Urban Feast is a wonderfully welcoming restaurant where I had lunch. I got the chicken strips wrap, which was delicious. Huge city centre seating area downstairs

Purchased 2 medium box for £9.99 each, had a mix of egg fried rice with noodles, crispy chicken & 1 with Malaysian sauce, the other with Black bean sauce. BOTH were absolutely AWFUL! They had absolutely NO seasoning whatsoever, zero flavour & overpriced! Their website leads directly to an Ubereats page of which the items they do not sell except on certain days apparently, though no mention of this online! Save your money, ours went in the bin!

So we had a chicken wrap and kebab meal. £22!!! So expensive and the food is good but not worth the price. Atmosphere in seating area is dull, no music, painted black and very much need of an upgrade. Toilets have handriers from 1970's. Be quicker to blow on my own hands! Menu is limited,i did want noodles with prawns but not for £12!!

Save your money. Ordered noodle: to much sauce to much salt and the meat most not cooked .

Nice staff, good food, reasonable prices. However. the seating area and toilets are very unclean, even saliva on the floor where people have been spitting. Taking food out is a better choice than eating in.

Plenty of seating space at the venue, great food, good prices, and plenty of things to choose from on the menu. Service is great too, atmosphere can always be improved..

Although the food was good, the service was slow, seating area not clean. You can not see the drinks on offer and getting an answer about what they stick not very clear

First time coming here. First of all just want to say , the staff were nice, polite, friendly and customer service was upto standard which is always a must, premises seemed okay and clean. It's a halal takeaway, Prices seemed fair and up-to-date. Plenty of options to choose from their menu. Unfortunately it wasn't to my standard it's okay but not the best. Unfortunately I did see the gentleman use his hands to pick up the noodles from the plastic tub before transfering into the wok which wasn't the best surely a utensil like tongs would be easier to have and use? but because the wok is at high temperatures the heat will kill off anything In regards to that I was gonna speak out and say something but didn't want to cause a scene. Usually I wouldn't care in regards to speaking up, but I was tired and hungry and didn't have the energy to say anything. All the other vegetables, meats, were in separate compartments little metal things they put the stuff in and he used separate utensils for those just seemed silly he didn't use anything for the noodles at the end. I ordered the urban wok special with noodles was £7 it's chicken but he let me customise and half chicken and half beef( in hindsight I should of just stuck to chicken. And not mixed two meats together ) I opted for medium spice level. I think it's best too steer away from the beef as it was dry and tough. Sauce is okay, it says oyster sauce on the menu but wasn't something I'm keen on. Portion size is really good he put a good mount of the veggies in there aswell perhaps to much sauce. This was the only proper meal I ate that day didn't finish it all, I didn't have any sickness or diarrhea but my stomach was funny for few days after bloated , constipated, etc which isn't something that usually happens to me and has been more sensitive ever since to things I usually eat on a daily /weekly basis. So it was either the beef or the sauce or both that caused this. Only saw the reviews afterwards and yeah did not feel good about it.

Chips with chilli sauce. Good chips, great chilli sauce that really burns, and they aren’t cheap with the sauce. Phenomenal “had a few beers” food for the train. Thank you!

If you want to have indo Chinese noodles this is perfect place for that and burger as well.

Haven't been there in a long time was my favourite place when I was young the taste is still there just disappointing the donner was burnt or over cooked besides that it was okay I guess

Food, service, atmosphere and everything else were amazing, lovely evening eating here. Staff are very friendly, polite, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to eat in the City Centre! Definitely will be going here again.

I understand prices going up (as you raised them 10% a couple of months ago) but I use you because the food is good. but please don't start cutting down on portion sizes. Kebab I've just bought missing about a quarter. £11 is a lot for just the meat in a tray.

Overpriced and portions are very small giving it two stars cause the chilli sauce is nice. Won't use again

Halal food near Birmingham city centre. PRICES are not too bad considering it is city centre. If you dine in you near to take your food downstairs yourself in the eating in area. You have to tidy up as some tables have got rubbish on and no staff cleaning up.

A good range of products however, food was slightly undercooked and vinegar tasted off

A calm Wednesday lunch time. I ordered my usual, spicy 🔥 chicken strips with chips. The strips come in 3, 5 and 9 as a meal with a drink. It's been a long time since frequented this establishment. I use to dine in, in the underground seating back between 2006-2009. It's still maintained it's high quality. The chicken is spicy, flavourful and the coating is unbelievably tasty. The fries are of a high quality and their hot sauce, extremely tantalising. There is seating underground, very spacious and suitable for groups (small and large) with Cable TV. However, due to the spiral stairs going down, do not recommend families with kids or a push-chair. Nonetheless, it's the best Halal fried chicken 🐓 take-away in the City Centre. The owner has refurbished since I last visited, the standards of hygiene are even more greater. All the new metal machinery, with the raw food and ingredients enclosed and stored carefully. The level of hygiene is ridiculously high and maintained at all times. The food preparation, service and general takeout packing (napkins, cutlery etc) is perfect.

Big portions. Wok flavours are strong and spicy.🔥 Will definitely come again just for the Noodles alone. Yet to try the other menu items. A+

Got the fried chicken breast burger meal. Was nice along with the sauce however the portion isn’t quite what you pay for, £7. However the food was great and the sauce and it filled me up despite not having breakfast, would definitely go again

I had ordered a chicken doner wrap. The positives were that the chicken was warm and fresh and it was juicy. However, the ingredients were cheap and the chilli sauce was too sweet (It wasn’t meant to be sweet chilli sauce). Which was messing with the flavours of the wrap. The chicken was extremely bland and you could taste the flavourlessness through the sauces. Also I didn’t realise there was lettuce in my wrap until it was 3 quarters finished. Total cost was £5 which was quite expensive for the quality and quantity of the food.

Not the cheapest kebabs, but by far the best tasting. Service is clean, efficient and friendly always. Does everyone know that there is a downstairs where you can sit and eat? Challenge anyone to put up one better in the vicinity 🤔?

Not a bad place, does a variety of meals including noodles, piripiri chicken, kebabs... fries are decent too. All made to order. Good seating available downstairs too.

Went there by chance - and I totally and absolutely loved their food. The taste is so good, flavourful and juicy, great meal size and fast service. They also recommend meals depending on your spice preference. Basement has a sitting area too. My fav is noodles with prawn. This is one of the best cheap meal places situated just across the grand central station.

This is my go to place for a grilled Peri Peri burger at lunchtime. Staff are always polite and helpful. Food is made fresh to order and always worth waiting for.

Después de ver un musical en el Hipódromo, crucé la calle desde el teatro y encontré este lugar. Muy autentico. No es demasiado caro para donde está y trae un corazón inmaduro. No pude resistirme a pedir el arroz frito Fookin. Muy bueno de verdad. El único inconveniente es que no aceptan tarjetas de crédito y tampoco sirven alcohol.

Encontrará su pedido procesado y procesado, esperando 45 minutos, e incluso un ciclista que viene a "recoger" su comida en la aplicación y declararla "entregada". Pero en realidad, nadie está cocinando después de las 10 PM.

Popped in today on the way in to Bham city centre. Greeted by some very miserable people who then served me what looked like minced up dog food in a pitta bread. Halal doner meat? I wonder if they know it contains pork!!! Research it!

No wonder the food was disgusting when they don’t even keep the place clean! Practically selling raw meat in a nan bread.

I have eaten a lot of singapore noodles from a lot of different Chinese takeaways, these are absolutely INCREDIBLE.When I go here, and I will travel from Tamworth!!!!, I get four and freeze them down. Can't rate the noodles highly enough. The chicken and prawns are the best ones. Lush

As I ordered I asked the quality due to the price, I was assured it was the best food around. Upon getting home and tasting the food the cat even turned his nose up at it! Would never touch the place!!!

Vine aquí para mi almuerzo mientras estaba en el trabajo, me trataron como a un criminal cuando su máquina de tarjetas no funcionaba y el gerente me acusó de tener la tarjeta de otra persona. Luego me gritó, durante 5 minutos seguidos frente a todos los clientes. Nunca me he sentido tan humillado en toda mi vida y disgustado por el espantoso servicio de esta comida para llevar, ya que está enfrente de la estación. MANTÉNGASE BIEN, si no quiere ser faltado al respeto ! ! ! !

Recuerdo que en los días que yo y mis amigos solíamos ir aquí con bastante frecuencia después de la universidad. La comida de hamburguesa de filete de pollo era tan goooood. En aquel entonces solo costaba 3. 00. Solían tener las ollas de chile con una cucharada de mayonesa en el medio.La comida ahora es asquerosa. El servicio es muy pobre. Ahora cobran a precios exorbitantes. Si están en la misma liga que los nandos o las hamburguesas hechas a mano, entonces pagaría tus precios. Pero solo eres una tienda de chips. . . y no muy buena.

Arrived at Urban feast February 2019 for chicken and chips. Open up the door and it looked like a nice venue. I ordered the chicken and peri wings. Only took a few minutes to make. However watching over those few minutes was one man behind the counter. He was scratching his beard and hair handling food with no gloves on or anything to protect his hair. I have him the money in his hand placed it back on the side and carried on scratching his body. I approached the gentleman about this and he ignored me. I received my food and on my way out I placed it in the bin. I believe when handling food that you should have better hygiene for staff as this was not great customer service or great hygiene. I would not recommend this place or be back anytime soon.

Pasé por aquí para tomar un bocadillo rápido para llevar al pub (Wellington) ordenó los fideos de Singapur con pechuga de pollo y langostinos, muy sabrosos, porciones grandes y picantes. Sin duda recomendado para un bocado rápido. El personal es muy servicial y amable, un lugar al que volveré.

Decidimos ir por la opción de fideos abajo y pedí un plato de pollo Szechuan. El chef me preguntó un par de veces si eso estaba bien, lo que me puso un poco nervioso, pero en base a que he tenido el estilo Szechuan varias veces en los restaurantes, pensé que "no hay problema". Incorrecto. ¡Increíble por el calor! Destrozado Especialmente cuando pude haber jugado a salvo y tenía pollo y papas fritas arriba por menos dinero. Puede ser mi culpa, pero no creo que me guste la comida caliente. ¡Este era un nivel diferente!

Muy buena comida! Lo suficiente para volver para otra toma! Recomiendo encarecidamente el Katsu y la hamburguesa Peri Peri. El arroz de Singapur también es muy bueno! No me quedé impresionado por los fideos Udon, que eran solo por gusto personal y no por el plato en sí. Sin embargo, es un lugar fantástico a solo unos pasos de Grand Central y HMC certificados.

We had been at the Arena and came closer to the station for a drink, so on our way back to the car we came in here. Great location for plenty of passing trade but I can imagine the hassle they get from drunks from all over the country as the night goes on. Organisation wasn't the best as the queue kept slipping and twice I had to remind him of my order but when we eventually sat to eat, the chips were amazing and I have never had jalapeños on my kebab before, nice kick.

Compramos comida de pescado y patatas fritas de bacalao aquí después de mucho debate en mi mente acerca de lo que tienen para el almuerzo. He pensado probar pescado bacalao y patatas fritas. Maldita. Fue malo. Anuncian como pescado y patatas fritas, pero me dieron patatas fritas. . Pescado bacalao estaba empapado en aceite y no sabe como Cod. Chili utilizan salsa curry era como mezclar con salsa de chili. Lo mejor de mi comida? El 7 Can.

Llegamos al otro lado Urbano Fiesta al final de una tarde en Birmingham. Ubicado frente a la estación Grand Central en el centro de la ciudad. Estábamos impresionados cómo amable y servicial de la gente que trabaja allí estaban. Nos ayudaron a elegir buenas opciones de comida e incluso preparó un pollo especial mama en hierbas y especias se sirve en un porche. . . . . La comida era muy sabrosa y una excelente relación calidad-precio. . . . Pedimos una porción de patatas fritas, que era muy grande y nos dieron libre elección de refresco. . . . . Se puede comer en el comedor en la planta baja donde su orden será llevado a su mesa. . . . . . . Altamente recomendado. . . . . . . Excelente

Solía ser un habitual aquí y llamado recientemente después de unos años de distancia. El pollo es excelente, me encanta. El pescado y las patatas fritas, sin embargo, no es tan fantástico, mejor que comprar un pescado de tradición y chips.

No hay ningún problema con la comida patatas muy agradable. Lo que no tienen un problema con es el obvio corto cambiante. Alimentos bastante buena, pero un poco más de lo que suele pagar por una comida estándar de hamburguesas ( £4.00 ). Puedo entender que esto, ya que se encuentra enfrente Estación de New Street. Tienen un amplio comedor abajo, que puede ser un poco espeluznante ya que la mayoría de las paredes tienen espejos!

Okay so this place is cheap. And the local newspaper says they got 0 stars on scores on the doors. The FSA website says this too (October 2014) yet the Facebook page insists they've got a 3-4 rating. I can't decide.I've been in when I've been on breaks at work and personally I've had no issues. Cheap and does the job for me.

I've been a good few times, service is pretty good and food is spot on. I've had the mixed donner in naan as well as chicken tikka in nan. Portion sizes are very generous even for myself. A little pricey compared to general takeaways but this is expected due to the city centre location.

This is one place where you can sit and have your lunch. Though its a chicken and burger place, the menu is very varied. You can have curries, lamb chops as well as the usual fries etc. I have tried a lot of the food now and keep going back as the food is really tasty.
