The best restaurants in Mancroft Norwich East of England

Stunning cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday which she was thrilled with. We went for the chocolate cake with salted caramel ganache and everyone said how good it tasted. We will definitely be returning when we next have a celebration. Thank you ☺️

Had a falafel wrap and like always it is the most amazing falafel in the city! It was very busy due to the closure but it is worth the wait. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and work so hard. Thank you for all the food over the years ❤️ Good luck to your future endeavours

A bistro where food is prepped downstairs with a couple of tables and has around a further 6 tables upstairs. Upstairs has dark green walls and low lighting. Its all hard surfaces so it can get pretty noisy up there. Seats are firm -ish basic but fine Food is nice perhaps a little higher priced than some. For example Onion soup is £10 and a nice entrecote steak and simple chips is £30. Service is fine it appears to be a husband and wife type deal who are both professional and nice to deal with It is popular currently so do book, its certainly worth a try. The food is nice My takeaway was it was just too noisy when full. There are no soft absorbent surfaces to absorb the sound and i wanted to get out of there after having eaten, maybe thats the idea!

We visited the Hidden Chef last night as we wanted to enjoy the experience one last time, and to support Dean and Co in their last weekend at the Brasserie. Once again the food was exceptional and the atmosphere friendly and welcome. We will miss having this wonderful restaurant on our door step but are delighted that we will be able to savour Deans delights from the Deli. As s always was a great time. Were seated quickly and efficiently by Jamal, who looked after us for most of the rest of the meal. We ordered a range of things from the menu with additions and everything came correctly and quickly. Coffee and juices were fresh, food was hot and tasty, but the service is really what made it. Jamal not only made sure everything was to standard, but did it with a great sense of humor which lit up the restaurant. Would go back, and absolutely will.

A lovely friendly cafe and bakery, If only they offered a brown toast option and a choice of butter instead of margarine (for which I would happily pay a little extra) it would be absolutely perfect and I'd easily give 5 stars for food, Nice food and great value.

Came here with friends recently for the first time. Staff are very friendly, food and drink taste great and good sized portions, and plenty of great board games on offer. A great experience overall!

OMG I love this place. Please open in Cambridge - such delicious soup, beautifully presented. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and super friendly staff. A delivery arrived while I was here and I can assure you it is all locally sourced quality ingredients, cooked from scratch

It was a cold and bad day on a Wednesday I believe, me and the kids where looking for a bite to eat but everything around us was extremely busy or shut. Fortunately, there was a small area under the bridge that was open. Mums little kitchen provided brilliant service, giving us fresh food and fast. This resulted in happy kids and full bellies. Mum’s little kitchen not only gave us a good meal, but a good escape from the bustling feeling of other food establishments.

Wow! Just wow! Brilliant food and fantastic value. We visit Norwich just to get food here! Only thing stopped we reviewing before is that I don't want to queue...But, must share this gem

We booked Ronaldo Ices for our wedding garden party. It was by far the best decision (besides getting married of course) that we made! Simon set up a lovely authentic ice cream cart, had a super old fashioned ice cream outfit and served 10 delicious and original flavours to our guests. It is difficult to say if the oldies or kids made the most trips to see Simon - but there his no doubt that his super friendly personality, professionalism and infectious positivity absolutely made our day. We could not recommend Ronaldo Ices and Simon more for any event - guests will absolutely both (come rain or shine)! Thank you!

Found this excellent tea stop by chance whilst searching for objet d’art. Glad we did. Locally sourced ( I hate that phrase) coffee and great tasting home made sausage rolls. We were pleased and so was Frank the Dog with his morsel of our sausage rolls. The Blondie (again home made) was also a real treat.

Yummy food . Prices are really good too. We ordered almost everything from the meny on different occasions, can't fault them, everything is justs so tasty albania

Preciosas señoras llevan este lugar perfecto de la ciudad. El edificio es precioso, y se siente lleno de historia. Almuerzo con ensaladas, paninis, sopa y torta. Satisface a verduras, estrictos y guten gratis. Nos visitan regularmente por la ubicación y el ambiente. Muy relajado y abundante!
