The best restaurants serving British food in Epsom and Ewell South East

Definitely the best fish and chip shop in West Ewell and Epsom we had the haddock and the rock both delicious and the chips were superb

Liked this place allot. The coffee was super. I liked the lady who served us but cannot remember her name, sorry. Its a nice place to visit.

Excellent vegetarian range and really friendly staff. It is also dog friendly and staff will always come for puppy cuddles

Thank you to the team, especially Coco who kept going through difficult times. It is so good to be getting back to normal, there are still difficulties with deliveries which is hitting everywhere at the moment. If something isn’t available then there is plenty more to choose from.

Came here with a friend for a coffee and a wrap we were paying separately but was together, a man serving said next customer so I walked over as my friend was paying he said no your with her I said we are paying separate so I was next he rolled his eyes and said ok then, another server took my wrap so ours could be cooked together, the man serving me then said “so you are together then” I said yes but paying seperate I looked at my friend and he turned around and when “what?” It was a rude experience that could of been avoided.

Good beer, food, and atmosphere. Wide range of ages giving a vibrant atmosphere.

Unnecessarily expensive, outside seating area is cramped

Xmas dinner for £80. Starter fair desert good. Main Xmas dinner very poor. Soggy overcooked sprouts. No stuffing. Tasteless turkey breast joint. Bisto or similar beef gravy. Cheap pigs in blankets. They could not even be bothered to make gravy from the juices or even buy the turkey gravy from waitrose. Understaffed so slow service. I would have been embarrassed to serve such shoddy fair for someones Xmas dinner. Clearly the cook, def not a chef, did not care and the lack of love showed.

I ordered a mixed kebab today and it was burnt and overcooked and it was old. It seemed they took old kebabs from the day before and sent it because it couldn't get sold. I called them up and told them about what happened then the girl on the line didn't offer a refund. The only thing she said is that she could offer a discount for the next meal but why would anyone go again with such bad service.

Good pub, good atmosphere, nice service, nice outside area for kids to run around in

Clean pub, decent beer. We've visited at quieter times.

Lunchtime visit can’t fault food service or how nice the restaurant is.. always very clean and pleasant surroundings I would recommend Toby to all lunch or evenings.

Under new management and it shows. Food was great and fairly priced definitely coming back

I have been to a few Toby Carvery's but today we were served by a very helpful person call Harriett, always had a smile and added to the experinece. The food was up to standard and I can highley recomend eating here.

Family meal for 6, great food and service, can't ask for more. I can highly recommend the pork belly and scallops. Washed down with a pint.
