time visitor to any Cosy Club & it was an absolute delight. great atmosphere & setting. brill fixtures & fittings. We were a big group & had a long table, but this didn't stop us being v well looked after. service was impeccable - professional, smiling, efficient & smart....great staff. The drinks on offer was extensive & all tastes were covered. the menu was also extensive & again all of our group found 2 or 3 items they wanted. the food itself, was fresh, tasty & beautifully presented . No complaints from anyone - just plenty of smiles & full bellies !!! A total success. It was a great evening & a truly excellent dining experience

Our first visit to The Cosy Club and I can assure you that we will be going back very soon.we hadn't booked but we're shown to a nice table all set out very nicely,we ordered drinks and then when the drinks arrived we ordered our meal I had ribeye steak and my wife had butter chicken we didn't have very long to wait before the meal was served,after the main meal we had dessert chocolate home for my wife and caramelized apple tart for me.the food is delicious,the atmosphere is superb and the staff very friendly.a very enjoyable first experience at The Cosy Club.

First time of visiting cosy club and really enjoyed it. Had late lunch there so it was quite quiet and had the choice of sitting anywhere. Servers were fantastic and the food was really nice. Will be going back for sure!

Came for a birthday meal for my brother's 21st - we all had the best time. I have been before with some friends but it was my husband's first visit and as someone with a gluten free diet he was in heaven. Our waitress Millie was a star and nothing was too much of a problem for her, the smile never left her face all night. we would really like to thank her for making my brother's birthday so easy going and stress free. the food was delicious, and drinks exceptional - can't wait to come back and give their breakfast a go!

Had a lovely evening again on Saturday night, food was at a very high standard, service was professional and friendly, will definitely be going back, I highly recommend any of their burgers or the ham hock hash.

I’m addicted to Cosy Club avocado brunch I have to admit I’ve tried a few of the varieties of breakfast / brunch items on the cosy club menu, it’s always pretty quiet in the mornings in the Worcester Cosy Club, so we never have any issues with waiting, a couple of Cappuccino’s ordered the wife has the Cosy club breakfast and me my favourite Cosy Club avocado brunch, with extra bacon and hollandaise sauce, little bit of chilli makes it that little better, Love it, oh and as the wife keeps a loyalty card and after a few visits we got one breakfast and a coffee for free, in total £13 bargain! Haven’t yet tried eating here for dinner or lunch perhaps we will try it sometime, but for now we will continue to enjoy great breakfasts here.

Kinda cool but very average food. Been a few times and the first time the quirkiness was interesting and the food ok. We went for a celebratory meal and it was fine. Second time was very poor. Very loud party spoilt the experience so much so the managers had to give out free bottles of Prosecco to diners. Food was poor. Third time was just ok. I won’t be bothering again.

Again a lovely hot choccie but ask for it hot. Good music, nice ambience, comfy sofas and nice friendly atmosphere.

Whilst the service and drinks are off the charts and the bar men are always chatty the menu for non allergens is good with a wide range of meals of tapas, the gluten free menu is much smaller and was no great, wouldn’t go back to eat as gluten free but always go for a cocktail!
