Very happy with our visit. Kyle and Al were very welcoming and the food was delicious even though we were late arriving on a Sunday night.

Andre & Alex was amazing, really attentive and friendly, food was banging I would highly recommend the buffalo chicken Burger!! Will be coming back soon.

This pub and venue have been here forever, but have now become part of the Brewdog family of chained locations. So what does that mean, well its half way between and a tourist trap and a Brewdog venue, and somewhere the locals might pop into. The food is pub wings, chips and dios, with a smattering of classic grub. All of which was rather nice. There were two issues when we visited, we had a birthday promotion deal which only one staff member had any clue about. Several other staff gave us different prices or didnt understand what we were asking. Also the prices seem well high even for its location. This is £15 for a cocktail or 7-8 for a pint.

Really lovely pub with some incredible beer selections on tap- the guys behind the bar were all super friendly and welcoming too. Just a shame that you’re putting more money into James Watt’s pocket by drinking here!

Sunday Roast was poor...Veg was barely cooked, everything was pale . Cheesecake for dessert was not fresh. But the Staff were fantastic...all the boys that we dealt with were so friendly & helpful, they made the evening very pleasant.

Fish and chips ok, no table service, you have to order everything at the bar.

My husband and I saw that this restaurant got a high rate so we decided to try. We entered to the restaurant no one welcomed us. We chose a table and we asked the waiter to clean the table since there was food and glasses, unfortunately his answer was ‘ we are too busy’. After this reply, we left immediately. Very Rude Service. We don’t recommend this restaurant.

Not a bad pub but needs to have a warmer atmosphere, especially at Christmas time, not much in Christmas decor and the saddest Christmas tree I've ever seen with one string of lights and about 5 decorations. There were plenty of drink options but not a very warm, friendly welcome, I get that it's busy, but... as it's Christmas, I've been kind with the stars.

nice place! can get very busy, needs another worker to help make cocktails. moscow mule tasted like ginger water, so wouldn’t recommend that, but the pineapple cider was amazing! the trivia happening was nice but it’s a very small area and quite loud

Really pleasant time at Tower Bridge Arms. Friendly reception (so needed in London!!) who let me try a range of beers, with a personal recommendation, to settle on a purchase that suited my taste. The atmosphere is bustling but not overwhelming. Truly lovely experience here with average priced pints within a lovely, perfectly lit, and tastefullly decorated location. All moments away from Tower Bridge. Worth a visit for anyone that wants to rest, be merry, and feel welcomed within this massive metropolis of London town!!

Good drinks but over £8 a pint and this is a basic pub nothing special. Then they ask you for a 15% tip for going to the bar yourself! This is London 🙅‍♂️ if you're charging that much pay your staff properly PS The pub on the corner sells Brewdog drinks for a lot less

Always nice staff, great selection of beers. Delicious dishes that are prepared fresh and quickly. Please try a burger and a Black Heart. We would be happy to come back because it is always very comfortable.

I do not recommend it, I will never go back and ofc I will never bring a friend that is on holidays in london to this restaurant again. I went with two friends who were on holiday in London. When I sat down on the chair, my leg was stretched out because I have an injury in my knee and the waiter told me to put my foot down. We did not like the waiter's attitude at all. We ordered three burgers and we did not like the flavour, it tasted like vinegar.

It was our first time here and the bartender Niamh’s gave us the best lager/ale suggestions based on our palate. She also made the best espresso martinis! Could have drunk a pint’s worth

I just booked London again and it occurred to me... I didn't leave a review at all in October '23. It was awesome, so I'll be going back there in February '25.

Rude staff. Kept pouring tequila instead of gin. Beware of card machines tricking you into giving tips for serving drinks. Ridiculous. Awful place

It's the night before I return stateside. I NEEDED Sticky Toffee Pudding. They served it, and they served it GOOD. An absolute delicacy. I had it with the custard (Vanilla ice cream is also available). And before that, I had Sausage and Mash. Ordering was easy from the QR code on the table, the food came quickly, the presentation was stunning, the atmosphere is cozy, the pub's near my hotel... Those plates were CLEAN when I was finished. Well done to this pub, and thank you for the last-minute delights!

This place is awesome!! I had the cheeseburger with the gravy and would come back every night for it!! And when they say the gravy is drinkable, I agree!! Jack behind the bar was awesome and even took our order at the table as it was quiet. Such a friendly, warm place, definitely recommend!!

We came here on a recommendation of the Sunday Roast complete with bottomless Yorkshire Puddings and Gravy, and it did not disappoint. The meat was a tender generous portion, the roasted vegetables were bright and flavourful, the gravy was hot and the Yorkshire Puddings fluffy. The highlight of our meal what the great staff: the manager politely dealt with a difficult situation in a very professional manner swiftly and our server was exceptional, she was cheerful, efficient and very helpful despite being short staffed! We would absolutely come back here to see her anytime we were in London. Thank N and team for a great meal at Tower Bridge Arms!

Only stopped in for drinks a few times, would not want to get food here, seems like a typical tourist trap. Brewdog bought this pub, and no locals support it. Decor and overall comfort needs serious work. Food left on tables after gusts have left, tables not wiped, after 30 minutes, still not done. I like the brand, not this pub.

An overall decent place to grab a pint and some food. They have a wide selection of craft beer. Our server was excellent. He had some great alternative options for my wife when the beer she ordered was no longer available. The food was just okay and not a place I would really recommend if you are looking for a good meal but it will do just fine in a pinch.

I had the same experience as chris ibito Well il start by saying the blonde guy on the bar today was so nice and amazing and honestly was the only good thing about our experience we ordered the chicken roast and the chicken was so dry and the potatoes were Rock hard One of the staff members was so rude and it didnt look like SHE wanted to Be there at all.we asked for gravy and got rolled eyes .we even saw her rolling her eyes at other customers and mumbling rude words to herself about them I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for another Yorkshire which was unlimited because she probably would of rolled her eyes again.very disappointed

Everything was great the food very delicious the portions are very big the atmosphere was great and the service by Fatima zahra was amazing perfect she was very kind and very helpful and friendly 🙏

Glassware was very dirty. Every table cluttered with dirty plates with leftover food on it and glasses everywhere , clearly understaffed taking account only two people working on a Friday night. This place looks a bit more like a war-zone. Barman nice though

Staff are polite, and the establishment is clean. Not many people were dining when I visited, however food was tasty and prompt. Hot and hearty meal with generous portions! Tried the Chicken and mushroom pie 🥧

Chicken wings + beer here? I rate it 🍗🤤💸. £11.45 for 7x wingette/drumette. Don't get me wrong they are tasty, but also twice the price of what I would pay normally. Perhaps the only economical way to have these would be via the Unlimited Wings Wednesday promotion. There are multiple screens inside and they do play sports. You can move unused chairs around here and there for better viewing angle if needed (as long as they don't block the way). I watched the CL final here ⚽. Great vibe. Try to come early if the match you are seeing is popular e.g. EURO or WC England matches. Otherwise, it's a BrewDog pub. If you've been to one (or have tried their beer), then you know what to expect in terms of beverages. They are nice, but a bit pricey. Order food (and drinks) at the bar.

Ordered food on the app as all the signs and table QR codes suggest, no food after 50 minutes (chased it after 30). Apparently it’s always “better to talk to a human”, and they knew about the order and just didn’t accept it! Very strange, ended up having to cancel it as everyone else at the table who ordered at the same time on the app had eaten.

A brewdog chain now (although doesn't seem to mention it on google). Went for a timeout offer for roast and pint. The male server who looks like a member of an indie band was excellent, welcoming, and friendly. Quodos to him as one of the best servers I've come across! The beer is, as with all brewdogs, lovely but pricey. The food was good but the potatoes were slightly undercooked so hard / raw in the middle, but the meat and other things were excellent. The pub is pretty small and surprisingly quiet so atmosphere probably not as good as in an evening :)

We were here twice last week. Drinks and food are good and the music being played is also a lot of fun! The only things that weren't very pleasant were the sticky tables one evening and the toilet that smelled very like urine. Otherwise definitely worth a visit and definitely try the espresso martini!

Convenient location, prices were what you'd expect for the area so not cheap. Service was great, staff were friendly and chatty. Would go in there again if I was in the area.

Nice decor, good beer, friendly service but horrible food and toilets (which were dark and not too clean)The chicken pie I had was average, the mashed potato and vegetables hard and barely edible. Big prices too. Just down the road the Witherspoon's will do better for half the price. The beer was delicious though. But there's a reason why it's generally only half full.

Bathroom was disgusting. The smell was so bad I had to hold my breath and almost vomitted. You also need to go to the bar to get your drinks as they do not serve it to the tables

We had Alex our server and he was kind and quick and honest about how long will it take us to get our food. If I lived here, I would come back all the time. Just to get served by Alex. somebody give that guy a raise!!$

Nice, uncramped seating. Unbelievably expensive, but I'm probably not used to London prices. Rather than avoid the pub I'll probably just avoid London in the future...

First time in London, and just walked in and we had great serve great food 😋 and a delicious cider!!! Fully recommend Great with kids to!! Can't remember the gentleman's name that served us but had longer black hair! And he was fabulous aset to the Tower Bridge Arms xx
