Hash in Worcester

This places serves good food and drinks, specifically for brunch but extends into burgers etc. Well rounded. The service is very strange here, I asked to order food (whilst my drinks order was taken) and was told no because there are people in front of me.. Never heard this before. I wouldn’t recommend for quick or relaxed diners. Service can definitely be improved, even had to chase the bill and card machine.

The food was amazing, the environment lovely and comfortable (spacious but intimate yet not on top of each other) and the service was second to none (thanks Chloe)

The place was busy and we were told it wouldn’t be long before a table was available. We saw the food that was being brought out so decided to wait. Seated fairly quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. So much choice for me as a veggie and my husband with a gluten intolerance. I opted for the veggie breakfast with my choice of egg cooking. My husband chose gluten free bread and sausage option. Lovely flat white with oat and chai latte drinks. Everything came well cooked, the potato rosti was particularly tasty, and presented beautifully. Well worth the price!!

This was our very first visit to Hash, and it certainly will not be our last we loved it. Contemporary, setting, friendly staff warm welcome, subtle, music and relaxing surroundings. Beautifully presented tasty local food at the fair price. Our waitress (Jess) stood out. She was warm friendly and attentive. The whole team made us feel very welcome. The food was so tasty and fresh. Excellent. 10/10 Thanks to all. See you soon.

Great atmosphere and brilliant brunch. What a nice place to get in a quick bite. Nice relaxing setting with tasty food, excellent coffee and friendly service.

What an absolute gem, went today, very busy, waitress was so lovely despite running around to make sure all customers were served, I said she needed a bit of help but apparently today was busier than usual, so hats off to her, she made sure we were made to feel welcome. Food was superb we were sat close to the serving counter so saw the way food was prepared and served, absolutely faultless Menu caters for all and a great choice for both meat eaters and especially vegetarians. This will always be our place for lunch in worcester from now on.

After reading all the reviews was expecting something special. All in all it was a bit average. The Full English was OK, I’ve had better and worse. My wife had scrambled eggs on toast. There was so much black pepper in them, she found them practically inedible. To be fair, they did offer to replace them, but we didn’t bother and they knocked it off the bill. Staff were friendly and place itself was nice, but doubt we’ll be back.

Honestly best breakfast in Worcester. The bacon is homecured, whipped butter on sourdough toast,really enjoyed.we will be back definitely

Although quick to seat us the waitress refused to take an order at that time although we were desperate for coffee whilst we considered our lunch choice. When she returned 10 minutes later we ordered but our coffee turned up at the same time as our food which meant that the coffee was cooling fast by the time we had finished eating. I cannot complain about the speed the staff were working at - there simply needs to be more of them. however the food was first class and I will certainly be returning when I have time to sit and read the paper whilst waiting to be served !

Very sleepy service…food was good, fresh and tasty. The place needs some kind of sign when you walk in (maybe I missed it?) that tells you what to do! I didn’t know whether to just sit down anywhere, go over to the bar or wait for someone to come over. Seated fairly quick but left to wait too long, drinks too forever, food took forever and wasn’t over busy. Could have upsold us more drinks. Would return but on a day where I’m not in a rush to get going.

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this place whilst wondering about Worcester, the menu grabbed us straight away so we went in. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of our server (I believe he has a nirvana in utero tattoo on his arm) but he was brilliant, lovely warm welcome, very polite and efficient. The food was delicious as was the homemade lemonade. I will definitely be back when I’m in Worcester next. Thanks for the experience guys

So I cannot fault the taste as the food is amazing. However, Hash are unaware of what is in there food. I asked about Welsh rarebit. It comes with Worcester sauce. When I asked what Worcester sauce it uses, they said Lee and Perrin's. I informed them that that isn't vegetarian as it has sardines in. Their response was 'its only fish essence.' I can understand mistakes (so many restaurants advertise parmesan as vegetarian when it isn't. However, I've looked back onto the website 2 weeks later and it is still being advertised as vegetarian. They clearly don't care about someone's choices or allergies as they are still seeing a product that uses sardines as vegetarian. I've still given it 3 stars as I ordered something else and taste was fantastic but it has put me off going again.

First time here, but impressed. Good coffee, Eggs Florentine as good as I've had in years. Rest of the family equally appreciative of their brunch. Good prices too. Certainly on my list of places to visit in Worcester.

Visited again today, third time in as many weeks, cannot fault here, lovely staff, and the food is beautiful, fresh, bespoke and served elegantly. Everything is tasty and really ticks a box. We can highly recommend here and we will definitely be back.
