The best restaurants serving British food in Birmingham West Midlands

So I went to this watering house from my home in Kings Heath, as I was curious to meet this guy the plumber in the photos on the site. Was not disapointed the atmosphere was fantastic, staff friendly and introduced to the main man "The Plumber", is a landmark to this pub, can defo talk and drink we ended up 3 deep, I bought the plumber some food tasted lush, when you come in here pricing is great food great and make sure you ask for Paul the Plumber for good drink and laugh. Thanks Briar and Paul was a total amazing afternoon, next time you want to pay Mr Plumber, I shall say No you Wont!!! its affordable and fun best pub in Brum

Used to be a cool place, visited recently and it was dead, and had small children running around at 8pm.

Thanks to Michael for reserving a lovely booth for our reunion lunch in Birmingham. Christa gave us a lovely warm welcome and fantastic service during our visit, nothing was too much trouble.😀👍 The food was ok for the price, fish was tasty, but it was quite a small portion of chips. 😳

Great place for shopping because of its early opening times and fresh fish!

The lamb Donner is next level here. Completely different from most places in Birmingham. If only they served fries to order as well. Chips taste good. They clearly use the right kind of taters. The staff are always friendly, there is plenty of parking. Can't fault this place. Just please put fries on the menu too!

The delivery was delayed in every 10 min for extra 10 mins. Final arriving of food was after 1h10mins. They were tasty even thought they were cold

Such poor quality food! One of the worst dixys I have had. Mini burger was falling all apart and looked like it got battered whilst in the making, fries were decent, lacking flavour. Also off brands drinks which isn't great, clearly a money saving trick! Was expecting good quality food especially as they are located in a busy and popular shopping park

Booked a table for 5 people Saturday at 8.30, arrived, the place was locked up, no response to a phone call - they had taken a contact number when the booking was made but not bothered to let us know they wouldn't be open! poor effort.

Me encontré con este lugar mientras estaba con mi hijo buscando un lugar para cenar y tuve una gran experiencia. El personal era muy amable con un buen sentido del humor. La comida era rápida y sabrosa y nos repartimos, La hora feliz estaba encendida en ese momento, así que los cócteles eran 2 por 1 y la mitad de la cerveza, El restaurante / bar donde estaba limpio y bien distribuido, En cuanto al costo, fue muy barato tanto para la comida como para la bebida.

Minimum queues. Jon Richards jewellery, attractive and unique. Approachable staff. Clean and tidy. In general better prices online.
