Appalling customer service. Went to get an Americano. And the server gave me a hot drink without any sleeve. The drink was really hot to hold. I requested another cup. He slammed it on the counter. Not good Costa.

Lovely Place to go for a snack.

I like coming here as I like Costa Coffee, my only issue is when I ask my extra hot latte and not every barista seems to know what it is and they give me a warm coffee and they don’t like when we mentioned, in fact, they should apologise if they didn’t make the way I ordered.

I took my children there for lunch. I asked for a hand sanitiser for my children and got refused because "sanitiser is only for a staff." What kind of utter nonsense is that? Every other branch puts sanitiser next to the till in front of the customers so they can use it if they want to. Lady was mean and unkind. Not that I am a fan of hand sanitisers. It's just that sometimes you simply need them, especially with the kids. I ordered two sandwiches, and she burned the cheese. I paid £14 and couldn't get a dot of a sanitiser, plus sandwiches were burned. Ridiculous, mean, and rude lady who thinks she is the greatest. I hope her manager will fix her.

We Didn't like the staff, they got so much attitude and don't know to behave with the customer, if customer is saying something then they have to repeat it. When we went to confront them they started behaving rude.

Employees making coffee. Some news. I don't understand how you find such arrogant and incompetent people. The place is extremely dirty, the chairs are unfit for sitting, and the tables are not suitable for sitting. Costa coffee has lost all its quality, whereas it was once extremely popular with high quality.

This coffee shop used to be run a lot better in the past. Foremost, the staff are excellent - they do their best but are overworked by head office. We have a lot of aggressive beggars moving about, people not buying anything but staying extended hours/and/or bringing foods from other stores and making a mess, under-aged children vaping upstairs, toilets are filthy. The manager has pushed for CCTV upstairs to help them monitor, sadly middle-management and head office are more interested in their profits than the safety of their Harrow customers. In summer you will see flies everywhere upstairs, one even landed in my coffee. There are absolutely no safety procedures when complaints are made. Harrow is becoming more violent, this is not something the staff should be made to deal with. There needs to be better accessible security for the store for peace of mind. For a company that makes so much from the Harrow community, the lack of care is truly disappointing.

Came here first thing in the morning and were the first customers to enter the shop after ordering my coffee and specifying how I like it made unfortunately it wasn’t made how I asked so I politely the member of staff know and her response was very disregarding and rude and made me wait for someone else to make as she has other customers that are more important without finishing my order. Very upsetting experience

Disgusting customer service. Literally no need for staff to be this rude. I walked in picked up a toasty and presented it to the girl at the front, without any greeting or saying a single word she just puts it on the card machine and expects me to pay even though I told her I have a offer on the costa app. She said it’s was only for drinks when the offer clearly stated it was on food. Along with that she was just very unpleasant. Toasty tasted good however

My wife and I were on Costa today. My wife bought a juice to me and coffee late for herself. She asked the young worker to add the juice but she said she had already did. When we were about to collect our coffe it was without almond. We asked for almond to be added. The young worker said you did not ask for almond and you did not tell about the juice as well. I told her that is abuse she need to be more careful but she replied aggressive I am not working for you do not raise your voice. I told her I didn't raise my voice and it is unpolit to say that. I really fell unsatisfied about this standard of behave. Whilst queuing to buy a coffee at Costa in Harrow today I noticed a fly crawling all over the cakes in the display, some cakes were covered but most where not. I pointed out to the manageress that there was a fly on the cakes and she just shrugged and stated there is nothing they can do about the flies. To me this is just lazy thinking and very poor hygiene standards. The cakes are not cheap and likely to have had insects on them, the staff don't care, the choice is yours.

Overall great eat in experience, very busy branch with great sitting area. We visited on Saturday morning when store was very busy, The best part was the amazing staff who were serving very quickly and diligently. We ordered cappuccino, iced latte which was amazing, enjoyed both drinks. Highly recommended for a quick stop.

The coffee is good the location good the service was great from the staff. What let the store down were the unclean tables and mess around the rubbish bin. Speed of service was fine, quality of food and srink wqs fine. The ovwrall seating and.number of people 2qa a little bit crowded but wjere there were tables spare, they were dirty and with rubbish on them

Asked for a chai latte in my reusable cup, they gave me a coffee in a take away cup then poured it into my flask. It was disgusting and tasted of coffee! Avoid this place, they messed up all our orders, staff were rude and ignored our request to make drinks extra hot

Worst Costa Ever! I’m a regular Costa client and enjoy the brand’s coffee, customer service standard and the environment. In comparison this branch is like a public toilet for it’s customer service. A maestro staff (Vicky I believe) was shouting at her colleague in my coffee cup and turns round to me angry with very rude attitude. I was not sure if it was for my skin colour or is this a normal day at work. I noticed how sweet she was to the previous two customers while I was being shouted at and rolling her eyes at me. Definitely not the branch I would recommend. I hope Costa does better, otherwise these kind of staff will bring the reputation down.

Nice cafe with lovely staff. They were literally closing, but greeted me with a smile. Also, had a voucher to use, and the lady at till made it so easy and hassle free to do. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Store was not busy at the time I attended. Litterally, the only customer at the till. Three members of staff available at the till. I stood there heavily pregnant wearing a badge. Not a single staff member assisted/acknowledge as I waited patiently for some service. There was no 'next please'/'how can I help' maybe I was invisible? Another customer attended and was immediately served. I will state, she was of a lighter complexion to me. Please advise if this is how you train staff to provide service to the public. If this is written in your policy that you do not cater for people of colour or pregnant, if there is a criteria to be met. Otherwise I would suggest you pick your employees wisely as it makes your branch look really bad.

was there on Sunday with my mom and friend around 2:15 , the cafe was busier than expected and had only 2 people working inside and was little worried if they would take longer to serve. personally do not prefer to order coffee when its busy as i had earlier experience in many places as they give some bubbles in a cup. I was very much impressed by the girl with hijab on working behind doing multiple drinks together. i ordered a flat white, cappuccino and caramel frappe and some cakes. didn't had to wait longer, before the man finished taking the next order she served us all the drinks and thanked me with a beautiful smile, wasn't expecting the cappuccino to be very creamy and perfect and the flat white had a beautiful pattern ;) overall the customer service was faster than any other stores visited before and was entertained by watching them work and would definitely visit again and i appreciate the team for their great work, keep it up

Not enough staff in the shop so tables and chairs were filthy I felt sick in there. With the current situation it should be the other way round but in fact it’s not happening.

Sandwiches were hard and very dry....most probably yesterday's sandwiches warmed up again. Hardly any filling in them. Had to go to Gregg's to get a decent sandwich.

Great staff Vicky was amazing she showed me the hazelnut Nut choclate ...great recomadation, that was amazing and she smiled and was pleasent felt really welcomed best costa in Harrow. Top spot to chill after shoping.

Worst Costa ever!!!! Was spoken to and looked at like an alien by 2 European employees deciding to stand and chat, meanwhile ignoring customers. Once served the lady gave me a half cup of Cappuccino after I ordered a medium, and she chose to put the wooden stirrer on a visibly dirty, unclean top with the current situation worldwide! Avoid.

Although I don't normally go to coffee shops, I much prefer Costa over the other ones. I always have a good experience as the selection is good. They ensure everything is stocked even when I go in before they close. They staff are kind and they take the necessary measures to ensure they are Covid-19 safe (clean tables, wearing masks etc.). I recommend this branch.

Had a cappuccino and ended up shaking all day , friendly staff but you have not the quality you once used to ,last time I'm going to any of your branches

It was clean, quiet, the Barista was friendly, efficient and skilled.I did not feel rushed although it was 45mins before closing time. My drink was tasty, excellently blended and generously portioned.

I order by app and I wait only 2 min.

There isnt much space now the upstairs is closed and the staff are a bit loud because of their foreign heritage.

It was a treat to visit a coffee shop again after so long, but seating is now very limited.
