We go here most weeks for a casual lunch. Always greeted by super friendly staff. The fish goujon sandwich is so delicious and the burgers are fantastic too. The vegetarian medley is really interesting with celeriac and tempura broccoli and the deserts are made with love and beautifully presented. Anastasia makes the best Aperol in Surrey!

We called in for supper on our way to where we were staying for the night. The pub was small and quiet, but friendly. The one staff member on duty was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We only had burgers but they were well cooked and fresh and the chips were amazing!

My partner and I came here a few weeks ago for a bite to eat and a pint. Decent Cider selection! Food was lovely, prepared quickly, and great deals! Definitely, some great piri piri sauce as well! I'm looking forward to coming back! The environment was warm and friendly. They had a DJ playing on Friday night. It was lots of fun!

Best full English ever quality ingredients cooked perfectly and every element hot. Lovely staff. Shame we were just passing through, and it’s not local to us.

Well it is when you are early for a Lunch at Il Positano (see separate review). Excellent Cortado - two of - and an early Mince Pie. Check this lovely little Coffee Emporium out. Hayling Seagoon

Was a brilliant burger served by Levi Hutchison. He lived up to the expectation by wearing a superman cape while presenting the dish

The food was delicious and offered great value for money. The staff were friendly, and the beer was well maintained. It's a great place for a meal or just a quick drink! They have a predominantly gluten-free menu, which is quite unique and deserves to be shared more widely!

We were a party of 25 guides from a South Coast museum who visited West Horsley Place in the morning. West Horsley Place staff recommended the King William IV as a place to eat. They were not wrong. We ordered our meals prior to arrival. The pub has a lovely atmosphere. Staff friendly and welcoming. Tables reserved for us. We were given time to buy drinks and settle before the food arrived. Very slick. All served at the same time. So no one hanging about for food whilst the rest of us tucked in. Food delicious and high quality. The battered fish main meal and the Cumberland sausage main meal especially popular with the group and enjoyed by all. Highly recommend. It's a shame it is not closer to our homes otherwise it would be perfect local for us.

Disgustingly dirty inside and out, place feels like a health hazard. Ash trays not cleaned in weeks, cigarette buds everywhere. Outside terrace area looked abandoned. Seats & tables so dirty and sticky cant even sit. Place was a ghost town during a sunny weekend day, so I guess most people have caught on NOT to go here under any circumstance. Beerlines not cleaned in I dunno how long, my beer was flat and tasted HORRIBLE.

Lovely pub with outdoor space, great atmosphere and very friendly staff! (We had Kelly) who was wonderful and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our lunch and dessert! I ordered the steak ciabatta sandwich and the chocolate sundae which was wonderful and my friend (who’s vegan) ordered the vegetable tart and the Bakewell tart- we both enjoyed very much! We were surprised at the range of vegans options too- especially for dessert, would highly recommend :)
