Great store plenty of parking, got everything in there really clean and tidy 10/10

This store has been selling out of date food it’s been going on now for 2 years now yogurts crumpets fresh creams cakes sausages when you approach a manger about the situation they don’t seem to be bothered it’s dangerous to sell food past there date!

Morrisons is a pretty good supermarket with a great selection of fruits and veggies. I love the variety of their produce, especially the berries, avocados, and potatoes. But, on my early morning visits, the fruit section shelves are usually empty. I think the staff might be stocking them in the morning instead of overnight. It would be so much easier if they were stocked by the time the store opens. Oh, and it would be awesome if Morrisons started selling fluoride-free mouthwash and toothpaste. But that's just me. Overall, Morrisons is a pretty good store.

Visited cafe. Hardly anyone there. Took over 20 mins for an over the vounter toasted sandwich and Panini to be heated up (didn't go for a meal as too often has been poor quality). Meanwhile, another table had waited over an hour for similar. How is this even possible? The one saving grace was the young member of staff who was polite and gave us New Year best wishes after he gave us the food. Mind you, without warning, we were asked to leave as soon as we could as we found they officially closed 15 mins before we got our food!!! Morrisons really need to read all these cafe reviews and improve the service and quality of the food.

I use to like shopping instore until the past few years where I find the security guards male or female make me feel a kid who can not be trusted. I walk in they all look then two will walk the shop floor following me, I get to the self check out and one will be behind me and the other in front of me. I wouldn't mind but I have been shopping at this store for ten years now and I have never stole anything so I know my face is not on they wall of shame or never been band so I don't understand why I am made to feel this way.

There are better options imo but if you're local this is just about ok. Just checked out with a basket of goods to be told on the screen that savings weren't currently available. Enjoy the money you stole off me as Morrisons because I won't be going back.

After a one year purchasing from this branch this is what I faced most of the time. No trolley for shopping. Recently they added some black baskets but now there are a few and one of the staff told me they are not any more.

My daughter came in on Thursday 5/12/24 on my behalf as she works near there. She got me 2 jars of colmans apple sauce just come to use them for our Sunday roast 1 is dated 9/23 1 is dated 11/24 The one dated 9/23 had sellotape on so someone must of opened it then they've put it back on the shelf. Must of been returned previously. So please check your dates on things. Not happy. Sunday 8th December. This was Morrisons Hagley Road Birmingham.

Always has stock and friendly staff

The store is badly organised and recent trips have been somewhat depressing. It is still good for fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs. Meat is variable, but sometimes looks questionable and off-putting - they need to work on this! Ready meals etc are okay, but have gone downhill in quality (and like most UK food, have suffered from shrinkflation). Bakery is good if you like that kind of thing. Most of the store feels chaotic, with haphazard placement of products, and long, narrow aisles where you must frequently duel trolley or basket with other frustrated shoppers. Even with a list, you must zigzag to find everything, which may be intended, enticing you to gather overpriced oddities you didn't plan on buying. While the random encounters with Guardian recipe items may be surprising, the overall experience does not spark joy. I remember when this store opened - it was absolutely glorious. Now it feels tired and uninviting. Even the liquor has been locked behind dystopian glass. Can this store be revitalised? I'd like to hope so!

Extremely lazy staff when fulfilling orders to collect. Instead of replacing 'out of stock' items they just cancel. I know this as when I've ordered online and only half of my items are available, I have to GO IN STORE... guess what's on the shelf?! They don't let you cancel ur order either when intended £30+ shop turns into £13... lazy and useless

It’s a decent shop for food, prices are ok but I’d recommend the savers products if you want to get cheaper stuff! Bit unfortunate that they had no available baskets when I got there, I had to go to self checkout to pick one up. No trolleys by the entrance either, only in the car park.

I had the worst experience while doing grocery shopping ever. My life was paying through my visa card there was a requirement to sign in the receipt. So I asked one of this staff to help me with this. There was a black guy who came but he asked me do you have a pen to sign? I said no unfortunately I don't have do you have one? He suddenly screamed at me that you should have had a pen because you know you have to sign. So basically it's not a regular thing I don't regularly sign with this Visa card some you know somewhere I need to sign somewhere I don't need to sign. But whatever it is I feel like the staff should have the pen. And even if you tell me to have my own pen they should have told me more properly because he was just screaming on me and I don't know what he was also saying and screaming. So after that I asked help from another staff and she gave me a pen. It's basically happened in the Edgbaston Morrisons.

Usually great minus the beggars who hang around especially at night. One of them kept following me around and later I saw them being escorted outside the store by the guards..

Ordered via deliveroo some food, they packed a Kefir Drink that had expired 11 DAYS AGO. Why do they sell such old food (full price too!!)? Do they not realise how dangerous it is to ingest spoiled dairy? Thankfully Deliveroo refunded the money.

Amazing, a place to shop on a budget

Yalda, served up the best breakfast! looked just like the photo on the menu, It looked and tasted delicious. Good afternoon, I was just now at your restaurant, I placed the order on the machine screen at 13:10 and I waited an hour until they brought the order, it is below the comments, I will never go to this restaurant again.

This place was great back in 2020 but is now an absolute nest of beggars. It is honestly ridiculous, and they are threatening also. Scared to come here and I am a grown man.

Staff need to learn to smile. They seem to walk round in a daze. It's ridiculous that we are almost "forced" to scan our own shopping. I wouldn't expect their staff to come to my work place and do my job for free. Put more cashiers back on the tills!

Popped in for one thing ended up buying something else 🤣 very good when offer's are on, you can save a lot of money. Whole salmon now on sale but gone before I can get one for Christmas. Good range and great deals when you have the Morrisons App.

Really like the fresh food quality. Only place I've found "real" Greek Yoghurt as opposed to Greek Style.

I visited the Morrisons on Hagley Road and had a great experience. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed, although the prices were on the high side . I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Good supermarket, world food Isle is poor for Caribbeans, shop has all you need for one stop shopping... unless you want carribean products produce must be good because 90% of meat and fish was sold out on a Saturday evening

Lovely staff, well worth a visit

Decent enough store apart from the aggressive beggars outside. Parking upstairs is good way of avoiding them apart from when both the escalator and lift are broken (ie today) and you have no choice but to go past them.

The shop is really organized . The coffee shop full of flies and toilet disgusting ! It has been a while they don’t clean. Sink that dirty I didn’t want to use it if I could give zero money will. Staff miserable. They should be report it to EHO

No large trolleys. Security staff rude and unhelpful. Travellators broken for ages so top floor of car park almost useless.

Expensive on certain items that are way cheaper elsewhere

A small separate section of Asian food but doesn't have basic Aisan spices such as whole spices.

Tried to buy spirits with my Morrisons loyalty card. All now kept behind locked perspex. Pressed the call button to request staff five times before I eventually gave up and left!

I would have given 1* except for the absolutely first rate staff in the cafe who deserve a medal 🥇 working like machines to keep it running and still had a kind word and superb customer service - MORRISON'S - your cafe is in an unworkable mess and you would know this had your manager (I took a picture of his little sign intending to write to him only to find out that he has NEVER been there, met these wonderful staff or experienced his own service) However, the car park was very easy to use, there was a lift to the cafe and a reasonably clean toilet I can see it's not the easiest building and it's in a very busy area with high foot fall There was NO air conditioning in the cafe surrounded by glass in the sunshine 🔆 but plenty of flies.... Your entranceway into the store was so stacked up everywhere that it almost looked like a warehouse and I don't wish to comment on the 2 "security" guards at the entrance.... I have tried to balance my opinion and understand the bigger picture here in terms of the store and its situation but I feel people should know how it was to visit your store and I am sorry but it was not a pleasant place to be....

A big supermarket with lots of exciting produce. There are other cheaper supermarkets, but not locally .

Must come here every business day. Ordered the vegan breakie this time and did it disappoint? Drumroll please ... No not really as I didn't have great expectations anyway. Though the veggie sausages could taste more refreshing, the advocado paste was a neat touch However, the machine made the hot chocolate which did taste like it was made by a robot (bland and boring). Another reason why AI should not replace humans.

Always great coffee, food, service and atmosphere.

The layout of the store itself is good with a range of products, market street section, and a cafe. I've had many good experiences shopping here but can't give higher than 3* because of the amount of items labelled misleadingly (including wrongly shelved in front of the incorrect price) and how often items like bread in bakery especially are sold way past their expiration date.

Decent Morrisons. They have a little food court which is nice and free parking

It is a big store in Edgbaston area. This shop is just a 50 meters away from Edgbaston Village metro station. It has eateries inside called Morrison market place such as Salad stop, fried chicken, etc. This place has a huge parking space of two floor. Free parking for 2 hours for shoppers. Pizza hut, Turkish barber shop in front of Morrison entrance.

Low quality food! Also, food market has food cooked without love, overcooked or undercooked! I can guess how much wastage this place does! Seen that the food is so bad! I believe that needs a better management of the product in stock and food catalogs!

Cheap superstore in Birmingham.

Everything can be found in the store. From ready-made food to home appliances, at a good price.

Annoyingly the lunch wraps are always on the top shelf often pushed to the back so I can never reach and have to hope someone very tall comes along. Change this daft shelving. I walked out today and went to village kitchen.

Whenever I'm in this area I enjoy coming to this Morrisons even if for a small visit. Great produce and helpful staff perfect location.

Poor Morrison nice grocery store, but all their freezer are leaking an accident waiting to happen.

Nice big clean store with a variety of products. Sell some items of clothing not much though. Staff are always friendly We actually visited this store for the cafe. Avoid at all costs we ordered food and had over an hour wait when the food came out was cold and hard. Sent food back and had to wait a further 30mins for the food to still come out cold. We eventually gave up and asked to speak to the manager and ask for a full refund. The manager was understanding so thank you

Omg we had a breakfast here on Saturday 20th July, we ordered it on the app and complained as the table next to us had theirs within 15 minutes and it looked delicious, ours came after half an hour uneatable I will definitely not be going back

I did have the tomato soup but was expecting the creme of the creme, sadly it tasted more like Heinz's cream of tomato soup which I can get cheaper from downstairs

Great breakfast section upstairs. But they need to make it clear you buy your hot drinks separately from your breakfast. It's not all inclusive.

Had a decent car park and i managed to get everything i needed for my shopping. There weren't any baskets by the front door so I had to go to the tills to get one annoyingly but overall satisfied.

Shop ok but the cafe was absolutely roasting! The staff in the kitchens were nearly passing out from the heat. We had to leave, as did a lot of other customers. This was the extremely hot day earlier this week. The food looked good though, I might venture back when the weather has cooled.

Customer service at this store is shocking. Queues are long at checkout with only one till open. Check out is so slow and some staff are rude.

False advertisement to there milkshakes and waffles they have still got there sign up but they dont do them any more i went there today to get them i asked if they do it and they said no but they have still got there sign up

I visited the Morrisons store at 10 PM on 11/07. Despite showing my ID proving I’m over 21, a worker wearing a hijab refused to sell me a product. When I asked to see the manager, she ignored me and instructed her colleagues to do the same. I have been a loyal customer for almost four years, but after this experience, I won't be returning. This treatment is unacceptable.

Huge store with plenty of car park. The escalator is out of order 80% of the time.

Great fresh marketstreet produce

The Cafe service has gone down hill 👎. The cafe used to be great but recently since the fire and revamp it’s abysmal. There’s an order machine which allows you to order what you want even if there’s no stock for it. Some items are self service that doesn’t update if it’s out of stock. So as I found out you can order only to find out after there’s none of that item. It also means you can buy items and not know if it will be delivered to your table or if you’re meant to grab it from the display (if it’s there). Make it make sense Morrisons.

Quality of fresh produce getting worse and emphasis on buying 6 packs ( in plastic j on many items which results in surplus thrown away as many smaller households only need 2 or 3 . I bought a pack of 6 apples and each one was bruised! Too many self service checkouts not enough personal checkouts .

In Solihull, this is a good store, nice service, open 7.30 in the morning,

RESIDENT HOMELESS, POO ON THE DOORSTEP! So a homeless beggar has made the front of the Morrisons into his home. The other day I found him cleaning up his dog's poo infront of the store, and not very well! I spoke with security and they said that he HAS THE RIGHT TO LIVE THERE and that the police won't do anything! They said the store manager has been fighting the issue for months. There is dog poo right outside the entrance! His family and friends came to visit him too, how nice! Needless to say this is unhygienic, anti-social, and failure on multiple levels for this to happen.

This is not the first time that a cashier has charged me for a soft drink without me buying it. Sometimes we go quickly and since there is a line, I don't check the ticket until I get home, which I won't do again.

At least half of the products have wrong prices on the labels. Labels would say 'offer' and you would pay 40% more on the till. It is rather annoying and I don't think it is just a coincidence.

Five ways morrisons very disappointed, absolutely no ice creams in the fridge, except for the 2 bxs stuck to the ice, some shelves quite bear. Bad shopping experience shopping at five ways morrisons.

Clean , great selection of unusual products and very friendly staff. Close to tram and bus station as well. Perfect if you work in the city and want to grab something on the way home

This store, at Fiveways on Hagley Road in Birmingham, is huge - with so much choice.

New menu at Morrisons (from mid-May 2024) with a vast selection of dishes. Extremely good value, and remember that Morrisons have a "KIDS EAT FREE" scheme - see menu for details. So many good meal deals on offer. There are also free refills on hot drinks! The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The staff are attentive and friendly. Shout out to the lady in the hijab who always greets customers as "my lovelies". Just on one occasion my meal arrived a little late and I was offered any hot drink (which I hadn't already ordered, by the way). There are a few minor issues which I have emailed to the manager directly which, I think, could improve the speed of service (eg install another food-order screen), but this café is definitely worth a visit if you live or work locally, or are just passing by. I recommend the fish & chips! As good as any I've had at double the price in pubs and specialist fish & chip restaurants!

We can get all the groceries, vegetables, and baked food. There are separate sign boards for easy pickup. Price tags are affixed for ease. Customer friendly self billing counters. In case of any issues, customer care personnel are available.

Very nice Morrisons to shop the security was very nice and doing his job very well. Not like the one in West Brom Tesco he was so rude made accusations about me thought that i was stealing. No changes to make . .As always, a friendly store to use! Clean and tidy as one would expect. Market street is a welcome addition to the store! Allowing more treats to buy! My only criticism would be the lack of check outs as these have been replaced with more self checkouts. Good if you have just a few items, but not so much with larger shopping. Went to Vist Cafe. Had to wait 30 minutes for a breakfast . The food was not good . The bacon my Mrs had was undercooked . The chips was dry and burnt . For a new Cafe you should be ashamed that your allowing this food to even come out like this . Also seen someone rob a newspaper at front of store . Security was not bothered and ignored it . Store management maybe should move this

I went for a late lunch at this Morrisons cafe and selected a burger, chips and cole slaw and a pot of tea. The cafe wasn't very busy yet I still had to wait 25 minutes for my meal. It only came when I'd asked the server where my meal was and he served it within a minute. I asked if it had been waiting, but he said it had just been prepared.!! The burger was like a piece of cardboard, as if it had been cooked and left warmed up, a limp piece of lettuce a tiny sliver of tomato and a barely visible amount of sauce. The chips didn't seem to be cooked as they were hard not crispy. When I was asked if everything was ok, I said no and explained. I was told that it would be best to write a TripAdvisor review, I wasn't offered any compensation. I wouldn't recommend this cafe and I definitely will not be going there again. Not what I had expected.

Morrisons is a supermarket where you can find good stuff, but I have to say, the prices are not the lowest. However, the quality of their products is really good. You might pay a bit more than some other places, but it's worth it because you know you're getting good quality.
