Great atmosphere in brilliant surroundings. Food is great and very reasonable. Thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to. Return visit.

The worst restaurant experience ever. Queued for 30 minutes only to find out the item I wanted was not available. Why couldn't a notice be displayed to that effect? Will never visit again and would advise others to avoid at all costs.

Used to be a great family restaurant but now the menu has been severely reduced and quality of food is not so good.

Terrible managment. Order two small bags of chips and after spending 45 min. in queue gave up and go without food. One person taking an orders and preparing food unacceptable. If U are not willing to spend half a day waiting for your food AVOID

We visited this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Wisley and received great service and great food. We enjoyed the premium orange juice and the salad was very good.

This is the second visit to this café, the first time I found the staff rude but we sat outside and just had a drink so giving them the benefit of the doubt we returned today for food. On arrival there were no seats so we waited until there was a spare table I then ordered my food from a very uninterested member of staff. On receipt of the food my wife's jacket potato was cold in the middle, my sausage and onion roll was overpriced for what I would call cheap sausages. We didn't bother trying to complain about the cold jacket potato as I didn't feel the staff were approachable. So we will just use it as a bad experience.

Food was warm, had to send it back. After sending the food back twice I asked for a refund as they couldn't bring out hot food. Will never waste my time in their cafe again. It's ok if you want a drink only but food I wouldn't touch as the staff are useless.

Never go here. We had to queue for 45mins just to get our food. Which was total disorganised chaos. Once we got our food, my son the was continually sick for the next 24hours. He didn’t had have bug so had to be the food!

Very very cute little tea room, really enjoyed our visit for tea and scones. Such an authentic British experience. Tried to go back when we were in bibury the other day but found that it had closed permanently? Such a shame, I hope all that ran the place are doing well and it opens back up one day!

Insulting and exploitive pricing and menu restrictions. Kids food (fish and chips) was very low quality. Starters poor, deserts ok.
