This well-managed village pub is a true gem, boasting CAMRA approval and CaskMark certification. Had a lovely birthday meal out. The food was lovely, compliments to the chef Tarim & Natalie. Viki was the best server- nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much, we will be back soon :)

me and my family came into the nut and squirrel today, we were greeted with big smiles and very proactive staff, the food came out within 20-25 minutes of ordering and all the food met and exceeded our expectations, thank you to all the staff that took care of us - we will be back

A nice place/pit stop for lunch, especially on a Saturday full of shopping and pottering about. The place does get busy so pick your time wisely. Lovely place, friendly staff and great options on the menu. Would return. I just think they could improve their restroom facilities.

Just came back from Scotland, and was in need of some good fish and chips after bad experiences in MK I wasn’t confident. However, with some chips whilst waiting (which were the best I’ve had down south), and the fish was very good for how far we are away from the sea! 10/10 and the man serving was excellent, super nice and respectful!

Well that a teach me to rely on reviews on Google ! I ordered two cod and chips and if I'm honest probably the worst I've ever had. Overpriced rubbish fish over cooked no flavour hard batter really disappointed and ruined my tea. I've given 1 star for the food as the chips were ok. I'd say the most expensive chippy in bletchley so far I've visited over nine quid for a medium cod have a word ! All I can say is go on your judgment not others who leave over the top reviews on how nice it was etc. I'm sure Gary eats of utube would like to take a visit .

Ordered Via Uber eats last night for my mum & daughter and we really enjoyed our meal! The delivery was quick for Saturday night. The size of the cod was huge! We were really impressed. Thankyou!!

It is a number of years since we have been to the Carrington Arms and doubt we will return any time soon!! Our table was booked for 6:45 we were shown to our table and ordered drinks, we were a bit cramped as there was a large group behind us which made it difficult to move two of our chairs and difficult for people to pass behind us. Our food order was taken, our American host order a steak and was taken to choose it, I opted for the scallop starter, the scallop was the size of a 10p piece and I really don't know what was in the batter but it was overcooked/burnt. we then had a very long wait for our main courses, they arrived about two hours after our arrival. I had ordered the Swordfish as you seldom see it on a menu and it is a fish I enjoy, it was overcooked and dry, the mash was barely warm and tasteless the bisque was congealed and I found one clam and a few muscles all over cooked. The other meals also had mixed reviews it seemed as if they had been sitting waiting to be brought to our table. No member of staff checked with us to see if our meals were alright until we had almost finished when I said mine was awful the waitress disappeared and a waiter (possibly a manager) came up and basically dismissed our complaints saying 'they were very busy' and disappeared. Our host paid the bill in full and we left at about 9:45 very dissatisfied, to be honest if we were the hosts we would have queried the bill.

Great find, will return again I'm sure. Recommend the Orange Chocolate bread & butter pudding, it's amazing!

Came for Sunday lunch, lovely tender beef, nicely cooked vegetables, home cooked roast potatoes which were crispy, crispy Yorkshire pudding and everything hot. In a lovely old pub friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
