I always throughly enjoy coming along to the M&S cafe in Stratford, Westfields, whereby I am greeted with Billy. I have met Billy on numerous occasions and always goes above and beyond! Such a valuable member of your staff- don’t let him leave!

I went with a friend to have lunch as it was my birthday. We were so disappointed. So little choice from lunch menu. Limited toasted sandwich choice - all on sourdough bread - all priced at £6. We paid just over £13 for 1 pack of sandwiches (2 slices of bread), a bag of crisps & 2 small cappuccinos. No teaspoons, few serviettes & certainly not the service we expected from M&S. will we go again? Definitely not.

Beware Muslims and vegetarians, all the food is cross contaminated. Same work surfaces used for vegetarian, meat/bacon. No gloves worn.

I had an appointment at Manchester M&S Opticians…..picking up new glasses that cost hundreds of pounds. I was early so went to cafe on same floor near Mens Department. I ordered a latte…whole milk, regular, extra hot!! It was delivered to me but was covered in about 5cms of froth and luke warm……I returned it and waited….no one seemed interested so I spoke to a member of staff who actually was the manager…..young girl not dressed as I would expect a manager to be but she had a badge on!! She said the new coffee machines can’t over heat the milk as it will burn!! I mentioned Costa who make extra hot lattes!! Some customers like to sit for a while and want their coffee to remain hot!! She didn’t seem concerned and I suggested a small microwave would be useful, like Asda have in their cafes to heat up baby milk etc!! Oh no…..she said!! Health and Safety wouldn’t allow that!! I asked for a refund and was given one but no offer of apology or a voucher and I said I wouldn’t return!!

I had a bacon roll and coffee in Marks & Spencer cafe in Beardmore Park, Martlesham IP5 3RX last week for a quick bite to eat. The bacon was of such poor quality, mostly fat which I can't eat. I did not complain there and then as I was in a rush. I paid £4.50 for that ridiculous bacon roll. Will be more on the ball the next time I visit this cafe, if I ever do. Quite amazed that M&S cafe would be so bad!

This is a really nice cafe,wanted to go to Nando’s originally but nowhere had any tables so I ended up here.I looked to see if they had any gluten free range here and they had a wide variety which is what I was pleased about.The staff were also friendly and service was really efficient.Also my crisps and my muffin were both absolutely delicious.Also they have a wide variety of drinks,to water,to coke,to specialist drinks to slushies.My Elderflower drink was lovely.Also they have a very nice and clean seating area as well.I would recommend this M&S cafe and actually it passed my expectations and way beyond.

Firstly they have cut the crisps down to just 2 flavours - there are no small packs of biscuits anymore or packs of teacakes/Shortbread!! So a sandwich with plain crisps and a cup of tea it was then and the prices go up everytime we go!! Secondly it's lunchtime and although there are tables spare everyone has trays/cups on them! So we cleared our own table but had the table next to us piled up! Not exactly the setting I want to eat my lunch in! Won't be going back anytime soon!!!

the cafe is small and tables are squeezed in, they are cleaned when staff get chance to note change about of customers, its warm bright and staff are pleasant. haven't been for a little time but things that stood out , no saucers, very small milk jug for pot of tea with 2 cups and a bit, coffee now not offered in different sizes and with the cappuccino half the cup was just the frothed milk, prices had risen which might be fair enough if the sizes hadn't reduced.

I visited this cafe with elder members lady of my family for a catch up, we have been here several times before and it’s not a great cafe but it’s ok fir us. But this time it was not good! We had to clean our own table, the seats were covered in crumbs and drinks! We cleaned this as we needed a bigger table. We ordered our drinks and could not believe it when we got our tea and they had no lids for the teapots! The tea became cold very quickly so we did not get a second cup, which you do with their teapots. For our second drink, and I must say after speaking to a lovely lady member of staff, we got a second cup free. This time it was placed in mugs with tea bags, just one drink each again but at least the lady was concerned enough to help us with our complaints. The restaurant had a long wait for food, which you was told when ordering your food. It seemed chaotic in there today, it was busy but everyone who came in had to clean their own table before they could sit down. It’s ideal fir my family members as they are all elderly but I would not go there if I was with younger people or with my husband. Please get some more teapots or find a way of people not stealing them. Maybe a deposit would be a good thing then people would be paying for them if they took them!!

So you wait ages in Nottingham City centre store to be served as only 1 person on till to then be rudely spoken to when I queried why the decaf coffee is a bag rather than pure coffee like non decaf. The girl behind the till patronising said "dunno I don't make the rules". Well I'm sure the rules are to treat customers with respect and be polite. Won't bother returning if that's the attitude

Popped in here with my grandaughter for a well earned break from shopping in Westfield Stratford. What an absolute mess the tables were in…at least FOUR available tables but strewn with dirty crockery absolute carnage, so unusual for M & S guy on the food counter serving said NO staff to clear so could not do anything about it! Er we are paying customers! Where do they expect us to sit. Not exceptable at all we left & got a much better service at GREGGS.

Terrible visit. First, we ordered, sat down, and some of our party started eating their (cold dishes) while we waited for the hot. After 5 minutes, once we'd paid, they told us the hot dish was not available. Why weren't we told that at the till? Is no system in place? The woman in the kitchen (grey-haired: Joan?) seemed completely lost. We waited 25 minutes for a child's pasta. We asked for it 3 times. Nothing arrived. Then a pizza (?) came, then finally the pasta. Then another pasta....Meanwhile, all other tables had been served. (In the end, the pasta was microwave macaroni). When it came to adjust our payment for the hot dish not delivered, the cashier had not given an invoice and "didn't know how much it had cost". An awful experience when they weren't even busy. Wish we could give them zero.

Whilst the service to pay was painfully slow, Regina redeems our entire experience today and these 5* are for her! ❤️ Lovely, caring, kind and bubbly personality! Merry Christmas and god bless you for being so wonderful!

I have been here many times and have never been let down by the excellent customer service, food and drink, seating, cleanliness and views. Americano and Mochas are fantastic, not ordered anything else to drink as these are my favourites. Free water, ice bucket on standby. Cakes and scones are first class. I shall bea customer here for a very long time, first class.

Onder de thee tijd was er niks beschikbaar, het eten werd niet bijgevuld. Tafels werden niet opgeruimd of schoongemaakt. Alles was duur.

Came here to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen for 10 years. Had sandwiches, tea and cake. Good value for money, and there was no rush for us to leave.

Lovely food, great service and promptly served. Chose the pizza, chips and coffees. Very satisfied. Lovely to get away from the hectic restaurants of the centre.

Terrible centro de llamadas. No se puede pasar a la tienda. La centralita sudafricana ofrece todas las excusas posibles por las que no pueden conectarte a la tienda. El estrés es extremo. En espera de más de una hora. No se pudo desconectar la llamada ya que la centralita sudafricana me había puesto en espera. Dejaron sonar las extensiones por unos segundos. MARCAS Y SPENCER POR FAVOR, DESHÁGASE DEL INTERRUPTOR INADECUADO, INEPTADO Y DERECHO. ¡Su actitud negligente hacia los compradores le ha costado un cliente!

Bad service, terrible delay 25 minutes for rubber pretending to be scrambled eggs, toast which may have been in a toaster for ten seconds and salmon which has had better days, don’t waste your time and more importantly money

Like all M&S cafe's IMO you have to go on a bit of a hunt for them, wasn't well sign posted. Thought drinks were a bit pricey overall

En Westfield London, hay dos cafés M&S, uno en el conserje y el otro en el primer piso.Fui al conserje ya que no sabía que había una cafetería más grande en el piso de la calle 1.Acabo de tomar el té porque el nuevo pastel de Navidad no estaba allí.Curiosamente había dos bolsitas de té en la taza.De todos modos, después del té, entré en M&S donde descubrí el café donde tenían el pastel de Navidad, así que lo probé también pero no pedí más té ya que ya tenía un poco de té abajo, ¡pero lo ideal es tomar té con pastel!Los pasteles estaban en estos altos puestos de pastel que hacen que sea difícil sacarlos.

Las mesas estaban llenas de basura sobrante de clientes anteriores, lo que significaba que había mesas limpias limitadas para sentarse. No había muchas opciones en el café nevera de sándwiches y el servicio fue lento. Las mesas parecían ser amplias, lo que significa que se sentía como si estuviera sentado tan lejos de su familia / amigos.

Mientras esperábamos a nuestros niños en KidZania, decidimos tomar un café en este lugar ya que estaba en la planta baja desde donde estaban nuestros niños, esta fue la peor decisión que tomamos al ir a este café.Un miembro del personal que no tenía idea de cómo usar la máquina Barista y mucho menos manejar la cola, la gente frustrada se estaba alejando, pero creo que para cuando encontramos otro lugar y luego regresamos al lugar, habríamos llegado tarde.Para empeorar las cosas, la calidad de lo que nos servían era horrible.Estos pequeños lugares repartidos alrededor de los centros comerciales necesitan una supervisión más estrecha por parte de los propietarios. ¿Las empresas olvidan que las personas tienen elección y nosotros hablamos? . . .

Fuimos al bar de bocadillos en el comedor de alimentos en la planta baja para almorzar NO al café en el que estoy escribiendo esto (el bar de bocadillos todavía no parece estar aquí). fue fabuloso. Se ofrecen comidas calientes, 1/2 y 1/4 pollo en varios sabores, hamburguesas, opción vegetariana, todo con 1 lado fuerte de ensalada griega, ensalada de col, ensalada, arroz, por nombrar solo algunos por 5, 2 lados 6. muy ocupado, así que la noticia se está difundiendo sobre una comida saludable en Westfield Stratford.

Este café ubicado en el West field MS es una solución para los viajeros de negocios que desean ir de compras en cualquier momento en que uno quiera mirar un buen lugar para comer. El lugar ostentoso es Amar diferente al de la calle Oxford. El lugar ostentoso tiene un asiento cómodo que puede acomodar a un gran número de personas. Las familias con niños pequeños lo encontrarán como una bendición. La comida aquí es excelente en verdad y en sabor. Wraps, bollos, ensaladas, jugos y sandwitches son una opción para veg / non veg igualmente. Los precios son competitivos. No demasiado alto.

La única razón para visitar este café es mientras espera a su cónyuge mientras él / ella está mirando las ventas de ropa en M&S.; La comida está principalmente empacada (sándwiches fríos, galletas, pasteles) del salón de comidas de M&S.; Molestamente, todo lo que viene con él es desechable: tenedores de madera de baja calidad, cajas de cartón y "platos". El modelo aquí puede ser extremadamente lento, pida su comida y lleve una etiqueta a su mesa, la parte lenta es conseguir el café y el té. Son extremadamente lentos en la preparación de las bebidas. No funcionan tan bien como Costa, etc. Sentarse bien, la comida está preparada fresca, está bien, pero no si tienes prisa.

14 miembros de nuestro grupo de caminatas terminaron una caminata muy agradable desde Bethnal Green hasta el centro comercial Westfield con comida en The Marks and Spencer Cafe, Westfield. La mayoría optó por tener papa chaqueta. Todos tuvieron que esperar un tiempo considerable para que fueran atendidos. Cuando llegaron todos estaban fríos y uno todavía estaba duro porque no había sido cocinado lo suficiente. La persona que servía pasó la mayor parte del tiempo devolviendo las comidas a la cocina mientras se disculpaba con todos. Nuestro consejo sería, solo ordenar comida que no requiera cocción.

Confortable, clientèle de riches retraités (?), peu exigeant sur la propreté, semble-t-il. Prix moyens pour ce genre d'établissement, pâtisseries et croissants de qualité. Service au bar (la caisse) assez lent. Assez de place entre les tables.

Nos detuvimos en el M&S; Cata de café en Westfield, Stratford en una noche temprano el sábado. Mi marido, yo y 3 adolescentes (14, 16 y 19) todos elegimos tartas y luego fuimos a hasta a pedir bebidas. La señora de hasta era educado pero otro miembro del personal llegó a hablar con ella y no me gustó su respuesta (que no fue grosera) así salías y sacó un tercer miembro de personal en una pequeña zona de cocina detrás de nosotros (cuando aún estábamos en el recibo) y el 2 de ellos discutían la chica en el hasta lo suficientemente ruidoso para nosotros escuchar y no en una buena manera. Este continuó con la 2 a un contar chismes diferentes miembros del personal el cierre de una sección del café temprano y estaban perdiendo la paciencia con ellos, iban. Fuimos a sentarnos a bastante distancia y sigue así y creando un ambiente desagradable. Que hubiera sido mejor limpiar las mesas porque muchos de ellos estaban sucias - me olvidé limpiada con servilletas. También 2 de nosotros pedimos limonada nublado, que era servido en tazas de café para llevar, no era lo que esperaba. Muy decepcionante y yo diría que comer en otro lugar.

En primer lugar, un amigo cercano me dijo que era un gran café para hacer después de una intensa cita en el hospital. Visité el café. El personal fue extremadamente grosero, la comida estaba fría, ni siquiera caliente, y la señora me dijo que los huevos no eran, en realidad, leones británicos y que no podía comerlos porque estoy embarazada. ¡Ella no ofreció ninguna alternativa y solo dijo que estaba bien y se fue! ¡Me sorprende que esta compañía no use huevos británicos y estoy muy decepcionada con el comportamiento de la 2 dama hoy! No podía esperar para salir de allí si soy sincero, la comida estaba muy fría y ¡me moría de hambre! Una experiencia tan mala con M & S Estoy conmocionado

Cuatro de nosotros comimos aquí, pidiendo comida caliente para llevar a nuestra mesa. Desafortunadamente solo trajeron la comida de mi hijo pequeño. Le preguntamos a la camarera qué sucedía con las otras comidas y ella parecía confundida. Después de un tiempo encontró nuestras comidas que obviamente habían quedado fuera ya que estaban tibias.

Este es un gran café para detenerse a recargar. Chocolate caliente encantador y el café es agradable y limpio. Llamamos aquí un montón de veces durante nuestra estancia y lo recomendaría encarecidamente. ¡Cuidado con Billy, es un chico encantador que te ayudará con cualquier cosa! !

Comprar café de la M&S; café, pero también tenía unos gofres de otra tienda. Y sólo quería tener juntos sentado en un café con la vista. Pero noooo! ! ! Me dijeron que no había comida de otro lugar está permitido. . Pero había otras personas que acababa de terminar el almuerzo sushi! ! ! De todos modos, me dijeron que dejara el cortante para terminar mi cafe waffle. . . . Pero mi amigo llamado por el gerente y muy interesante, ella dijo que era más que correcto tener el gofre en la cafetería y pedir disculpas por el comportamiento de su personal.

Visited this Stratford MandS cafe, Thursday 14th Sept 2017 16:30. Most miserable faced staff I have ever seen at an M&S.; One guy on counter serving drinks, other staff walking around glum faced, no eye contact with customers, looking at cakes, re supplying cakes trays.

A terrible experience at the Bridge Cafe. Not what we'd expect from such a reputable brand. Slow and unhelpful staff. Waited half an hour and received an extremely poor service. M&S; you have let yourself down.

Miramos el menú, buscó la barra de comida caliente y me dijeron que tenía que pedir en la caja, (signo de no decir que el restaurante estaba limpio), pero tuvimos que esperar un poco más para que nuestro sandwich se calienta, me pareció un poco caro para lo que nos dieron. .

The woman servicing was rude, the coffee was below average and in the seating area there were overflowing bins that stunk.

Tomé café slopped todo mi platillo - platillo no sustituido. Pésimo servicio. Bonito pastel de zanahoria no compensan.

If it wasn't for my partner I would have never chosen to come here. It feels like you're dining in a school canteen. It's not clean either. With better choices in the shopping centre I'd avoid this place.

Met a colleague here at 5.30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, expecting not only a nice pot of tea to chat over but also something to nibble but all the (wrapped) sandwiches contained meat or cheese and all he pastries seemed to make a virtue of containing artery-clogging and animal-cruel butter, and for such a big shop in such a big shopping centre I'd expected a good choice of teas. They hadn't even a slice of lemon for Earl Grey and had only one type of fruit tea. Your average greasy spoon can do better than that.

Not only was the seating area covered with rubbish the service was disgraceful. It being a weekend and quite busy you would expect staff to try a little. Not in this case. The coffee machines were filthy, the serving desk was very unorganized and the staff obviously don't know how to smile. Customer service skills were atrocious. Even the coffee was a disaster - too frothy and apparently I paid for half a cup! You won't be seeing me near here again!

M&S has always been at the high end shops up there with Waitrose etc and I have been to other M&S cafes add experienced great food and service. However I went to this cafe today at the Westfield in Stratford and every single member of staff behind the counter looked lost and like they needed a good shake! There was a large que everyone looking coffee and only 1 girl on the machine and one till opened. The tables are round the cafe area were covered in dirty dishes pushed and piled up to the side by customers desperate to find a seat. After waiting the total of 15 mins for 2 coffees there was no sugar or tea spoons at the station I had to ask and wait were by the staff member provided me with my requests and as I watched the station was not filled up. Very chaotic experience for what was not an overly busy day at the Westfield, the staff will have some shock coming into the busier weekends leading up to xmas.

If staff don't want to do the job let someone who does make a better job. Twice I saw disrespect to elderly ladies who where only confused by how to serve themselves the staff treated them with such disrespect not a good result from M&S training Seating area untidy and dirty get your act together

I have visited many M&S cafes on many occasions, and always had an acceptable experience. Although this mid-September day was exceptionally warm outside, inside the cafe it was like being in a very hot oven. There were a couple of airconditioning units on the floor, but they only reached a few people. But what made this experience particularly horrendous was the fact that the floor and most tables were dirty. I dread to think how long it had been since they had been cleared. And people such as myself were making these piles of dirty plates & bowls even higher, as we attempted to clear a table for ourselves! There literally was debris everywhere. It was disgraceful and an embarrassment in front of the tables of tourists who were there, who must think this is the norm in England! M&S & whatever managers were on duty (afternoon of 15th September) should be truly ashamed of themselves. The only positive was that the chocolate & orange cake was delicious - until all the icing melted in the heat!

Had a couple of iced coffees here on a hot day after walking around London and doing a bit of window shopping here for a while. Iced Mocha Latte was nice while the Iced Latte was a bit bland.

I have visited this café on a few occasions, the food is excellent but one particular member of staff is very rude and incapable of getting food orders correct, so Im afraid I will be going elsewhere next time.....

After a visit to the store I popped in for as early lunch, there was a lot of choice and I went for a cheese and ham toastie with a side salad it was reasonably priced I had it with an Americano and it was under £7:00, the staff were polite and helpful even taking my drink to the table as i had my baby granddaughter in her buggy with me, the cafe was clean with plenty of seating available

I have been in far better Cafe's at M&S in other towns, but, as this was the stylish Westfield Shopping Centre, I had hoped for something different. Staff quite confused at the tills over simple coffees and teas. Not good.

We stopped for lunch with 2 very tired children. There was a very limited variety of food, nothing for children, and it was expensive. Staff were abrupt and we waited a long time to be served.

My daughter took me for afternoon tea to M&S which was a lovely treat - but the actual area to sit and eat was a mess! tables dirty, not cleaned or cleared and struggled to find a clean table. Tea consisted of: quarter sandwiches, scones and cream and jam and little cakes a top a 3-tier cake stand which looked lovely! The tea from the little tea pot wasn't very hot initially, and the second cup was freezing. No body to ask for fresh boiling water. Not god. No-one, once in the eating area, gave eye contact, so you couldn't attract anyone and no one even bothered to come and ask if all ok! The toilets were shameful - soaking wet floor and not nice...... M&S high standard certainly not here today!

The Marks and Spencer bistro area on the ladies fashion floor, was always a stop off for us for lunch when visiting Westfield. We hadn't been for quite a few months, our last visit was a bit disappointing, food standard had dropped quite noticably. However, we decided to give it another try on Saturday, the counters on the serving side were covered in clutter and mess, they were previously used to display breads, pastries etc which always looked quite appetising....not on Saturday!!!!! We sat down looked at the menu and decided what we wanted, there were 2 members of staff serving, neither acknowledged us, even if they couldnt take our order straight away, an acknowlegement that they would be with us shortly would have been welcomed. Another customer took the seat next to us, her order was taken but still not a nod in our direction. Another member of staff who looked to be more senior arrived and proceeded to clear a few cups, we tried to catch his attention but nothing. In the end we gave up and left, the lady who was served before us and had seen that we were being ignored, indicated that she could understand why we up and left. Really disappointing as it was very good over the years, now it looks like its going in the same direction as Marks and Spencers fashions........serverely downhill, take my advise and give it a very wide swerve, there are plenty of other much better places to eat at Westfield!!!

When i visit the UK and a go out on a London trip, M & S cafe visit is a must. Not even those fancy restaurants and cafes at Harrods appeal to my taste buds. Mom,dad and i especially love M&S's hot chocolate drinks and bakery items. I've never bothered to ask which chocolate "brand" they use for the drinks but they're gloriously "hot" chocolate nonetheless. I adore to call them M&S ,my "Starbucks".

Great cafe to have a cake and a cuppa.Staff were friendly on serving, and carried tray to the table as hands full of shopping and pushing a pram.Easy chairs to sit and breast feed , comfortable environment (important for mummy)! Next to the shop toilets so didn't have to walk to far...and kept clean.Will be trying a meal on my next visit.

As ever tables covered in mess, slowest staff on the planet and only one coffee machine working this time.

We popped into M&S before going to one of the rugby matches during the World Cup, initially for a quick sandwich. When we saw they had hot food in the cafe we changed our minds, but oh my god I wish we hadn't... When we eventually got to order our food most of the items were off the menu, so I ordered the "Cumberland" sausage in a roll, a roast beef sandwich and some chips. We then queued up into what I can only describe as a scene of utter chaos. The two people taking orders were apparently taking orders for items they no longer had, the staff were serving people not based on the queue but like a jam packed bar with people just pushing in and staff just taking receipts from anybody and I had to tell the server what I had ordered 3 times. The guy who was apparently in charge then had to go into the kitchen and try and calm things down as there was only one poor woman who was trying to keep up with the two staff taking the orders and she was in near meltdown. My wife went and asked for a floor manager at customer services to go and help only for some guy in a suit to wander by 5 mins later, take one look and then walk off, probably because it seemed like he would have to do some work. To top it all, the "cumberland" sausage roll turned out to be a prepackaged bap that was then heated up under a panini grill and was utter rubbish. I travel all over the world and I have never, and I mean never, seen such an utter disaster. M&S should be utterly ashamed!

Had to wait to meet my wife here in the Spring and decided to grab a sandwich with a water in this well lit seating area. Very relaxed chilled vibe and great oddly enough should you need to kill some time.....

Dirty,slow not enough staff no brown sugar. When food eventually came there were bits of brown lettuce on salad and not much chicken in curry. If this was the first time I had been in a M&S cafe I would never go back but this must just be a bad one, management need to do something it was shocking!

The staff here are very efficient, friendly and helpful. The vast selection and quality of the food is second to none, as you'd expect from Marks and Spencer. Great value cream/afternoon teas. Delicious!

Food takes hours to arrive, when it finally does the portions are tiny. There's never enough staff to take care of everyone and the seats are horrible. They always say they're out of stuff but it's above a food hall so how's that possible? Don't even bother going here.

Stopped for a brief snack. Paper cups (ugh). Not much choice of food. Not enough staff on to clear tables. Untidy. Would have gone elsewhere, but our granddaughter was hungry. M&S need to look seriously at Managing this cafe properly .

Marks & Spencer have more than one cafe in the store in the Westfield Centre. We stopped by to enjoy a coffee over looking the walkway into the centre.The cafe was nice and the coffee was very good and a reasonable price.The staff were very friendly.

Here's a top tip. Have your lunch here (inside M&S on the ground floor) and choose one of the platters with a great cup of tea. Not over priced and guaranteed to be good every time. I wish all M&S cafe's were like this.

Good wholesome food. Fresh, well prepared. Very good price. Healthy options. Easy to get to and consistent between stoes. We use these a lot when travelling for something that tastes ok and good price.

terrible service together with a lack of products. No ordinary coke, no smoothies to mention a couple. Queueing for ages to be told items not available then having this shouted down the queue by the server. Nice idea cafe on the bridge but not up to m and s standards I'm afraid

Very poor counter staff, no grasp of the menu or how their own system works.I was allowed to buy a bottle of beer to have with my lunch, only to be told ( when I asked for it to be opened) that I couldn't drink it on the premises.....Surly attitude of the staff was not helpful.However the situation was rescued somewhat by a very helpful manager - but still not what we expect from M&S...

I like this Marks and Spencer cafe. Surprisingly not always very busy if you choose your time and the staff I've encountered seem a bit more clued up re speedier service. I do however agree that most M and S cafes are inordinately slow and their training needs radical improvement.Great to look out on the people coming over the bridge, trains, etc., just like a Lowry painting despite being 'down south'!

After a long shopping trip me and friends needed a second to relax, but this cafe was not a relaxing experience. Firstly we were queuing for what felt like half an hour waiting to be severed the cashier was extremely slow and seemed like no one knew what they were doing. When the person in front of me handed vouchers the women didn't know what to do with them which held the que up even longer. At this point me and my friend were about to give up as we'd be waiting for ages now. When I was finally served the cashier was extremely rude and threw my change purposely on the side rather than to my had and gave me a filthy look. So not only was it slow service but no apologies on the service instead they made it worse rather than better! If you want a sit down while shopping do not go here unless you want a long wait!

All I can recommend is the convenience and location of this place. There is n table seating and you sit around a large counter in the middle of the M&S shop. We had a set lunch menu which took a little too long to prepare (considering it was set) and the portions were small. The guys manning the place were however friendly and efficient.

The service in all M & S cafes is so slow they must have a special training school to get the staff to slow down. You need a good date so its still fresh when you finally get served. The sausage and onion toasted sandwich has hardly any sausage in it but two kids sausage in a roll its cheaper and you get two sausages. Expensive nothing special.

We had a day trip shopping in Westfield and decided to have some lunch. The restaurant was very busy, we waited 25-30 mins for our food. When the food arrived it was delicious and hot. Our 7 year old polished off an adult serving of fish and chips! The meals were valuable for price.The restaurant offered self serve complimentary iced/ lemon water, very nice to quench your thirst when waiting for your food or to drink after your food.

Pot of tea and a fresh sandwich. Just the ticket when you need a break. Marks & Spencer quality and reasonably priced

After doing a little shopping, we decided to get something to eat. We thought we would give this place a try, the staff where friendly and the food was nice. A beef burger and chicken burger, both where of good quality. If you want something fast in Westfield and don't want to spend a lot I recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.
