the meat was supposed to be mixed, but I received undercooked chicken, which had nothing to do with the kebab, and the fries were undercooked... I won't order anything again

Was looking forward to a nice chip and battered sausage dinner hmm big mistake chips tasted old and dry and battered on sausage was heavy and hard not crispy at all and omg an anemic sausage no taste no colour whole dinner in the bin will not be back

If you are Muslim stay away from here they are not halal. Last week I went in and asked the owner if there Donna meat is halal, he said yes of course it is. Trusted him then today my brother goes in to order meat Donna he thought to ask the owner if it was.. owner told him no it was never halal. Truly discussed as the owner said he was Muslim too. At this point I wouldn't put it pass them if they use pig fat oil. Just to also add there chilli sauce is the cheap stuff that gives you the runs and has a horrible taste. Just keep clear of these fakes. There are much better places in MK.

Food was all good. Chicken kebab with chips and salad was v tasty. Spring roll was massive. The battered mushrooms were good. Tried a battered mars bar for the first time was good too!

Always hot fantastic food whatever I order for myself and my family..

The Boss called me to check my order. I was very grateful he made the effort and it was sorted promptly. When people take the time to act professionally, it says a lot about their business and how they go out their way to please the customer. Jacket potatoe was delicious. As was the salad and scampi. And the driver was quick and friendly. I therefore recommend Smarts and give them 5⭐️'s. Thank you. 😀

First time I have only given 3 stars, normally give 5. I ordered 1.5ltr diet Coke, but was only given 1.25ltr. Small difference but paid for 1.5ltrs! Also I ordered the double cheeseburger. I was going to order an additional salad, but it said the cheeseburger comes with salad. There was no salad whatsoever, so I was disappointed to just have a roll, cheese and burgers, no sauce and no salad. Chips were OK. I will order again, but if mistakes are made again it may be my last order. Driver was on time and very friendly and polite. Thank you..

Not quite the usual standard I’ve come to expect from Smarts. Portions were still a very good size but the chips weren’t as nice as usual, the curry sauce was watery and the burger didn’t have any salad as advertised. Not awful and I’d still order again, as usually love Smarts!

the delivery was smashed I have sent you the pictures, you never refunded me and also the delivery driver was very rude,pls have consideration I always order from you and is it fair the service you gave?

Order was put in at 1805 , delivery time kept going up and up and up finally arrived between 7.30pm and 7.45pm . Delivery then dropped the food on the floor and commented oops. With the very late delivery and dropping it on the floor it was cold .

Great food as always. Let down by slow delivery as driver seemed to be stopping at other food places on the way back to us, obviously picking up other orders, which meant food was cold by the time it reached us.

the driver couldn't find us and was using google maps which doesn't help as it sends him to the wrong cul de sac and that need sorting out as we are in the second cul de sac which involved having a cold meal which was meant to be hot and we had to rewarm it up in the microwave

brilliant food, great taste and easy service

The batter on the battered sausage was hard and not crunchy at all. Chips tasted old. Spicy potatoes tasted okay, but again texture was like they had been left for a while.

driver sat at the other end of the estate stationary so has to walk down to collect my food by that time it was too cold to eat

It tastes very good, but did they fill the whole casserole with fries and put a few pieces of meat on top (£14 I paid) for the salad and fries? not worth it.

Your delivery driver is rude, disrespectful and their attitude is disgusting! Refusing to deliver the order! Making my children cry thinking they wasn't getting their dinner because he wanted to be rude!! I'm far from happy and I am seriously thinking weather or not to use your company again! I will also be telling friends and family about this issue as well!!

Haven't used this place in a while but love the food and the people, used this chippy for yonks, the only thing that I have a nitpick is the space for ordering it's small, wish you could sit inside and eat like a proper chippy

I have had fish and chips from there quite regularly. Always fresh and crispy in my experience. Does quite often end up being a bit too much? So I recommend you get two cods and one chip Often getting the extra chip gets too filling. That will be more than enough too to maybe even three people.

Nearly two hours late, driver went nearly 20 miles in wrong direction, the food was congealed and cold so we did not accept it, I want a full refund ! The restaurant staff were very rude when we called them to complain, I will never order from them again !

Ordered a LARGE chicken and chips and asked for abit of lettuce cucumber and red cabbage when I got my order the box was half full with just the salad pieces and the other half being a mix of chips and chicken when I asked about that being Really small the manager made several excuses. He stated it's because I got the salad on it and when I said that ain't right as there is a separate order for the chicken, chips and salad he then said, that's how the company does it. The amount of the salad made up most the space on a large box. He tried to say he couldn't sort it until I took it back to the shop amd told him il have the order without the salad.

My favourite chippy in Bletchley, great chips and absolutely love the battered mushrooms and spicy potatoes. Boss is friendly and always has a good team working there, service is quick and portion sizes are great for the prices.

I ordered a chicken kebab on the phone and when I went I was given 2 donner kebabs, I asked to change them and he said that I ordered wrongly, I didn't order wrongly because I don't eat that kind of thing, so that doesn't exist in my vocabulary... I had to throw them out in the trash and order others for other money because they don't want to change, I ordered, I got home when I opened the order there were no potatoes, so I think they do it on purpose. This is not the only experience with them I also ordered potatoes with cheese and they gave me the potatoes without cheese, I went back and they put the cheese on top without it being hot, I went back and put it in the microwave. If they were more attentive to food and orders than to look after every woman who enters the store or enters the street. I will never go back to them.

Absolutely beautiful kebab meat very well presented amazing quality food

Best Kebab I had in a while, pity it arrived almost cold. Fries were really hot but a bit too greasy for our taste. Very importantly, they read my notes! Delivery took quite a long time from the shop, so that's probably why the kebab was barely tepid, I would definitely use Smarts again but not with delivery

These guys have always been great since we started coming here. Portion size is great. They still do spicy potatoes which is hard to find these days as they are so nice. And have kids meal deals which are a good size for the kiddies. And who doesn't live a good chippy.

The order was incorrect and the cod tasted like rubber. Perhaps if they concentrated on the task at hand instead of flirting with every female that walks in there, maybe things would improve. Not worth the money they over charge you for!

Restaurant needs to read instructions even on receipt it stated sauce separate but it wasn't disappointed

The veggie burger was advertised as coming with salad, but I received a burger in a bun, with nothing else.

They cannot deliver anything on time. 1 hour delay on my food had kids upset. Never order here.
