Yalda, served up the best breakfast! looked just like the photo on the menu, It looked and tasted delicious. I am the first to complain when eggs are too runny, overcooked, had two eggs looking THE SAME, perfect! If Morrisons wants to continue excellant meals, ask Yalda for advice. Breakfast on 07/09/2024

I would have given 1* except for the absolutely first rate staff in the cafe who deserve a medal 🥇 working like machines to keep it running and still had a kind word and superb customer service - MORRISON'S - your cafe is in an unworkable mess and you would know this had your manager (I took a picture of his little sign intending to write to him only to find out that he has NEVER been there, met these wonderful staff or experienced his own service) However, the car park was very easy to use, there was a lift to the cafe and a reasonably clean toilet I can see it's not the easiest building and it's in a very busy area with high foot fall There was NO air conditioning in the cafe surrounded by glass in the sunshine 🔆 but plenty of flies.... Your entranceway into the store was so stacked up everywhere that it almost looked like a warehouse and I don't wish to comment on the 2 "security" guards at the entrance.... I have tried to balance my opinion and understand the bigger picture here in terms of the store and its situation but I feel people should know how it was to visit your store and I am sorry but it was not a pleasant place to be....

A big supermarket with lots of exciting produce. There are other cheaper supermarkets, but not locally .

Always great coffee, food, service and atmosphere.

The layout of the store itself is good with a range of products, market street section, and a cafe. I've had many good experiences shopping here but can't give higher than 3* because of the amount of items labelled misleadingly (including wrongly shelved in front of the incorrect price) and how often items like bread in bakery especially are sold way past their expiration date.

It is a big store in Edgbaston area. This shop is just a 50 meters away from Edgbaston Village metro station. It has eateries inside called Morrison market place such as Salad stop, fried chicken, etc. This place has a huge parking space of two floor. Free parking for 2 hours for shoppers. Pizza hut, Turkish barber shop in front of Morrison entrance.

Low quality food! Also, food market has food cooked without love, overcooked or undercooked! I can guess how much wastage this place does! Seen that the food is so bad! I believe that needs a better management of the product in stock and food catalogs!

Cheap superstore in Birmingham.

Everything can be found in the store. From ready-made food to home appliances, at a good price.

Annoyingly the lunch wraps are always on the top shelf often pushed to the back so I can never reach and have to hope someone very tall comes along. Change this daft shelving. I walked out today and went to village kitchen.

Whenever I'm in this area I enjoy coming to this Morrisons even if for a small visit. Great produce and helpful staff perfect location.

Poor Morrison nice grocery store, but all their freezer are leaking an accident waiting to happen.

Nice big clean store with a variety of products. Sell some items of clothing not much though. Staff are always friendly We actually visited this store for the cafe. Avoid at all costs we ordered food and had over an hour wait when the food came out was cold and hard. Sent food back and had to wait a further 30mins for the food to still come out cold. We eventually gave up and asked to speak to the manager and ask for a full refund. The manager was understanding so thank you

Omg we had a breakfast here on Saturday 20th July, we ordered it on the app and complained as the table next to us had theirs within 15 minutes and it looked delicious, ours came after half an hour uneatable I will definitely not be going back

I did have the tomato soup but was expecting the creme of the creme, sadly it tasted more like Heinz's cream of tomato soup which I can get cheaper from downstairs

Had a decent car park and i managed to get everything i needed for my shopping. There weren't any baskets by the front door so I had to go to the tills to get one annoyingly but overall satisfied.

Great breakfast section upstairs. But they need to make it clear you buy your hot drinks separately from your breakfast. It's not all inclusive.

Shop ok but the cafe was absolutely roasting! The staff in the kitchens were nearly passing out from the heat. We had to leave, as did a lot of other customers. This was the extremely hot day earlier this week. The food looked good though, I might venture back when the weather has cooled.

Customer service at this store is shocking. Queues are long at checkout with only one till open. Check out is so slow and some staff are rude.

False advertisement to there milkshakes and waffles they have still got there sign up but they dont do them any more i went there today to get them i asked if they do it and they said no but they have still got there sign up

I visited the Morrisons store at 10 PM on 11/07. Despite showing my ID proving I’m over 21, a worker wearing a hijab refused to sell me a product. When I asked to see the manager, she ignored me and instructed her colleagues to do the same. I have been a loyal customer for almost four years, but after this experience, I won't be returning. This treatment is unacceptable.

Huge store with plenty of car park. The escalator is out of order 80% of the time.

The Cafe service has gone down hill 👎. The cafe used to be great but recently since the fire and revamp it’s abysmal. There’s an order machine which allows you to order what you want even if there’s no stock for it. Some items are self service that doesn’t update if it’s out of stock. So as I found out you can order only to find out after there’s none of that item. It also means you can buy items and not know if it will be delivered to your table or if you’re meant to grab it from the display (if it’s there). Make it make sense Morrisons.

Quality of fresh produce getting worse and emphasis on buying 6 packs ( in plastic j on many items which results in surplus thrown away as many smaller households only need 2 or 3 . I bought a pack of 6 apples and each one was bruised! Too many self service checkouts not enough personal checkouts .

RESIDENT HOMELESS, POO ON THE DOORSTEP! So a homeless beggar has made the front of the Morrisons into his home. The other day I found him cleaning up his dog's poo infront of the store, and not very well! I spoke with security and they said that he HAS THE RIGHT TO LIVE THERE and that the police won't do anything! They said the store manager has been fighting the issue for months. There is dog poo right outside the entrance! His family and friends came to visit him too, how nice! Needless to say this is unhygienic, anti-social, and failure on multiple levels for this to happen.

This is not the first time that a cashier has charged me for a soft drink without me buying it. Sometimes we go quickly and since there is a line, I don't check the ticket until I get home, which I won't do again.

When will I be able to buy any of your Vapes.? It’s been 4 weeks since your vape shop unavailable for customers. And no they don’t have anything of what I asked at the tobacco kiosk. False advertisement

At least half of the products have wrong prices on the labels. Labels would say 'offer' and you would pay 40% more on the till. It is rather annoying and I don't think it is just a coincidence.

Five ways morrisons very disappointed, absolutely no ice creams in the fridge, except for the 2 bxs stuck to the ice, some shelves quite bear. Bad shopping experience shopping at five ways morrisons.

Clean , great selection of unusual products and very friendly staff. Close to tram and bus station as well. Perfect if you work in the city and want to grab something on the way home

This store, at Fiveways on Hagley Road in Birmingham, is huge - with so much choice.

New menu at Morrisons (from mid-May 2024) with a vast selection of dishes. Extremely good value, and remember that Morrisons have a "KIDS EAT FREE" scheme - see menu for details. So many good meal deals on offer. There are also free refills on hot drinks! The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The staff are attentive and friendly. Shout out to the lady in the hijab who always greets customers as "my lovelies". Just on one occasion my meal arrived a little late and I was offered any hot drink (which I hadn't already ordered, by the way). There are a few minor issues which I have emailed to the manager directly which, I think, could improve the speed of service (eg install another food-order screen), but this café is definitely worth a visit if you live or work locally, or are just passing by. I recommend the fish & chips! As good as any I've had at double the price in pubs and specialist fish & chip restaurants!

We can get all the groceries, vegetables, and baked food. There are separate sign boards for easy pickup. Price tags are affixed for ease. Customer friendly self billing counters. In case of any issues, customer care personnel are available.

Very nice Morrisons to shop the security was very nice and doing his job very well. Not like the one in West Brom Tesco he was so rude made accusations about me thought that i was stealing. But in reality I was not the tone of the Morrisons is very positive when customers are exxiting the store saying have a good day thank you. ❤️

No changes to make . .As always, a friendly store to use! Clean and tidy as one would expect. Market street is a welcome addition to the store! Allowing more treats to buy! My only criticism would be the lack of check outs as these have been replaced with more self checkouts. Good if you have just a few items, but not so much with larger shopping. Time consuming especially if you get flustered waiting for assistance Nice to see plenty of fresh food available

Went to Vist Cafe. Had to wait 30 minutes for a breakfast . The food was not good . The bacon my Mrs had was undercooked . The chips was dry and burnt . For a new Cafe you should be ashamed that your allowing this food to even come out like this . Also seen someone rob a newspaper at front of store . Security was not bothered and ignored it . Store management maybe should move this

Morrisons is a supermarket where you can find good stuff, but I have to say, the prices are not the lowest. However, the quality of their products is really good. You might pay a bit more than some other places, but it's worth it because you know you're getting good quality. Whether it's fresh produce, vegetable s, or other groceries, you can trust that Morrisons offers top-notch items. So, if you're willing to spend a little extra for quality, Morrisons is a great choice. You won't be disappointed with what you find there.

I went for a late lunch at this Morrisons cafe and selected a burger, chips and cole slaw and a pot of tea. The cafe wasn't very busy yet I still had to wait 25 minutes for my meal. It only came when I'd asked the server where my meal was and he served it within a minute. I asked if it had been waiting, but he said it had just been prepared.!! The burger was like a piece of cardboard, as if it had been cooked and left warmed up, a limp piece of lettuce a tiny sliver of tomato and a barely visible amount of sauce. The chips didn't seem to be cooked as they were hard not crispy. When I was asked if everything was ok, I said no and explained. I was told that it would be best to write a TripAdvisor review, I wasn't offered any compensation. I wouldn't recommend this cafe and I definitely will not be going there again. Not what I had expected.

Awesome shopping experience with every possible item available. Products are of superior quality and even rewarding if you have a More card.

I think the concept of the self-serve cafe, where the caterers only bring out the food, is fine, but it has a few important defects. The main problem with there being no staff on the cafe floor is that it is dirty. The cafe works on the basis that people will tidy up their own rubbish, and put their own food trays back - but they don't. The result is that if you go in at busy times, half of the seating areas are full with people eating and doing what they do in cafes, but the other half are full with trays and rubbish that hasn't been discarded by the people who ate there. I just think expecting people to discard their own rubbish, and clean up after themselves, is not what people expect. (See Pontins, which worked on a similar basis, and was always horrific.) The thing that always strikes me when I see the rubbish left on the tables is: There is so much uneaten food in them. This can only be a comment on its quality. My own experience is not one of slow-service from the kitchen, but one of poor quality food. In particular, I remember some chips were dry to the point of being inedible. All of that said, the redeeming features are that you can buy food from the store downstairs and eat it in the cafe. Nowadays if I have an hour to kill at lunch, I will buy a sandwich, a packet of crisps and a drink from the store downstairs, and take it upstairs to eat in the cafe. If you time it right, you'll find somewhere to sit (there are a plentiful supply of plug-sockets to charge devices), and it's basically a fine place to sit for an hour. If the quality of the food was better, and the cafe was more regularly tidied up by staff, it would be a very good thing indeed.

Great meat section with a wide variety of cuts, can guarantee i will get what I need for a variety of recipes. Love the kids clothes also that are a decent quality for the price. Their own brands in gluten free section are also a good choice which suit my sensitivities. Fresh food is good quality. I agree with every bad review about the cafe, same experience with waiting and quality but will still give Morrisons 5 stars.

Wouldn’t recommend the market place pizza section. There’s an extremely rude and obviously racist lady there who would ignore customers and after that serve you burnt pizzas. I saw this on getting home expecting to enjoy my treat, I could’ve just purchased charcoal. Called management and they weren’t any help either, they asked me to bring it back to the store, mind you I live 25 minutes away. You guys need to do better

Great staff, cannot fault them, used to go in every night after work, but only go in now maybe once a week, as there are always people outside asking for money. If it's not companies trying sell you something it's the homeless guys, night after night. Directly outside the doors. Feel intimidated.

Open late and good parking is available.. Convenient when you need something later in the evening

Been shopping on Morrison for 2 years now . It’s time for a bad review. Almost every time when I been there I’ve met a situation. All the employers that are cooking doesn’t wear gloves . Especially on the pizza stand and every time you catch them in a dirty situation. I’ve been ignored by the chicken stand because I was asking for my chicken to be more fried . And the manager start talking in a foreign language. That was something really rude . For two years every bread that I bought that was sliced on request. Unfortunately today a lazy mixed lady didn’t want to do it and couldn’t give me a reason for . The homeless people that are outside are very aggressive sometimes. I hope that Morrison doesn’t expect us to sort that one as well .

A decent shopping centre with plenty of parking! Good services nearby so therefore would recommend.

Morrisons @ Edgbaston/Fiveways is our go-to shopping store for a quick run. Right location, good parking space, in-store food stalls, bakery, fresh vegetables are the main reasons for us to go.

Always a fun outing going to morrisons. Big fan of their bread and pastry sections and the shop always smells real good 👍 sometimes do real good deals on things if you're lucky

We visited today to an almost empty cafe, we ordered food from the digital screen and sat down . 40 minute later our food arrived and it was disgusting, 1 had Sausage, egg , chips and beans. The sausage was precooked and warmed up, the beans were the cheapest of cheap beans, the egg was rubber and I almost think that too was re heated and the chips were oven chips reheated, The other meal was burger, chips and coleslaw. Again the burger had been reheated as the bun was hot aswell. The coleslaw was cheap and nasty stuff and again the chips were re heated oven chips. The restaurant was filthy the bins were over flowing and the 1 lad working was to busy sat on a table talking to a customer the entire time we was in there. Will never visit again.

Go here quite regularly. Good for fruit and veg that doesn't spoil after a day like Tesco.

Ultimate breakfast ordered and came out cold, after returning the breakfasts another one came out and was the same cold everything but the sausages, £14 down the drain, someone needs to tell the cook how to cook a hot breakfast,

The staff here, both on the shop floor and particularly the cafe are some of the most professional, welcoming and caring people that I have ever met in a business. The cafe is astounding value for money, and has been a life-line to the community using the hotels near by. If it was up to me I would give them all a medal and a pay rise, they are doing Morrisons proud ♥️ The only thing I really miss is the old build-your-own salad bar.

Very good supermarket. Very rarely do I go in and don't get what I was after. Very well stocked up, with lots of choice. Very good fresh fruit and veg. Toilets have been refurbished recently and are very clean, fresh and airy. They used to be terrible. So we'll done Morrisons. Highly recommended

Visited the cafe/restaurant couple weeks back. It was horrid, dirty tables everywhere, no one cleaning tables, service was slow, one girl was cooking in the back and serving it at the front. Price wise definitely worth it, when the food did come out it was hot and tasted great, opted for the vegan sausage bun. Toast and hot chocolates.

Great choice of products. Fresh produce is always spot on. Fresh pizza and fresh counter for chicken dishes is a welcome addition to the extensive range morrisons offer. There is also a fresh fish counter and meat counter. The variety of fresh fish available is excellent. Always had a good experience with the freshness of the fish.
