I'm very disappointed by the quality of the food! I bought a slice of carrot cake today and I was so shocked of what I have been given as soon as I opened the box. The carrot cake was very dry and old! The icing was yellow and cracked! You could see immediately that it was not fresh at all! So so disappointing. I would not recommend this place! They really need to start looking after treating their customers better. Food that is either close to the expiration date or no longer at peak quality is unfit to sell!!! They should stop selling expired food immediately!!!

We thought we would give this place a go as the name suggested a carefully made beautiful artisan coffee. Unfortunately the coffee wasn't great - I think it was made ok but it was rather bitter so I wonder if the beans aren't good quality. There are some very good independent coffee places near here so I won't be returning.

Atmosphere is nice, staff friendly, coffee nice, BUT The breakfast was not nice: Eggs were too hard to eat and not at all like the picture outside, the bacon was undercooked and the whole breakfast was cold, so it'd probably been sitting on the counter before being brought to us. At over £20 for two, that was not what we expected. I can't see us returning.

Called in for a quick coffee on the way to visit the Wallace Collection. Staff were pleasant, coffee was hot and tasty and we found somewhere to sit. Thank you.

Cold food, awful coffee. Terrible staff attitude and service. Avoid. Go to Joe and the juice or Pret next door.

Chaotic staff who argued among themselves while I waited. Had to give my complicated coffee and croissant to stay order twice and then had to correct it when delivered. Better Americano elsewhere. Music too loud for my taste at 8:30 am. And this 60 plus does not take to being addressed as “Feller”. Harrumph.

Met a business associate here for a short meeting. Service was accommodating and my avocado toast was good. Millennials be proud.

It's pretty good. Nice and airy, well equipped, and easily dealt with our large group. Yes and coffee was good and little cakes excellent. Loos below average. Wi-Fi not working.

Funny reading another review which recommends just going to Pret etc, this is exactly what we were trying to avoid and wanted to try somewhere a bit different and it wasn't great. But I should have stuck to what I know! We had an English breakfast which was lukewarm, the 'toast' was a hard melba toast and the bacon did not seem freshly cooked that morning and was cold, however the sausages were ok. Oh and the egg? Well see for yourself, it would have suited a kids role play kitchen from Argos. £5.50 for two sausages and beans then! I had a milkshake type drink which was a bit bland, more plain than strawberry and my friend did not like her coffee.

Friendly service and good plates although we would have expected a more varied menu. Good for a pit stop anyway.

This place use to be apostrophe cafe and I really miss this . Now soho cafe I find is always dirty when you enter the coffee shop how hard is to sweep and mop the floor, the coffee/ frappe tastes like crap honestly the “ barista “ trying must be really bad. It just tastes awful sorry and the cheek to charge you so much. every time I go for anything they don’t have some plastic\ paper like lids, cups or straws! How is a coffee shop functioning without these basic for take out tea/coffee/ frappe and drinks?? Now this is not just a one off the amount of times I have been here they just don’t seem to have any; And are happy to charge you more -Maybe the owners /workers should put some effort and place an order for more of the basic cutlery to run a coffee shop!!!there is no harm in ordering extra. Just go to pret or starbucks etc, that are CHEAPER and don’t have these domestic issues.

The member of staff I dealt with was super helpful and friendly. The sandwich I ordered was cold pretty quickly but was not meant to be.

Pleasant spot for a tea break. Great choice of teas - we wanted decaf and Earl Grey and both were lovely... and in a proper large cup and saucer. There was a good choice of cakes although we resisted the temptation.

First visit here and I have to say my blueberry muffin was the best I ever had. Proper sweet blueberrys inside. Incredible and a lovely moist muffin. I ordered a coffee but their machine had broken but the tea was fine. Plenty of it with decent crockery. Recommended for me with outdoor seating also

Unbelievably dry food and mostly pastry rather than filling. Super dry and obviously been there a long time. Would not go back

Looked good on the menu but in reality was awful. The veggie sausages were cold and didn't look as if they'd gone anywhere near any heat, the avocado tasted like it had only just been defrosted with hard lumps in and the other items hardly edible. The trouble is at London City Airport this is about the only place to get a cooked breakfast so they've got a captive audience.
