Fast and hot but no pitta bread for the large shish

I ordered a mixed kebab today and it was burnt and overcooked and it was old. It seemed they took old kebabs from the day before and sent it because it couldn't get sold. I called them up and told them about what happened then the girl on the line didn't offer a refund. The only thing she said is that she could offer a discount for the next meal but why would anyone go again with such bad service.

They took nearly 2 hours to deliver. When it arrived it was cold and tasteless.

Food was soggy but still warm. Lamb shish was fatty and undercooked. Unfortunately most of it went in the bin.

Good food, good size wraps, but took too long to arrive, I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it was gonna take 45 minutes.

Chicken dinner meat really nice and good portion but odd as pita small and all in different boxes. Chilli and Garlic sauce not quite what you expect from Kebab shop.

Haven’t used Sam’s in ages as I was never happy with the quality. Decide to try them again as had been told they’d got better. They haven’t and it that’s the last time I order from them. Food took two hours to arrive!! The skewers were dry and unappetizing, the doner meat was dripping in fat, and was pretty poor to taste. Chips and nuggets were cold and cheap. By far the worst kebab I’ve had in a long time. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Food took over an hour to come. was cold upon delivery.

Had to wait 1.5hrs for delivery and was then another half hour late on top of that. Food was nice and still hot but probably won’t order again due to delivery times.

Always late never on time! Place an order at 6.40pm it is now 815pm still hasn't turned up! Every time you call them they always say it the next order out or the driver has just left. Jokers don't bother....

The only place locally who's pitta you can pick up and with every bite it stays together. No splitting at the bottom , no soggy pitta. All remains in tact and together.... helps that it was really delicious chicken too. Wont order from anywhere else now. Im in Banstead

I really enjoy Sam’s, but this time I had a burger and I’m afraid it was a bit dry and not so tasty as my usual chicken shish. Sorry will not have another burger will go back to my chicken shish which is always so nice

unfortunately an hour late... But, Sam's acknowledged this, refunded a compensation, and send me fanta soft drink... the food is always spot on. Thank-you, just keep up to speed wirh delivery time obligations.

First time using and we were very impressed; kebabs were delicious and they pack the pitta separately so it isn't soggy. It's also useful to be able to pick which items of salad you want, which was great when you have a picky daughter.

Never ordered from here before - turns out it’s the best kebab I’ve had since I’ve lived in Epsom. A small was the same as most people’s large. Still hot when it arrived. Definitely recommend, I won’t be going back to my old kebab shop

I asked for sauce in my wrap, it came with no sauce and was really dry, usually the best kebab place around, everything else was good

Our food has still not arrived and we order 1 hour 45 minutes ago, I called the shop and they said they are still waiting for a driver….. if just eat can’t deliver the food they should not take the order and the money.

sams has always been good but today's order was not great 3 dishes with lamb in and was all inedible as it was tuff and chewy . we will try again hope it was a one off .

This used to be fantastic, but in the last two weeks standards have fallen. Chicken shish is tough and dry , less meat than before , pitta bread and wrap is hard and often quite inedible. Up until recently I couldn’t fault them so I’m guessing somethings gone wrong.

I was looking for Sam's Kebab's number to order lunch and saw some 1-star reviews that just aren't fair. I've never had a bad meal from Sam's Kebab. The food is always fresh, and the lunch deals are fantastic. The service is friendly, and they consistently deliver quality. I felt compelled to defend them because they truly deserve more recognition. See you guys in 20 minutes for another delicious meal!

Takeaway, specifically asked for NO spice on meat, as have an allergy, they DIDN’T listen. I repeated plain cooked lamb. So I couldn’t eat it. Total waste of around £16.00, no refund, I had the meal ready to return as proof, got a stupid voucher for £8.00 Why bother when they are so disinterested in your request, I wouldn’t want to reorder as it will happen again. Major disappointment, silly girls on the call, not listening. Manager away from site as Ramadan, happy to take my order though, but no apology. Disgusting

DON’T BOTHER with this place Ordered last night and specifically said NO SPICE, PLAIN LAMB KEBAB Due to food sensitivity/intolerance They didn’t answer my calls back Called Cheam, apparently different owners??? But on same website Called today, APPARENTLY ALL LAMB IS WITH SPICE MARINADE, WHY DIDN’T THE ORDERER KNOW THAT!!! NO REFUND, I PAID CASH ONLY CREDIT due back,. Why would I bother with them again? Disgusting Owner off because it’s Ramadan, so what? They have my money. DEAL with it Food not fit for purpose , BLATANT DISRESPECT of allergens. Not educating their staff HOW CAN THEY ONLY GIVE A CREDIT WHEN ITS THEIR MISTAKE!!!! Angry customer

sadly due to the food being late it arrived cold so we had to put it in the air-fryer.

really nice as always couple of bits of lanb shish was a bit grisly but that has not happened before . we will always use Sam's for our kebabs

The food was really tasty and very generous portions, we had reheat it as it was cold, threw the chips away as they were freezing as it took an hour and half to arrive. Sorry Sam’s lovely food but having to reheat a take away and an hour and half to deliver is not really acceptable. Will definately keep coming back to you but for this time I feel let down.

Excellent kebabs, juicy chicken, and all packed so nothing is soggy when it gets to you. Top notch!

Quick fast service staff are friendly

Kebab came without pitta, telephoned & was told they could bring one, by this time food cold! Asked about refund & was told they would need to come & pick up the kebab in order to give a refund. Staff were very rude. We have been ordering food from Sam’s for years & never had a problem, we will never ordering anything from Sam’s again.
