Worse service ever. Delivered wrong item. When I called 9 times on different numbers. Apparently they couldnāt hear me. I was stuck with something I couldnāt eat as they put pineapple on my pizza and I am allergicā¦ Absolutely disgusting service.

Paid for a giant pasty and got a burnt large pasty that was so hard it nearly broke my teeth on first bite. Must have been re-heated many times and went straight in the bin. Had a giant Dewdneys from Stoke recently and it was the real deal. Avoid this place as ripping you off on size and pasties fit for the bin.

We dropped in for breakfast, and were given a table in the conservatory, with a fabulous view out to sea, and a radiant heater on our backs, keeping us warm. The service was cheerful, efficient and friendly, and the big breakfast was excellent. My cappuccino was served with flakes of chocolate on top..never had that before and I am sure the Italians would be horrifiedā¦but it was delicious. Would definitely come back.

Used to come in here alot and enjoyed thier toasted sandwiches with a bit of salad. Came in today to have a cardboard cup of coffee and a bag with my toastie in ?? If I wanted my sandwich in a bag with no salad I'd have gotten a takeaway. Another customer lost I'm afraid....no fresh food, everything served in a bag...we will go somewhere else that serves food on a plate at the table next time

My room and furnishing was re really old heating was OK but the main arched window had a vertical was that wasn't sealed at all and single glazed. The result was a permenant huge cold air leak. The bathroom was tiny and filled with huge long bath. Hot water took many minutes to arrive. The bath had a pipe leading up fron the mixer taps then a pipe led out horizontally to a shower rose. Thus when opening the taps you'd get cold water on Your hair if you weren't careful. Bath water stagnated and took many minutes to drain away. The terrible window and glazing meant the noise from the road was bad. I did t think that places like were still allowed. It's certainly begs the question how they hotel keeps it's license. Breakfast was very good got and cold and the old place has plenty of character but .....
