Booked a table for 5 people Saturday at 8.30, arrived, the place was locked up, no response to a phone call - they had taken a contact number when the booking was made but not bothered to let us know they wouldn't be open! poor effort.

Booked a table online. Arrived on Saturday night. Closed. Lights on but nobody home. No answer on the phone either. Thankfully there was space at another restuarant.

Arrived in Sutton thinking we could visit at 12.00pm as the website stated the venue was open. Waited till 5.00pm as website allowed us to book a table but the venue was still closed. I'm sure Wednesdays might be proving quiet but the website must match opening times. Very disappointing.

A fabulous new dining concept for Sutton Coldfield - great food accompanied by live music. Although very much still in their early days we were made to feel special and important. The concept is fantastic and I really do hope they make it work. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

First visit last night to this new venue in the centre of sutton and was well impressed. Live band playing in the background whilst eating a wonderful meal. Great place for a relaxing drink. Alan

Lovely evening at the newly opened Arts House - delicious food, great service and really enjoyed the live jazz. The menu is varied, something for all tastes. The pace of our food arriving was leisurely, but we weren’t in a rush and enjoyed our drinks and the music while it was prepared. My dessert - a chocolate cake (caprese?) was amazing. Will definitely return.

Had a great time on opening night. Everyone there worked really hard considering the short prep time they had. We didn't eat but the food looked amazing when it came out to other tables and the jazz band were great. It's a really nice place, stylish and really welcoming. Cheers Andy and the crew.

We came for a hot drink before visiting the cinema. Very busy, slow moving queue but friendly service, nice hot drinks, reasonably priced.

Minimum queues. Jon Richards jewellery, attractive and unique. Approachable staff. Clean and tidy. In general better prices online.

Awful place with sleezy predator bouncers. Tried reaching out to tell them what happened and had no response.

I have been a regular customer for a long time, years actually, and I usually have the same thing, small kebab meat and chips with salad. After today's visit I won't be back. There was a fresh kebab meat cooking, but they chose to scrape out the last sessions scrapings of overcooked and burnt meat from a can at the back, which should have been binned. I vote with my feet. I did eat the chips and not very fresh salad but binned the meat. Worst £4.80 I have ever spent.

The worst GP ever - receptionists are very invasive of your privacy and want to ask you what your condition is before they book an appointment and then they tell you to make a e-online consultation because they cannot book you for an appointment, then they don’t book you an appointment they just say our systems are down! I am in a critical condition and this is. The treatment I get - worse GP in my life do nottttt come here
