The two big wedges of garlic bread are always amazing from Favourite Foods. And the pizzas are delicious too

My partner loves the pizzas, I thought the chicken was delicious. Very fast delivery and friendly service. Allll good!

food was great for the most part, Only downside was the toffee pie was frozen solid.

Ordered food was treated differently because we we were gay. The food wasn't what we expected.

Food was OK but missing items...seems to be a theme at this place, rang to chase up items to be told we were wrong/mistaken...even though we have a menu infront of us dated 2024...stay clear, diabolical customer service!

Don't order anything from these jokers. It's a shame I can't give them a minus score but they're not exactly deserving of that either. They're rude, they miss half your order and argue over what you actually paid for when it says it on the receipt and say it's not part of the deal!

Whenever I order from here I order the the 15’ meat feast pizza. Probably the best pizza in plymouth. The cheesy garlic bread was a bit weird, looked like a slab of cake but still tasty

very rude staff,phoned my home,and talked very rude to my daughter, telling her to be more clear next time we order a Kabab. I put in additional notes,no chilli sauce, but garlic mayo instead Thankyou. So I didn't see any problem with this,I have ordered before off them ,so they haven't complained before to me .Won't be ordering again, he is very disrespectful to his customers !!!!!

Surprised as food is usually great from here, ordered a kebab but instead of chilli sauce it was drenched in ketchup and practically inedible for it.

Got moved from one table as he wanted to clean the floor underneath, not a problem , and then was requested to sit on a table which had a floor matt on. When I said it was unacceptable, was told to f off. Was the bloke with glasses and pony tail, absolute muppet

Was always our go to place for food but totally ruined tonight . Placed order added note to alter a topping to something that ive had before without an issue over many years but tonight they sent the completely wrong pizza. Husband rang to query to be told they dont do what was requested in which case they should have phoned us. They wont take pizza back or swop but expect us to pay more for something else which i refused to do . I have been using this place for nearly 20 years and im totally disgusted tonight 🤬

Best place around for what we'd call drunk food. Even sober it hits the spot. If you're looking for kebabs, spicy spuds, chicken, pizza or chips late at night this is the place to go always busy with drunks but worth it. Staff are friendly and I have to say have the patience of a Saint dealing with some of the people who come in but will always be smiling when you come through the door

Some friends recommended the pizza from here and we were not disappointed, some of the best we have had. The spuds are great and my son says the chicken is way better than KFC, we will be back!

I understand that this is your average kebab shop which many people stumble into after their drunken night on the town. Due to this, I’m sure the staff often have to put up with a lot of drunken orders, rude people and mess . HOWEVER this is no excuse to treat members of the public who are ultimately coming in and giving you custom like sh*t. I came into the store for some late night food and was presumed to be ‘ another drunken customer’ when in fact I was stone cold sober. Whilst I made my order I wanted to add on some cheesey chips no later than a few seconds after . The server who I am told is the owner, rolled his eyes back at me, huffed and then had to go and put some chips on. Clearly the order of the chips being added on was too inconvenient for him . I questioned the server / Owner asking ‘ DID YOU JUST ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME, IS MY ORDER TOO INCONVENIENT FOR YOU’ to which he replied ‘ I DIDNT ROLL MY EYES AT YOU’. This was a blatant lie. I said ‘ IVE BEEN PERFECTLY POLITE TO YOU’ to which he replied ‘ WELL I WOULDNT SERVE TOU IF YOU WERENT’. I regret not leaving at this time and being a fool and paying. When you’re offering custom to a premises wether it be a restaurant or late night food place I don’t expect to be treated like a second rate citizen. Manners and politeness go far and I believe this server thought he could get away with speaking to members of the public like they’re worthless because they often are drunk and intoxicated coming in. This is not right. The cheesey chips were poor, not even melted and cheap hard cheese. The kebab was bang average. Go and learn some customer service

The food was lovely but considerably smaller than normal. I ordered 2 large rolled up kebabs but I would say they were regular sized. £20 is very expensive for 2 small wraps.

I’ve had a few pizzas whilst in Plymouth and this one was the best I have found. My wife found the kebab to be just a tad bit too greasy but overall we both liked the food. Delivery driver was friendly and professional

Superb Pizza- this is our favourite pizza (knocks spots off the normal’big rivals’). Excellent quality ingredients, plenty of toppings- no spot the toppings here!! Always piping hot and fresh. No where in Plymouth is better!

I ordered two pizzas and coleslaw at 18:30 this evening 13/05 via Just Eat. The delivery was estimated between 19:25 and 19:55. At 19:45 I checked my email only to discover that the order totalling £28:10 had been cancelled. On calling the restaurant someone name Said tried to explain that there had been some sort of mix up which I did not understand. However he offered to do the order again, saying it would be with us in half an hour and that he would reduce the bill to £25. I was not really interested in a discount, merely happy that the food would be delivered and that I would pay cash. To this point Said seemed reasonable enough and I told him that if the food was good I’d be happy to leave a good review. When the food arrived at 21:00 the delivery lady asked me for £34. I told her that I was expecting to pay £25 and suggested she phone Said. Bizarrely he then insisted that he wanted £34 and when I tried to question him, reminding him the bill had never been more than £28:10 he began to rant and sadly I was unable to understand what he was saying. Finally he snapped “Give me the food back!” This I was glad to do, realising I was dealing with someone who seemed to have lost the plot. The delivery lady seemed as bemused as I was and left saying she was sorry. I have kept the order details, confirming £28:10 and will take the matter up with Just Eat. Needless to say I will not be dealing with this crazy, rip off establishment again.
