Had a wonderful meal at Miller & Carter Harrow as always! Service was great too. Nicole gave an excellent recommendation which my friend thoroughly enjoyed. Can't wait for my next visit 😋😊

The best steak ever and the service is perfect. They made my date night a dream. The only downside is that the restaurant it's a bit outdated, but great service and food

A little disappointed. Came here for my brothers birthday. We were put in a private room which we thought was OK, but the waiter seemed to really struggle. If you have a group of 10 people in a separate room, they should have a dedicated server! Couldn't get the waiters attention at all. Took ages for drinks to come out. My steak was cooked perfectly on one side but the other side was blue. No one came to check to see if it was OK. Crispy onions were tasty but cold. Took 20 mins to get the bill, and then had to complain when actually trying to pay it. We had to go in search of someone to take our money! Overall, just not good enough. Such a shame as I've always really enjoyed it here before. As an ex M&B manager, I know that they can do better! Such a shame that the management considers this an appropriate response. A birthday meal for 10 people was not a great experience and you seem to think that we should be understanding that you haven't put on enough staff. Seems like a management issue to me. It's not like you were unaware of our booking. Have a good day.

Amazing service, Lovely food Great atmosphere Staff were really attentive. We were there as a family of 6 celebrating daughters 8th birthday. Kids loved it, and we loved it. Definitely family friendly. They had colouring for the kids whilst we waited and brought out a lovely desert with a number 8 candle singing happy birthday. It has literally made my daughters day.!

Complete and utter disaster. Booked the restaurant 2 days earlier via a phone call. Arrived to find the restaurant closed due to unforseen circumstances according to a note on the front door. Fine, these things happen, but why wasn't I informed so that I could have made an alternative arrangement ? One of my party had travelled from Oxford to take me out for a celebration meal ! Sorry but not happy at all :(

The food was tasty and my wife loved the lamb. The service was prompt and with a smile. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun with lots of smiling faces.

A straight forward steakhouse. Good quality meat. Lovely crispy chips. Good selection of wines by the glass.Avoid the chocolate orange 🍊 bomb.

Nicole has the BEST energy, she’s super sweet, what an absolute darling! When the kitchen accidentally forgot to bring out my mum’s beef for her salad, she immediately resolved the issue for us! Will defo be coming back just to see Nicole (and for the excellent steak!!)

Not bad service. The lady who welcomed us in with short hair was absolutely lovely 😍 such a fantastic welcome and customer service skills so thank you. The lady served us indian lady sorry can't remember your namebut she was lovely aswell. Food wasn't all that great as in the spicy wings was just bbq sauce non spicy so that was disappointing but steak and salmon was good. Need more veggie options pls. 😩 Expresso martini was yummy 😋

Absolutely disgusted, I came here with a friend of mine for his birthday, I’m a business owner in South Harrow and decided to treat my friend to a lovely meal.. my order of steak came over cooked and the lobster tail was frozen for the price I was paying was ridiculous the manager was nice to start with but when I said the service was unacceptable and I didn’t want to pay I got barred from the restaurant which didn’t bother me to much at the start but I’m fuming ill never go back there again.. I said I would never shoot a messenger but this messenger deserves to be fired.. I’ve never been so embarrassed to be in a restaurant as I have tonight.never in my life have I been barred from anywhere ..ill tell everyone that listens to me about my experience

It was my husband's birthday and I asked for a little candle on his desert with happy birthday song and was super pleased with how well the staff carried out the plan.

Food tasted good, unfortunately the steak had a lot of gristle and was quite chewy

Came here this evening for a lovely meal with my friends. We got an amazing steak deal which is a steak and cocktail from £20! (Between Mon-Weds). The sirloin steak was delicious, the sides were amazing and the cocktails were absolutely beautiful! Definitely reccommend the Mai Tai cocktail! Also a great deal on the small desserts with a cocktail for just over £10! The staff at Miller and Carter are extremely warm and welcoming and I would definitely come back here again in the future!

We were served by Moni, she was lovely. Very kind and helpful to my elderly dad. We really appreciate it.

I was really excited to eat here as the place looked beautiful and Miller & Carter is well known to be a great steakhouse. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. I ordered medium well and I had some really dry overcooked tough sirloin. The side was also super oily. The calamari after a few bites also felt the same. The steak burger was also dry fortunately the sauce made up for it. The caesar salad, scallops, halloumi and mac n cheese I would say were the best out of all we ordered. Some of the people I was with had decent steak but others also had steak more cooked than how they ordered it. The cocktails we had were very watered down but tasted alright. Service was okay and got better as the meal went on. We also ordered meals that were part of the lunch deals but ended up being charged individual prices for some of them. It would’ve been okay had the food been good but because the experience was already bad for us it was even more disappointing.

This is quite possibly the best Miller & Carter I've been to for both food and service both are fantastic! Definitely recommend

Designed so you make your own atmosphere in the small areas you are allocated. Service was great and understood my nut allergy and was briefed on options. Great recommendations. Steak was perfectly cooked - to dream about the next day.

Our server Nicole made us feel instantly welcome with her prompt and friendly service. The food was great and the steak was cooked exactly to spec. A combination of great surroundings and service made the experience hard to beat.

Food was excellent as always but Nicole was the shining star of the show. It is obvious that she cares about the guests she is looking after and she is as much of an asset to Miller & Carter as their wonderful steaks!

Steak was a little fatty for my personal likings, although Shane managed to make it a beautiful experience for me and my partner. We ordered a sirloin steak and Le Bijou wine with thick cut chips, amazing ambiance and food was simply stunning. Absolutely need to eat at a Miller & Carter and if you're lucky enough to stumble upon Shane, you're in for great service!
