I ordered the Sunday roast beef food was cold veg overcooked my grandson had the mixed grill there was no chicken as stated on the menu

Brilliant pasties and also tried the pizza which was amazng and also the toasted paninis and again, excellent. Really friendly guy in charge and made us feel very welcome. Even let my 8 year old have a free panini because we were so polite. 🤣 Went back 2 more times the food was so good. Wish I lived closer ( I don't think they deliver to the east end!) Highly recommend 👌

Lovely fish and chips with curry sauce. Big piece of freshly cooked haddock and perfectly cooked chips, piping hot. Lady who served me was very friendly and chatty. Would definitely recommend

Call in with my family for lunch. We all had food and enjoyed it so much. The meals were served piping hot and the meals were of a large size. Good quality and very tasty

Fab food! Grabbed 3 pizzas and a burger whilst in the area. They all were very tasty. Price is just about right. Would definitely recommend.

We were camping just down the road this past weekend and decided to have a browse - I'm glad we did as there was much more to this farm shop than I was expecting. Lots of different produce and gifts type things all quite nicely set out. Some things were sensibly priced considering you do expect to pay a slight premium at a farm shop (postcards 50p, fresh scones £1, clotted cream £1.99), but some of the prices were a little shocking - there were loaves of fresh bread at £4.50 and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the price of ice cream being served at the side of the car park! Overall a worthwhile trip - the scones were delicious, good selection of ciders and got some lovely warm slipper socks. I'd recommend popping in if you're passing (the views are fantastic too) just don't expect any bargains.

Perfect local pub with character and a super atmosphere. Once the new owners have upgraded the accommodation it will be a great base from which to explore the area. The staff are very efficient and the food quality and prices very reasonable. Hopefully, the charm of this place will not be lost in any changes that take place and it will remain as historically interesting and "local" as it is now, albeit with more up to date and sound proofed rooms, better heating and reliable wi-fi.

The Meadows is outstanding. We stopped for just a coffee but fuelled up on their irresistable cakes as well. They have a great selection of gluten free food and the welcome was warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

Siamo andati li per una cena post evento sportivo, non so di chi è stata la colpa, se dell'organizzazione dell'evento o del ristorante ma è stata veramente una cosa vergnosa. Una cena di 55 sterline a persone bevande escluse. Una zuppetta un misero secondo con contorno e il dolce.Leggendo il menù appeso fuori il totale di queste pietanze era 35 sterline. Ma il problema è che l'organizzazione ci ha chiesto di scegliere la propria portata principale. Portata che poi non c'era per tutti. Quindi sono state portate cose a caso, ad alcuni sono stati portati dei panini. La peggior cena della mia vita.

Me doy cuenta de que estamos viviendo tiempos muy difíciles en este momento, pero mi visita al Brewery Arts Cafe hoy fue extremadamente decepcionante. Mi hija y yo visitamos a la hora del almuerzo y había aproximadamente 8 clientes sentados de los cuales dos habían llegado antes que nosotros y estaban esperando para ordenar y el resto había terminado de comer y relajarse tranquilamente. Ninguno de los dos empleados del mostrador se acercó y, como resultado, esperamos y esperamos. Después de unos 10 minutos, el miembro del personal femenino nos saludó con la mano, pero aún así no vino a ofrecernos asiento. Evidentemente había espacios disponibles que podríamos haber ocupado, pero nos dejaron esperando. Como resultado, nos fuimos y cenamos en otro lugar. He sido un cliente habitual en el pasado en este establecimiento, pero obviamente mi costumbre no es importante ahora.

This a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere, great drinks, and even better food. This pub manages to strike the perfect balance between cozy and lively, making it an ideal place for both casual dinners and weekend gatherings.

My mother's funeral reception was held at Stanshawes in February. Paul and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout. Thanks to their efforts we were able to organise a wonderful celebration of her life, surrounded by all her friends and family in a warm and convivial environment, for which we are all very grateful.

The chips were really nice and so were the staff, very nice. Superchips is also a cool name and there’s a lil chip drawing with a cape on the door
