most delicious Sunday Lunch 6 adults and a toddler ! The food arrived hot, plentiful & delicious. Desserts were great too. Lottie looked after us so well, distracted our little one while she waited for her food ! She is a credit to the Crown . We will be back very soon, thank you.

Lovely comfortable friendly pub. Located opposite Withington Castle in Northern Shropshire . I didn't eat here but it smelt good. Good selection on draught and friendly staff and locals made this a lovely stop. Dog friendly. Lots of outdoor space and picnic tables at the back overlooking the castle.

An excellent find at short notice. Made to feel welcome by Craig (Landlord) and the locals. Lots of dog walkers were in attendance and were able to dry wet things by one of the open fires. The pub and hotel were immacualte with parking to the rear. Lots of choice for food in the village and you can take food into the pub to eat which supports the pub and local buisnesses....great teamwork!!! Lots of ghost stories regarding frequent visitors to the Talbot from long ago...!!! Stayed on business but will return in Jan/ Feb for a non-work getaway... The breakfast layout was amazing as was the cooked breakfast provided by Craig. Well done to Craig (and the locals whom were most welcoming)!!!

Had the best French Toast on Saturday with yoghurt and berries it was delicious! The cafe was a lovely friendly vibe, nice music and so much selection I could have stayed there all day. My dog enjoyed it too with her own treats from the team! Thank you Taste I can’t wait to come back

We booked a table for 8 people for last Saturday lunchtime. Two nembers of staff were chatting at the desk we said we had booked we were told it's the table round the corner snd carried on their conversation. The table and stools were so high I had difficulty getting onto the seat. My Granddaughter was below the tablebtop when seated!! The table was right by the men's very smelly toilet. We were told we couldn't change tables. No one came for our drinks or food order. After waiting for 20 minutes with no one serving us we all walked out and drove to a venue in Newport where we had 1st class attention and food. We have been to the Bell several times and had good service and good food but we won't be going again. What happened to the friendly attentive staff who used to work at the Bell???
