We had an aperitif here and we loved the elegance and the service, we will come back definitely for another drink.

We were four for lunch. First delicious warm bread. Between we had an exquisite beetroot soup, fresh gnocci with green pesto and globe artichokes delicately prepared followed by a perfect green salad. We finished with cherry pie, a hazelnut roulade and coffee. Afterwards we went next door to admire Leila's shop where the fresh ingredients for our meal were all on sale.

La primera vez que vi a Biryani cocinado con arroz de grano largo sin poppadum, chutney, yogurt o Pickle cobrando dinero considerable del menú de basura. No sé cómo todas las personas del casino toleran el tipo de comida basura en el lugar prestigioso de Westfield.

June 1, 2024 - Came in with a family group of 16. We figured it would be a long-shot to get all of us sat at one time, but the staff came through and found seats for all of us upstairs. We felt so welcomed even though we took over the space for a while. The fish and chips were stellar and the cider on draft was crisp. The family thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who needs a good bite to eat.

We came here as a group of 4 for lunch. Although the cafe looked presentable at first glance, our experience quickly went downhill. Food: The food was particularly dreadful & the worst part - expensive yet underwhelming. I ordered a cheese toastie, but instead received a plain basic untoasted butterless cheese sandwich after over 20 minutes of waiting (mind you, this item cost £8.50). We ordered a hunter's chicken, which took 30 minutes to arrive & then arrived cold as though it had come out of a fridge. When we ordered a replacement, it arrived a further 15 minutes later without the sauce. The chicken sandwich was bland & disappointing for the high price. The menu did not indicate any dietary information (vegan/vegetarian/allergens/etc) and lacked good vegetarian/vegan options. The hot chocolate was alright, but the coffee was tepid. The jacket potato was undercooked & hard. Atmosphere: Nice enough to begin with, until we settled in and begun the long wait for our food. People were regularly getting up to complain - customers had issues with the mash, with items missing from their orders & many other customers besides us were visibly upset. It seems that the kitchen must have been understaffed or overwhelmed, as the quality of food just wasn't up to parr & wait times were absurdly long, even though we came after the lunch rush & there were plenty of empty seats. Service: The service was ok - the waitresses were doing their best to bring out orders, man the till & serve their customers. However, the strain they were under was visible - between having to field all the customer complaints & repeatedly bring back incorrect orders to the kitchen, they were stretched thin and unable to clear the tables, refill the water jug & keep things running smoothly. Overall, I wouldn't go here again & would recommend trying out one of the several other cafes nearby. To the management: I'd implore you to look into these issues, as we are very much not the only diners that have had such a dismal experience. These disappointed reviews are numerous & action is needed. For vegetarians: Only 2 options were available: Cheese omelette or cheese & beans jacket potato. They had a ceasar salad but it contained parmesan. I asked for a cheese toastie (not on the menu but they offered other toasties) but they gave me a disappointing untoasted sandwich instead.

I visited your establishment and felt the need to contact about just how awful my experience was I waited half an hour for a burger and when it came it was the worst tasting meat I have ever had, it was very low quality that contained lots of hard balls of fat and sinew which caused me to have to spit it out I had complained to staff and they just stared back blankly and offered no resolution I’ve tried using your cafe multiple times where often it would be shut or over half your menu unavailable I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be recommending this to any of my peers

Popped in for breakfast, was immediately with a friendly smile. The food was really tasty, fresh and loved the tea with warm milk-just as I like it . All in all, loved the experience.

The staff attitude is awful. Bagel is ok for a grab to go lunch although it tastes not fresh. I will never go there or order online again. Avoid.

The bar has a sign outside offering Amstel beer at £3.49 and Fosters at £4.49 but I went in and asked for those beers and they said both offers were off and the cheapest pint was £5.10! They are just baiting people with offers to get them inside. I walked out. Very poor.

The member of staff I dealt with was super helpful and friendly. The sandwich I ordered was cold pretty quickly but was not meant to be.

First visit here and I have to say my blueberry muffin was the best I ever had. Proper sweet blueberrys inside. Incredible and a lovely moist muffin. I ordered a coffee but their machine had broken but the tea was fine. Plenty of it with decent crockery. Recommended for me with outdoor seating also

Realmente me encantó este lugar, hermoso edificio. Me encanta el hecho de que las celdas de la cárcel se han mantenido, y 1 en particular se ha mantenido como estaba. ¡Tan interesante! Definitivamente regresaremos

Visité este lugar dos veces el mismo día. Primero solo para tomar una copa por la tarde, y eso fue realmente agradable. Buena vista, buen ambiente. Ya entonces un poco lento personal, pero está bien cuando solo tiene algo para beber. Regresé después de unas horas para comer porque pensamos que sería bueno. Pero no. La comida no es nada especial, no sabe mucho. Sin embargo, lo peor es que algunos de los camareros son muy groseros y no parecen disfrutar su trabajo en absoluto. Volveré por un vaso de vino, pero nunca volveré a comer aquí. Es una pena, podría haber sido tan bueno.

Lo lamenté.En primer lugar, en el momento de la reserva no se nos preguntó qué habitación nos gustaría (más de una disponible de la que no teníamos conocimiento), por lo tanto, recibimos la más pequeña en la entrada. . . No hay suficiente espacio para que los padres permanezcan juntos mientras ayudan. . .En segundo lugar, siempre tuve problemas para encontrar a nuestro manager de la fiesta. . . ella nunca estaba cerca cuando yo necesitaba . .Además, tuvimos que extender las sillas nosotros mismos, ya que ella se quedó allí. . . This outlet pre dates covid ,and was a regular stop off for me when getting a train from London Bridge , the food was fresh and hot , Today , I thought i would grab a roll and a coffee , as train wasnt for 20mins Had Ultimate Breakfast Roll and a black coffee The roll was Luke warm at best , and the contents were dried out and devoid of any flavour . The roll was stale and very dry . This came to £8.10 !! Many a high street baker / pastry shop can do a sausage / bacon roll thats edible and good value , with Simmons being the best at this . If you are in the locale , suggest you go to Leon or Macdonalds or Costa for a coffee breakfast roll , it will be less expensive and not give you indigestion !!
