Very poor selection of drinks for non dairy drinkers- only one choice of plant based milk. Ordered a latte with soya milk and a shot of caramel- wasn't asked what size I wanted and no syrup was added. I went back as had just left the cafe and explained there was no syrup- no apology was given and I was told syrup was put in but i would be given another shot-i was made to feel like a nuisance and unfortunately the coffee was the most unpleasant tasting coffee I've had in a long time so I won't be going back and no friendly atmosphere from the staff.

The vibe in here is so stuffy and dated which sort of lets down the entire experience. It very much feels like eating in your grandparents lounge (carpets, no music or atmosphere, date chairs and very packed in). The staff are really young and therefore lacking any real knowledge of the food or helpful interactions with guests. We asked for bread and our waitress said ‘um we only give you the bread once you’ve actually ordered your food’. I don’t think it’s their fault at all but seems like a real lack of training. The cup of mushroom soup served in an espresso cup as an amuse-bouche was truly not great or appetising in any way. Our mains were okay, beef was beautifully cooked and the set lunch menu is a great deal (£25 for two courses) but this place is truly so overrated and needs a huge revamp to not feel like it’s stuck in 1982.

Great idyllic location perfect for a walk with the dog, however the food was awful at Lunch. The burger was undercooked and something I would expect at a Burger Van, I feel it didn't reflect the price. The service was also incredibly slow given how few customers were in at the time. This is something I've experienced multiple times.

I've been meaning to try here for a while now, and I'm so glad I have. There's a good choice on the menu with something tasty sounding dishes. Service was really quick and our waitress was really friendly. The food came out really quickly, and portion sizes were massive. The food was hot, fresh, and really well cooked. There's also plenty of parking on site.

10/10 for service and food this evening at the britannia marlow. Exceptional service from Natalie, making the extra efforts to cater for our requests, continuously with a smile. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Will definately be back and recommend to others.

My friend took me to the restaurant for a special birthday. I ordered pizza it was amazing not too stodgy and very light but filling. Can’t remember what my friend ordered but she liked it too. The lady that took our order was very attentive her name was Kelly there was another waitress that checked to see if everything was ok. It was a busy night there were two big tables next to us but we didn’t feel intimidated and were well looked after. Thank you for a lovely evening to remember for my birthday x Ps dessert was fantastic

Went for lunch on Saturday with family. We could see that they were very busy, although this was the case we were kept up to date on food times and how long it would take. Staff were super friendly and smiley and checked on us throughout! Very happy with the experience we had. Would definitely come again.

A real old fashioned country pub. The pub has simple reasonably priced food and Fullers ales . Very dog friendly and run by a landlord who is willing to make an effort to make his business successful. Knowledgeable , hands on friendly with his customers.. a really refreshing experience. We will make this a regular visit. Thank you.

I’ve afraid to say it’s the worst Dinner I’ve ever had a a Harvester with my family of 6 adults The soft drinks machine wasn’t working so they had zero diet drinks! The service was painfully slow. The food took 55 mins to arrive and was mainly overcooked, burnt, very dry and cold. 2 expensive mixed grills, 3 burgers and a steak all came up woefully short on quality and taste, it wasn’t even warm! 2 of my sons couldn’t eat the burgers because they were so dry, burnt and tasteless. Absolutely awful! It was my birthday! I rarely eat out anymore but we all thought it was dreadful and we wouldn’t be coming back. I always used to love the Harvester but today it hit rock bottom. We did complain about the burgers at the time being inedible and got a free choc brownie! Not really enough compensation I’m afraid. I’m so so disappointed Harvester! I don’t know if your usual chef had been shot and you dragged in some randoms to cook for us but it really was incredibly bad. Only 1 plus, the waitress was polite and apologetic, we won’t be back though!
