Excellent Food, brilliant choice, Lovely Staff, all on all a fabulous village care. Would definitely visit again if on the area.

A lovely friendly cafe and bakery, If only they offered a brown toast option and a choice of butter instead of margarine (for which I would happily pay a little extra) it would be absolutely perfect and I'd easily give 5 stars for food, Nice food and great value.

OMG I love this place. Please open in Cambridge - such delicious soup, beautifully presented. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and super friendly staff. A delivery arrived while I was here and I can assure you it is all locally sourced quality ingredients, cooked from scratch

Preciosas señoras llevan este lugar perfecto de la ciudad. El edificio es precioso, y se siente lleno de historia. Almuerzo con ensaladas, paninis, sopa y torta. Satisface a verduras, estrictos y guten gratis. Nos visitan regularmente por la ubicación y el ambiente. Muy relajado y abundante!

Lovely welcome. Sadly drinks took an age to come - it was only a pint and a cocktail. Forgot our waters too. Hopefully better next time.

Limited choice but all food always excellent quality, delicious and good value for money. Wine cellar excellent choice and affordable also. Dining room can be a little tight on space and noisy if large groups, so perhaps not ideal for anyone with a hearing issue.

We will be back!! I approached Pottergate Pantry as our usual provider couldn’t fit us in this week. Given the short notice Karl was very accommodating! We had lunch over 3 days, first day we had the sandwich, cake and fruit platter for 9ppl, the other two days we had just sandwiches for 14-16ppl. Everything was well presented on sandwich trays (that we wash and return to reuse), and labelled with allergy information. A lovely and wide variety of fillings from your classic hams, cheese, egg to a mix of chicken and seafood options. Some of the guys present on the first day were disappointed not to have cakes the following days… very reasonable price and kindly delivered as we are city centre based. Would highly recommend!

The best cafe in Norfolk ❤️ always delicious food, well presented, good value, lovely staff, super clean - you can’t go wrong! Really lovely vegetarian breakfast with halloumi. We’ve been many times over the years and it never disappoints! The (new?) younger man who served us was a great addition to your team!

Total Garbage if you know what a quality meal should look and taste like , this is NOT the place to be , extremely small portions , over priced, the lady was rude , the mam was lovely and apologised on behalf of her ... and guess what they cooked it with basic cheap chaep ingredients, no love amd then wait for it... Nuked it in the Microwave before serving me radiation Toxix Posion amd charged me a ridcolus amount for my dis-privilege AVOID AND COOK AT HOME ITS THAT BAD

The pies are out of these world. Incredibly tasty. Very friendly staff. You can eat there bringing your own drinks (small space available) or have a take out. Pre-orders recommended. Love their food and not pricy.

We had our office Christmas meal here and it was fabulous. Food was amazing and highly recommend a visit. Beautifully decorated room upstairs and the service was excellent. Had seabass for main & the Christmas pudding waffle for dessert. I can honestly say the gingerbread ice-cream was the best thing ever. The whole meal was delicious and we had a lovely festive evening 🎄 thank you 😊

Lovely country pub in the heart of the city. Recently named CAMRA Norwich pub of the year for 2023. Excellent selection of beers and cider, terrific service and first rate Sunday lunch. Update: since I wrote this more than a year ago, the White Lion has introduced a Thursday schnitzel evening. Possibly the best schnitzel I have ever eaten at a truly great price!

I use this cafe for both working and relaxing, several times a week - it’s an absolute treat - friendly, welcoming, inclusive and with great food & drinks. Two thirds of the space is for drinks/ dining / chilling and the other third given over to kids and their parents for play/ food fights, so seeing a couple of bad reviews for cleanliness made me think these ‘reviewers’ are just ridiculous - the cafe is spotless, unless you join the multitude of toddlers launching drinks and food at each other. Why don’t people support excellent small businesses instead of being so pointlessly negative? Or even speak to the staff like an adult, instead of being snide behind a keyboard.
