AVOID THIS PUB! I was served raw meat when I questioned them on it I was told it wasn’t. I understand sometimes it’s marinated and looks pink but It was completely cold and completely raw in the middle. Seriously worrying if an elderly or young person ate this meal. Staff couldn’t have cared less.

we love coming to The Baileys Court Inn! I have a food intolerance and the staff always remember and are so accommodating offering tasty alternatives. the food is always top notch and there is something for everyone, even the fussiest of eaters. good value for great food, large range of drinks and exceptional customers service. highly recommend, five stars from me and anyone we have ever brought here! Fantastic pub for sport and entertainment. A real mixed crowd and lively atmosphere. Great selection of draught, particularly liked that there was Heineken 0% meaning you cater for all audiences, including the designated drivers! Had a Meat Lovers pizza. Delicious!

Comfortable and spacious environment. Some of the furnishings need replacing but the service is always friendly and quick. Thank you, TAS for an excellent service.

The first thing we discovered on the Tuesday of our visit was that, from the quite limited menu, there were no steaks or gammon available - because they'd been busy at the weekend!!! I ordered 'fish' (no attempt to identify it) and chips which, although they certainly weren't busy, took well over half an hour to arrive. At least it was freshly cooked if not very interesting. The staff are pleasant an obliging but I feel they need to greatly improve their marketing skills if they are to deserve any more trade.

After an extremely long wait our meal arrived .It wasn't worth the wait .We ordered off the lunch menu.£7:50.for 8 chips

Great local pub with very friendly staff. I’m a regular and eat there often. The service and food quality and portion sizes are good. All the staff are very friendly but I always have good chats with Tas. The pub has security and ask regulars to be respectful of noise for neighbours … recommended.

I visited the pub on friday night. The atmosphere in the pub was lively, was fairly busy when i visited but music was at a good level and overall was a very enjoyable experience. One stand out was Kassia who served us multiple times during the night, was was very kind and helpful.

Regular visitor to this pub and always had great service and food. Kayleigh served us our food and made sure we had a great experience. Appreciate the check backs and being so attentive to my children’s needs. Thank you again

I visited the pub on 06/04/24 for a couple of drinks of an evening. The weather was poor but we were told we were allowed to sit anywhere inside with our dog. An almost 14 year old Labrador so very placid. We sat for a good hour or so before being told aggressively that we must leave because of the dog. We told the doorman that we were told that we were allowed to sit anywhere but he then told us that the only place to sit with the dog was at the complete other end of the pub next to the live band. Not going to happen so we left. All evening long was a stream of people going in and out of the bathroom blatantly doing cocaine. I explained to the doorman that we were about to leave but his priority should be the guys doing gear in the bathroom, not my dog sitting underneath the table. His response was that he checked the bathroom recently and that everyone in the pub was doing it so not to worry. So admitting that he knew people were doing drugs on the premises but choosing to ignore. What happens on a Sunday afternoon for a roast when family’s come in but ‘everyone’s on it’ so it’s okay? I asked for them manager and explained this to her who seemed taken aback, however as we left guess who was back on the door. What is the point of door staff if they are going to allow people to do drugs on premises? Horrendously run pub with door staff allowing drugs to be taken knowingly. The place should be investigated as this seems like front!

I came in last night with my family for a meal. I was served at the bar by Kassia, she was reslly friendly and helped us picking drinks and offering us premium spirits. She then brang us our food and she was lovely and provided us with all the sauces and cutlery we required.

Never been to this pub before, but I was feeling abit down and needed some food. Fantastic it was. I was greeted at the bar by a server called Ben, who really took the time to go through their wine list and recommend items on their food menu he loves. I ordered fish and chips, but I wasn’t expecting what came out…. A massive piece of cod, with the flakiest batter. And don’t get me started on those chips! Wow! Thank you baileys court inn, I will 100% be returning, and In greater numbers.

Came in last night and was served by a lovely waiter called Kassia. She was very friendly and sorted everything I needed with my food and my drinks.

Come here with a couple mates of mine had some grazers from the menu and they was absolutely lovely, Zach is a top chef and nice bloke.

I went to the Bailey’s for another out with friends and was welcomed to a lovely kind welcoming environment. All the staff were so lovely and service was impeccable. The food was amazing as it always is. Would definitely recommended whether you go for food or drinks, the Bailey’s is always the best place to go

Lots of unavailable menu items. All our first choice meals were unavailable. Food took quite a long time to come out even though the pub was quite quiet. When it did come out, it was very average and everything was barely warm. Parts of the pub are quite tired and some of the windows were leaking water and wallpaper was peeling with damp on the walls. We will definitely not be returning.

Went on a Xmas meal with friends & the food was served without any undue delays. The main courses were served on warm plates & the request for thicker than usual gravy was well done. The food was cooked to perfection & big thanks to Zac & Abby for their efforts. The tables were dressed lovely. And would like to thank all the other staff for making a great evening for us all.

We use this pub alot , today pizza and a curry , simple food . This was the worst meal we've ever had here. We spent over £45.00 with drinks , absolutely dreadful. Wont be eating here for a while. NO wonder why so many pubs go to the wall . You support your local and this is what you get

Really lovely pub & staff are always super friendly! Always something available whether you’re visiting with family/ friends. I often visit with my god son, and with friends and find it to be a pleasant experience either time for all of us!

This review will be short & to the point! I do go in this pub now & and again, but not anymore! I drink cider like a lot of people Gold mainly, but at £5.35 a pint it's a disgusting price for a very average pub in the area to be charging! And before we get the management response that the drinks price are in line with other pubs in Bradley Stoke, I have to say they are not! Three Brooks, Beaufort & the Toby around £4.40 a pint! I'll know where I'll be drinking in future & it won't be the Baileys or probably the Hollow tree as it's a Marstons pub Pure greed by Marstons!

Me and 2 of my friends had some amazing pizzas tonight, cooked by Amelia- the food was amazing would 100% come again! Fresh cooked home made pizzas. Harvey served us and was super friendly and helpful and drinks by sally who was lovely as always at bar.

Great pub... good selection of drinks and good food. Good ale to choose from. I was served by Sally during my visit... very good and professional job all round. She was very friendly and made me and the family feel very welcome... we got talking a little bit about cocktails possibilities and came up with the idea of "The Lally Bucket"... could be interesting! All jokes aside, very good pub all round.

What a lovely meal AGAIN at the Baileys. Lovely pub, and lovely staff! Me and my friends visited on Valentine’s Day and the chef was even able to accommodate our request of heart shaped pizzas- absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend anyone trying, home made pizzas aswell- just gawwwjus. Will definitely come again!

I gave it a score of 1 as the food wasn't bad and the staff we're helpful. Otherwise, the pumping music at 6.30pm was dreadful and way too loud. Hardly convivial to enjoying a nice meal in what is a family pub in the middle...

An average estate pub with Sky Sports on TV and a microwave chef. Plenty of seating and good car park.

Me and mates use this as a meeting place before going to town and it works really well with the fab offers on the shots and bombs, the staff there are amazing and always quick to serve the pub is a one we will keep going to

How can a pub in the middle of thousands of houses be so poor. Following a refurbishment last year it now lacks character and basic service Why do you get scalded when you use the taps in the toilets. Surely they could fix mixer taps and even ones which sense you want to wash your hands. Why when you order food even when quiet do you need to wait an eternity to receive the meal. Why sit in the conservatory on uncomfortable high stools to try and watch the sport on tv, you can’t because they skimped on putting up blinds so the picture is unviewableThe garden is an absolute discrace thousands of cigarette ends, ash trays not emptied for days on end, broken tables with seats missing and unstable, looking worn and tired. Tables not cleared of plates, glasses etc. for hours. Staff which bring out meals and walk back in empty handed past these tables. On a sunny day ciuldn’t Be bothered to raise the umbrellas to provide shade. Waste bins overflowing and in need of emptying. I could go on But I think you get the message. This pub is badly in need of management which cares and isn’t just interested in the bottom line.This pub could be a standard setter for the brewery but the standard it currently sets is one of decline and a couldn’t care less attitude. As has been said by staff if you don’t like it you can go to the Brooks ( an Ember inn Pub a short distance away). Some of the locals are following that advice.

Came here for a meal with friends while watching the football on TV and it was excellent. Good pub food, plenty of reasonably sized TVs, reasonable range of beers, no complaints.It gets busy which isnt surprising as recommended. But you can book a table in advance if you are eating.Also if you go onto the website and sign up to the brewery newsletter they message you a free drink voucher.

had sunday lunch here it was warm and of not good quility .beef was tough and vegtables was just warm

I had a delicious burger with curly fries and the staff were very friendly and also went the extra mile to see if I needed anything else. In the evening the atmosphere is brilliant with live music on a Saturday night, I would recommend this place as somewhere to eat and drink

Always come here to watch sport with friends. Its spot on withloads of screens so wherever you are you can see the game. The burgers and pizzas are great for watching the game and taste great. All the staff work hard and give great service

been using Baileys Court for 26 years and after the recent so called upgrade the service is the worst in those 26 years. On 2 successive nights we waited almost 20 mins to be served whilst customrs walked in and were served straight away - the staff have NO IDEA

We went to Baileys Court Inn, on my stepfathers birthday on 24th January. My bun was missing and so was my coleslaw.

Busy pub. Order at the bar was slow due to queue. Steak and chips was nice and cooked as required. Food service was quick.

Absolutely fantastic pub. Great service. Really good deals. Pizza tasted do good. Great atmosphere will recommend to anyone. Manager couldnt do enough for us. Thank you very much and will see you soon

Visited at the weekend with some friends and our children. We decided on a new location for our usual meet up and we were glad we did! The service was great, food was good and wasn’t too expensive for what we had!! We will definitely be back!

I have never been to the cheaper pub in England (everything we ordered was under £10!), food worked out over £50 for 5 people and we used 2 drinks vouchers for signing up to the newsletter. It was a steak, lamb chops, share items, burger and pizza for a teenager. Food was of surprising good quality considering the price but the pizza was awful. We all tried a bit and nobody wanted to have it so we all contributed to our daughter plate so she is not hungry.

Me and some old friends hadn’t been out for years so we went back to one of our old pubs from back in the day. Still the same but now better choice of beer. Staff good food good beer good great night. Just needed H back doing the pub quiz

We popped in for an evening meal while staying locally. The food and service were fine. It was music night (after we left) so yes there were doormen, but we had no problem there. Would we make a point of going there when local - no; but would we have a problem if we did need to go there - again no.

Used this pub many times in 13 years living in Bradley stoke.

This pub has had it's ups and downs over the years but is currently the worst I have ever known and I've been in Bradley Stoke since before the pub opened. The staff are rude and disinterested and the pub itself, despite the so called refurbishment, is tired and dirty. Having popped in a couple of times during the hot weather the garden is consistently littered with cigarette buts, crisp packets and dirty plates and glasses, the staff seem more interested in talking amongst themselves and with the 'regulars' than clearing up. Having previous bad experience with the food I now avoid, so it would be unfair to comment on what it's currently like. Last night we popped in on the way home after watching the football with family, we ordered drinks just as last orders were called and sat in the garden. Shortly after 23:00 fellow patrons, were herded from the garden in an angry way by one of the bouncers, who had apparently been hit, we were then asked to drink up and when we queried the allowed drinking up time we were advised that as we had plastic glasses we could take our drinks home. Not wanting to walk the streets with our drinks we protested and were allowed to stay. We'd only had a couple of drinks and those evicted with drinks in hands were merry but not causing problems. Whilst I understand the bouncer was upset about what had happened surely it would have made more sense to deal with the problem ie the person who had allegedly hit him rather than turning on those who were just finishing their drinks in a sociable manner at the end of the evening. Apart from being unfair this could have caused more problems than it solved. Marston's and the management of this pub need to look at the way it's run and the clientele it's attracting but sadly I don't think they care as long as the money is coming in. Very short sighted as this could be a nice local but many locals avoid,

I used to be a real regular in there. Moved away and poped in for old times sake last week. Its not the same since Tony and Annette had it. Took ages to be served, thought about food but another customer put me off saying it was poor. I will just have my memories.

Always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the staff when visiting here. I can recommend the "Sunday Carvery" you get a choice of 3 meats & a wide selection of vegetables & wonderful crisp roasties. If you are looking for a pub to watch any live sporting event, The Baileys Court Inn is the place to watch it, they have 5 screens throughout the pub, and always a great atmosphere when a big event is on.

Basic food .. cheap prices .. good on a weekend if you like a lively atmosphere.. staff are polite , have sports on tv so good for a couple with the lads while watching Chelsea do the business.. wouldn’t go there to eat with family as theses much better choices in the area .. all in all the go for a beer

After not having had a drink at Baileys Court for quite a few months, we arranged to meet up with a few other couples on Saturday evening for a few drinks. I have always found the atmosphere in the Baileys to be very pleasant, & it certainly was on Saturday, & the band that played there were excellent. But what let it all down was what went on behind the bar. We quickly realised that there was nowhere near enough staff to serve how many people were present in the pub, which in fairness, is not their fault, but it was so frustrating that they had absolutely no interest in prioritising who to serve next, in terms of who had been waiting at the bar the longest. This often can & does cause many issues, but is obviously something that they simply don’t seem to care about, & listening to their conversations, it appeared that all they were interested in was discussing their social lives, & Christmas nights out. When we did eventually get served, I was absolutely gobsmacked when told that there were no wine glasses left, & the glass of wine that I ordered would have to be served in a half pint glass! I coincidentally spoke to someone stood next to me, who informed me that the pub sometimes does run out of glass pint pots, & they have to serve the beer in plastic ones! Anyhow, I later ordered a pint of bitter shandy from another barmaid, which turned out to be one of the most amusing things I have seen in a long time. She just didn’t have a clue, it frothed up all over the place, like a volcano, & I had to tell her how to make it properly,..how embarrassing. But, finally, when I ordered the last round of the night, all of my frustrations were rewarded, when I ordered a pint of lager, a pint of bitter, (which really surprised me, as they were both served in proper glass pint pots), a large soda water, & a bottle of wine,....only to be charged the grand total of £5.85!...Result! But it just goes to show what little interest the dopey barmaid had that night, & I really can’t understand how the manager can’t spot what’s going on there. Perhaps he/she has no interest either, & maybe I should try my luck in there more often, & potentially end up having a cheap nights boozing! Hic! .

Awful food!! Waited for over an hour to get it served, starters served after main meals, some dishes were cold, and two meals forgotten about altogether! Not recommended for food!!

Everything is faded, a bit smelly, dark and old. Popped in for a drink and it was really expensive!!!! Wouldn't eat here ever.

Met up early doors prior to the Scotland England game. In fairness the pub was extremely busy but the bar staff were exceptional at serving extremely promptly. Great atmosphere, cider on tap was good and all well priced.

Always have dirty sticky tables that are often left uncleared . Disgusting stained and damaged seats , toilets are filthy at times . More like a city centre football boozer than a family pub. Marstons really need to improve this place !!

Me sorprendió gratamente el precio de la comida y bebidas, cuando fui a pedir mi carne el caballero del bar me dijo sobre la oferta de una bebida gratis con mi comida, así que por supuesto me fui para el vino!

We came here as I used to live nearby and it was always decent pub grub.The All day Breakfast was overcooked, sausages dry, bacon frazzled, eggs hard. The kids meal was tiny, we asked for corn on the cob instead of sweetcorn, It still came with sweetcorn, and we had to pay £1 for a tiny corn on the cob. This made the kids meal with 2 tiny sausages, 4 tiny mini waffles, and a small corn on the cob cost £5. Our 8 year old was disappointed. It would have been far better to have bought him an adult meal. The Burger was dry, and the crispy bacon was limp, ironically so, as everything else was overcooked. Service was also poor, no one asked if we wanted any sauce, we had to ask for sauces and also butter for the corn on the cob which was dry.We will give the Baileys Court a miss from now on.

I've visited here on many occasions and not once have I been disappointed. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs and the food is always fantastic. I'd highly recommended!

Came here with my family for a Carvery on Sunday, was absolutely delicious! Meat was lovely and juicy, roast potatoes were crispy and the veg was just right! Will definitely be making this my regular roast every week!

Came for a night out with a friend. The food was terrible. We had garlic mushrooms so hard I nearly broke my teeth on them. The breadcrumbs were so hard and dry although the mushrooms inside were watery and hot. I had rump steak which I asked for well done. It was actually the same texture as a roof tile, the chips were luke warm and tasted rubbery like they had been kept warm or re cooked. On the plus side the grilled tomatoe was cooked ok. My friend had the same rubbery chips and a dry steak pie with very little filling. Luckily her gravy was wet !Feeling a hot choc fudge cake couldn't be got wrong I ordered one, only to be told after I had paid there was none left. I was asked if I wanted something else, I said no not really. No offer of my money back. I ended up having an ice cream. The best bit of the whole meal even if not fantastic.

Visited with family the place looks tied and could do with a paint job , the toilets smell so bad I couldn't use them and the quality of the food food was of the worst i have ever had , I'm not in a rush to go back

Main meals came out at different times. Husbands curry was watery. Then.pudding 2 out of six came out then over 6 mins later another 2, one was.the wrong.order followed by one more. Mine didnt.arrive the rest off the family finished so I asked for a refund the manager did this with a begrudging sorry. All this was at 4:30pm and it wasn't busy......Awful would not recommend, bad customer service and.food

Went on Saturday for the family day and loved. My daughter loved the rights Spot of lunch in the garden in the sun. Good all round day,shame horse box bar wasn't in side the garden area. Looking forward to the next bank holiday weekend now.

Please sweep up and tidy the outside area. Visited yesterday and the place looked a tip with the litter everywhere in the garden where the children play and around the tables on the patio area - wrappers, cigarette butts. Some cigarette ends had clearly been there for more just that day as they were faded and in piles in the corners as well as generally around on the floor. Some broken seats - one lady sat down and the seat came off in her hand. Appreciate the outside area is well used in the Summer but more care needs to be taken to keep it a pleasant and clean environment to sit in.

Only popped in for a nice quiet drink with a old friend for a catch up, Greeted by some lovely bar staff who smiled and said hello as we walked in.Fast service and polite, not sure who served us but they we're great!We loved you're wine offer.. My and my friends came for a Sunday lunch, we were recommended the carvery. The cutlery had dry left over food on, The potatoes were hard, the parsnips were Burnt, the gravy was watery, the veg was dry and they ran out of food. We complained to the deputy manager, he said "would you like a free pudding" we asked if it will be like the carvery and he laughed and walked off ( not offering the puddings again ) Definitely wouldn't recommend this pub. It was disgusting!!! P.s - service was shocking, we wouldn't even give it one star but no stars were not an option !!
