The atmosphere and space is nice, staff are very and polite too.

Nice place to visit.... friendly staff , iam missing so much this branch. Even few months ago I used to visited this branch regularly when I had a job in this area barristas behaviour behaviour was so nice... Nice staff , hygiene environment, highly recommended for local people living there ,visit costa coffeee , enjoy tea, attend meetings , during break enjoy tea lathi , coffee and English tea whole menu is superb

Lady staff were excellent and pretty.

Last few times went for my morning costa, just to be disappointed as two asian ladies is careless to even understand my order. Really feel annoyed . Ruins my morning of unprofessional staff working at costa. Previous staff was better.

Didn't get a knife or serviette for my pastry. Tea wasn't particularly hot either. Seems nobody warms a pot these days.

Excellent staff. Great ambience. Loads of space for seating. It is very conveniently located close to the South Harrow tube station (Picadelly line). Easy for quick one-to-one business meets and for breakfast.

I recently visited Costa Coffee in South Harrow and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee set a welcoming tone. The baristas greeted me with warm smiles, despite the busy morning rush. I ordered a flat white, and it was prepared to perfection – just the right balance of espresso and milk, with a beautiful latte art heart on top. The pastries seemed just as tempting, so I indulged in a croissant that was flaky and buttery, a perfect companion to my coffee. The cafe’s atmosphere was cozy, with comfortable seating and an ambiance that encouraged me to linger over my coffee. It was clean and well-maintained, with attention to COVID-19 safety protocols, which made me feel safe. In terms of value, the prices were on par with what you’d expect from a high-street coffee shop, and the quality certainly matched the cost. It’s a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for a coffee break in South Harrow, and I’m already planning my next visit to try some of the other items on the menu. It is the cleanest, friendliest and most pleasant Costa ever. The girls there are very nice and friendly. They always jump to help you when you need it. Each time I was served quickly and my order was ready immediately. I like to come and spend time with the girls there, they are very funny and nice.

Coffee was terrible - milk wasn’t frothed at all. The girl serving me at the counter kept getting distracted and couldn’t focus on me when I was trying to make my order for more than 2 seconds at a time.

One of the biggest Costa Coffee shop in the are i have seen. Lots of room lots of seating area. The service is fast. Great friendly staff. Special shout out Mihaela she totally amazing.

This Costa is by far one of my favorites. I've been coming here regularly for the past 6 months and the coffee here is amazing, served promptly and with a smile:) and Mihaela is always friendly and lovely to talk to, which makes for a warm atmosphere every time I visit. I couldn't recommend it more

I avoided Costa for years because of numerous niggles with the way they did things but I found myself stuck on a Monday morning with no work, so I stopped off for an Americano and some time playing on my laptop. The Wi-Fi is super reliable, the staff were bright and friendly and the toilet was clean. I actually felt sad to have to leave. All the tables were spotless, the coffee was better than ever, and it really set me up for the rest of my day.

Rarely leave reviews where I comment on the staff but the two ladies here were so so so friendly and hospitable when I came here a few weeks ago, definitely make you feel welcome. Drinks are what you would expect from a costa

Good Coffee and the Regular Costa range of Merchandise ( Sandwiches, Paninis) Service in this South Harrow Branch is Very Attentive, polite and friendly.... Coffee was Very good, but on this Occasion, the cake asked for ( Raspberry & Almond Slice, One of my Favourites) T.B.H stale, Dry and Clearly close too... on it's sell by, use by...in my Opinion OVER SELL BY DATE, the Lady Very Kindly agreed to Change it.... the Replacement was NO BETTER.... I think that some Branches of Costa, depending on the Area, Will DEFINITELY NOT HAVE Sufficient Turnover on all of these Lines.... That's Absolutely Essential with Cakes 🎂... Since I Visit this Branch occasionally, I have found the Service is Very Average,and Declined since other Visit s, some of the Staff who are Mostly Eastern European, are DEFINITELY more interested in TALKING to there Friends, who come in for a Chat & Gossip.... Great...Er....NO.... stop talking and CONCENTRATE ON YOUR CUSTOMERS...might be worth the Effort.. Visited Monday 7th February, Afternoon... 2 Staff on the Counter... One SNEEZED ( these things Happen 😒) but I have to say, although she Turned Away from the Counter, DISCUSCUSTING...No Tissue, and another Hard SNEEZE, few Minutes later... Sorry but NOT AT ALL HAPPY with rhe Attitudes and Approach to Hygiene....

They got policy that if your dog is on lead you can have it inside we ordered and we set for couple of seconds and then one of the staff came to us and she clearly doesn't know the rule of her work environment!! I have token a photo of their rules which they put it by their entrance which it shows dogs are allowed!! She asked the dog is not allowed to be there we took her there we showed her but she kept saying it is not allowed!!! This is an absolute ridiculous!! We will never use costa anymore!! Starbucks doesn't have these types of rules!

I’m disappointed at their opening hours. Closing at 4pm is so early, it makes no sense. They close their counters much earlier than 4pm as well for cleaning.

The place has many tables and seats, the service is great, and as always the coffee is very good. I usually work from there and the mobile network coverage is good enough.

Nice place to chill out a bit. Good cheerful staff. Place needs a little bit cleaning else it's a fine place to take a break.

Enjoyed my visit here. Very clean, warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and efficient. Sandwich filled a hole and the coffee was good.

This team is always busy and on the go! 3 super friendly reindeers were serving today and they were polite, happy and smiling! Always a great atmosphere in this Costa. Apologised for keeping me waiting but it was only 2 minutes!! This place is always busy!

Very dissatisfied third time in 3 weeks gone there either issue with the scanner for the app so can't get points or issue with card machine and they only take cash. Sorry guys buy you need to sort this out

The staff are sooooo rude and unfriendly and make you feel like you are an inconvenient. But it's the ONLY place in South harrow to sit down to get a coffee and do some work as the library is now closed.

Customer service was good, no issues there. I ordered a decaf latte and it tasted like milk. I'm not sure they are extracting their decaf pods properly.

Very disappointing service every time. There is always an ingredient missing from my coffee. Either no syrup, no cream, not enough cream with Costa standard. Even though the cream or the toppings included in the price i pay I don’t get the full product I bought. When I ask the question why the barista says it’s out of stock. So why’d you sell it in the first place if the necessary ingredients are out of stock? Visited 5-10 times but would never go back even for a bottle of water. They might sell me bottle without water. 🤣

I was running late and I got to Costa I had already found them getting ready to close up for the day somehow with my talented ways not really I begged for a coffee As they had already to cash up it was not possible however II wasn't upset and said just leave it With my luck they had already already made a coffee that was cancelled So when I was offered it I was more than happy

Usually, this place is OK, and I had few nice experiences there, but last Sunday.... I been there and asked for 3 coffees, including a vanilla latte and the Barsita "she" not friendly at all, and on top of that half of the coffee was wasted( half of the coffee flowed past the cup) and full with bubbles. Milk throwed into a cup.... also, I did ask for more chairs to sit outside cause the weather was lovely ( it was table outside but not enough chairs) and the answer was right away no. No any flexibility.... shame on you!

An abnormal large Costa. Dispite it's vastness it has very few seats - adhering strictly to social distancing rules I guess. Very dim lighting. Great spot to people watch or to take a break from shopping. Friendly staff.

Visit this morning and purchased a cinnamon brioche if I was not already driving to work when I taste it, I would have returned it. Hard as rock ! Stop selling stale food. I will report to food safety. Produce not sold should be discarded. It must not be refreeze or left on shelves for days !!!

Lovely coffee and toasted tea cakes

It was OK as expected but the toilets absolutely stunk and the floor was really sticky to walk on. Put me off my drink.

Costa have changed their points system leaving me with over 60 drinks worth of credit before I use their new more complex system.

was good and comfortable a regular of mine .but the staff kept mopping near me.the smell of disinfectant wasn't good with my coffee.a lot of scraping with the broom. gentleman's customer service was a joke.spoiled my afternoon tbh

Rubbish service 20mins to get one coffee was told they were training that's why it was sooo slow. Dont train people on a Saturday afternoon would never go back awful place

I've been overcharged on purpose (asked why the price is higher and got weird explenation, then on receipt there were things I didn't ask for) by the guy on the till who was totally unprofessional - lying down on the counter, slacky... The lady in the coffee machine was really nice, that's why 2 not 1.

Even during covid, their service is still pretty good and they do have seating outside although limited. Some of their nice food/desserts are slightly limited but still some good choices to choose from.

Regular coconut hot chocolate buyer, drinker. I have purchased a large and upon opening the contents was almost half a cup. When questioned the barista she did not speak fluent English and told me about measurements. As if it was my first time - appalled

the location is ok but the girls who work here leave dr wanted not only all those who worked on 02.01 2020 at 10.55 am I was present and then they changed the poster that you can order breakfast until 11 am. up to four changed it was 11 o'clock. and carrot cake or something like that they didn't have.
