We were served by Nicole who was welcoming, friendly and bubbly. The food was lovely and the service was fantastic, highly recommend.

We were a large group (13) celebrating a ruby wedding and as we arrived we were offered a function room, which was a lovely surprise. Service was helpful and unhurried. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented. A memorable occasion , thank you

Lunch was great! The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff are truly commendable. The food was fantastic too — the sticky chicken and the ribeye were amazing. Big thanks to the chefs, Sumita and devon for making it such a memorable meal!

Had a lovely family meal as a farewell to a family member who is going travelling. There was a slight problem with our cheque, and Luka the Manager very swiftly resolved the issue. Food was amazing, service superb. Definitely would recommend.

It’s a very peculiar thing for somewhere not to stock tomato juice and so not be able to make bloody Mary’s. It really is. So I would love you to change that. I took my good friend out for lunch, who is recovering from illness, so I I hoped everything would be ok.. well I couldn’t be more happy and this was down our sever Nicole. From start to finish, she kept checking everything was ok, the service was amazing and unfortunately that’s not always the case in restaurants. Thank you Nicole for making out lunch today a very lovely experience!

They're very helpful. On my most recent visit, on April 16 2025, the lady serving us, Monica (Moni - there are 2 Monicas there.), took great pains over ascertaining which foods did not have eggs as an ingredient. I enjoyed my meal, safe from heavy indigestion later!

Had a very bad experience in Miller and Carter, Harrow branch. After long waiting for a bottle of wine, someone informed us that they didn't have any Chardonnay. Then ordered another bottle and again another 10-15 min later they came back with a completely different wine and we were too tired to complain and change. They were very unorganized and rude. Not sure if I go there again...

Layla looked after us, she was very sweet and attentive. She has a few tables but still managed to provide a great service. Thank you and happy Easter

How sad. First time we went it was excellent, so we decided to go again. This time, everything wrong happened. Steaks undercooked after instructions to cook medium, they arrived rare. Bone marrow, cold as if straight out of the freezer. For an £8 dish, one small teaspoon worth of marrow as it was. No cheese in the cheeseburger, for my son… Had to remind the servers about the sides and cold drinks... Expensive place, the menu isn't complicated... Strange so many mistakes, which ruined the experience… Confused now about where to get a decent steak meal if the best are so sloppy!

Visited last week with my family, food was nice and the Host Martina was amazing!

To put it bluntly, the place is pretentious. I witnessed overpriced food, depressing interior, stuck up staff. No salad bar. Shout out to 'Moni', who was my server last night, I think you should go on a training course on politeness, and bettering your people skills! I can only hope the chain haven't ditched all Harvester restaurants to places like this. It's a pity to read any replies to customers concerns and reviews, having been passing the blame onto them. Not good.

I had the three course set meal for a reasonable £20.95. Do not order the calamari, oily little bits of batter and hardly any fish. The steak sandwich was good and so are the profiteroles. Staff was nice and friendly but the waitress forgot to bring me dessert and did not register when I asked for take out, resulting in time waste for me.

Nicole gave us 100% customer service. Everything was great and will definitely be returning! Excellent and efficient service and a lovely smile. Thank you Nicole!!!!!
