Only stopped in for drinks a few times, would not want to get food here, seems like a typical tourist trap. Brewdog bought this pub, and no locals support it. Decor and overall comfort needs serious work. Food left on tables after gusts have left, tables not wiped, after 30 minutes, still not done. I like the brand, not this pub.

An overall decent place to grab a pint and some food. They have a wide selection of craft beer. Our server was excellent. He had some great alternative options for my wife when the beer she ordered was no longer available. The food was just okay and not a place I would really recommend if you are looking for a good meal but it will do just fine in a pinch.

I had the same experience as chris ibito Well il start by saying the blonde guy on the bar today was so nice and amazing and honestly was the only good thing about our experience we ordered the chicken roast and the chicken was so dry and the potatoes were Rock hard One of the staff members was so rude and it didnt look like SHE wanted to Be there at all.we asked for gravy and got rolled eyes .we even saw her rolling her eyes at other customers and mumbling rude words to herself about them I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for another Yorkshire which was unlimited because she probably would of rolled her eyes again.very disappointed

Everything was great the food very delicious the portions are very big the atmosphere was great and the service by Fatima zahra was amazing perfect she was very kind and very helpful and friendly 🙏

Glassware was very dirty. Every table cluttered with dirty plates with leftover food on it and glasses everywhere , clearly understaffed taking account only two people working on a Friday night. This place looks a bit more like a war-zone. Barman nice though

Staff are polite, and the establishment is clean. Not many people were dining when I visited, however food was tasty and prompt. Hot and hearty meal with generous portions! Tried the Chicken and mushroom pie 🥧

Chicken wings + beer here? I rate it 🍗🤤💸. £11.45 for 7x wingette/drumette. Don't get me wrong they are tasty, but also twice the price of what I would pay normally. Perhaps the only economical way to have these would be via the Unlimited Wings Wednesday promotion. There are multiple screens inside and they do play sports. You can move unused chairs around here and there for better viewing angle if needed (as long as they don't block the way). I watched the CL final here ⚽. Great vibe. Try to come early if the match you are seeing is popular e.g. EURO or WC England matches. Otherwise, it's a BrewDog pub. If you've been to one (or have tried their beer), then you know what to expect in terms of beverages. They are nice, but a bit pricey. Order food (and drinks) at the bar.

Ordered food on the app as all the signs and table QR codes suggest, no food after 50 minutes (chased it after 30). Apparently it’s always “better to talk to a human”, and they knew about the order and just didn’t accept it! Very strange, ended up having to cancel it as everyone else at the table who ordered at the same time on the app had eaten.

A brewdog chain now (although doesn't seem to mention it on google). Went for a timeout offer for roast and pint. The male server who looks like a member of an indie band was excellent, welcoming, and friendly. Quodos to him as one of the best servers I've come across! The beer is, as with all brewdogs, lovely but pricey. The food was good but the potatoes were slightly undercooked so hard / raw in the middle, but the meat and other things were excellent. The pub is pretty small and surprisingly quiet so atmosphere probably not as good as in an evening :)

We were here twice last week. Drinks and food are good and the music being played is also a lot of fun! The only things that weren't very pleasant were the sticky tables one evening and the toilet that smelled very like urine. Otherwise definitely worth a visit and definitely try the espresso martini!

Convenient location, prices were what you'd expect for the area so not cheap. Service was great, staff were friendly and chatty. Would go in there again if I was in the area.

Nice decor, good beer, friendly service but horrible food and toilets (which were dark and not too clean)The chicken pie I had was average, the mashed potato and vegetables hard and barely edible. Big prices too. Just down the road the Witherspoon's will do better for half the price. The beer was delicious though. But there's a reason why it's generally only half full.

Bathroom was disgusting. The smell was so bad I had to hold my breath and almost vomitted. You also need to go to the bar to get your drinks as they do not serve it to the tables

We had Alex our server and he was kind and quick and honest about how long will it take us to get our food. If I lived here, I would come back all the time. Just to get served by Alex. somebody give that guy a raise!!$

Josh has been amazing and friendly! Great cheeseburgers with fries and tasty beer. If we ever go back to London we’ll definitely go again! Ciao from Italy!

First time in London, and just walked in and we had great serve great food 😋 and a delicious cider!!! Fully recommend Great with kids to!! Can't remember the gentleman's name that served us but had longer black hair! And he was fabulous aset to the Tower Bridge Arms xx

Unfortunately we visited post restaurant closing time so we weren’t able to get a bite, but the drink recommendations, especially the apple cider, and a particular beer with an espresso flavour, were fantastic! The bartender was super chill and friendly too. I could totally imagine this being like my everyday local pub!

Great pub, my first Sunday roast, very good. Even met some Packer fans!

Had previously been to Bakers but found that is was no longer trading. Apparently it has been closed for several months and no one appears to be taking it over.

Waitresses very helpful to find 2 choices of gluten free meals. Chose spicy chicken. The meal was terrible. My chicken so dry and tough it gave me jaw ache! My sister's was all gristle and inedible. Salad leaves, covered in cold beans in tomato sauce is not appetising! We left the meal and chose to go hungry.

Simple pub with solid food. In London you have to get your beer yourself at the bar. Has advantages and disadvantages.

No one takes care of you from arrival to ordering. We ended up ordering online. 30 minutes later still not ready due to technical order problem!

Booked this place for a pre-theatre meal. Lively atmosphere. Ordered burger and chips which was surprisingly decent although more expensive than it ought to be IMO. BOGOF on delicious cocktails was an added plus. Some of our table's food and drink took a while to come to the table (had to follow it up). Was told that app orders arent prioritised in the same way those going to the bar are served. Why offer this service and then begrudge fulfilling it - especially as when ordering via app one is automatically charged a 'pub surcharge'? Most places who do food, even pubs, come over and ask if all is ok at some point - this place does not. Even when my plate was brought to my table i tried to ask the lady for more condiments but she whizzed away before i could do so. The female toilets smell like someone has died in them. No toilet roll in any of the toilets. Shameful.

As a tourist I was looking for a pub and this one was well reviewed, but the service was poor, if you don't go to the counter you don't need them... the toilets were not clean, which after what we went through with Covid one should have learned, but regardless of this, a toilet must always be clean!

Really quiet when I visited (on Sat 30 Dec) so not much atmosphere. Great music and friendly staff but felt a bit soulless.

Food was cold when first came out but it was dealt with quickly by Amelia who was very helpful. Food was hot second time round. Portions were a little on the small side. Amelia was very knowledgable on the beers.

I booked a table for drinks. When we arrived a member of staff partially cleared the table of some of the plates and glasses from the previous occupants, but some glasses remained so we moved them ourselves. The loudness of the music inhibited conversation and at one point there were two separate sources of music, but it was quickly sorted out when we spoke to the staff. Otherwise good.

First time in the city. Decided to wander aimlessly and ended up there. The bartender that was the literal incarnation of young Robert Smith with a friendliest smile asked how I was doing, offered me a beer sample and poured a nice pint of ale of my choice. If that's not the proper pub vibe I don't know what is.
