We spent over £40 in the fish shop, my partner carries a toilet access card as he has carcinoid syndrome and needs an immediate toilet. He went in showed his card and was told No you can’t use it. The girl was very nice but very loud voice, she said the Manager is the only person who allows permission, I asked for them and she said he’s busy. It was horrendous, everyone was watching, this establishment should be ashamed and avoided by anyone with a Disability.

Popped in for lunch on a day over to Lindisfarne. Despite advertising that they cater for gluten free, a disappointing menu. When I asked at the bar if they do anything gluten free, the barman said that anything gluten free will have GF after it on menu, but they can do any sandwich with gluten free bread. There were no meals suitable on menu, so I went back to bar and asked if their spread was dairy free. Barmaid gives a big sigh and goes to check. Comes back to say yes it is, what do you want- like it was a big inconvenience for her. It’s not my husbands fault that he has allergies. Such attitude makes me wonder how anyone goes back here. Sarnie was ok but they didnt seem to do it separate to normal food as hubby found a bit of grated cheese attached to his bread. If he hadn’t spotted it, he would have been I’ll. overpriced too as the bread was just normal sliced bread. WONT BE GOING BACK!

Took so long for food to arrive, only ordered toastie and jacket potatoe, wasn't even that busy, so can't understand why we waited so long. Due to the wait we stunk of kitchen grease with been in there so long. We had previously been to this cafe about a year ago and expereiend slow service then so must be a common issue. It advise to give this place a miss unless you are just after a drink.

We both had the managers special which was ham eggs and chips firstly they served the food on cold plates the ham was absolutely stone cold and the freshly cooked eggs were placed on top of the ham the chips were also cold and in our opinion we're very under done. We bothe have not felt well today after eating in the forum yesterday. I personally have had the runs we have visited a great many wetherspoons but my wife vowed to never eat at wetherspoons again

We have been going to the garden centre at least 4 times a week for a long time. I booked Xmas lunch for my mum and daughter and I It was terrible So disappointing as we were really looking forward to it The carrots and parsnips were burned. The roast potatoes were not freshly cooked. We had no stuffing or cranberry sauce .The after eight cheesecake had undissolved lumps of gelatine in it !!! So disappointed as we used to enjoy our visits but the standards of service and food quality has really deteriorated . Such a shame as it used to be good .

Stopped off for breakfast and found automation had caught up with Morrisons, in the form of an automated ordering system. Finding our way around the screen wasn't quite as easy as big Mac and KFC equivalents but we did manage it, only just. Wanting to pay by cash, however, was even more difficult as the robot doesn't accept anything except credit cards so customer, much against the chagrin, had to use plastic. The breakfasts, when they arrived, was excellent and without doubt value for plastic.

We had fantastic fish and chips!! Four pieces of fresh cod cooked in front of our eyes. Light crispy batter, succulent fish and a good portion of chips. Friendly service and a spotless environment. Some of the best fish and chips I have ever had and I live on the Suffolk coast! Thank you.

The cafe prices are ludicrous. £3.45 for a toasted tea cake with barely any fruit in it is ridiculous as is a fiver for two cups of tea and £9 for a cooked breakfast!! The staff are not the most pleasant either. Sadly the shop and garden centre prices are way off the scale too compared to most other garden centres. Definitely would not recommend or revisit.
