The best restaurants in Mancroft Norwich East of England

Spotted the tea stall at the Norwich Market on a Saturday, bought some of their seasonal loose tea and a more traditional Ceylon. All of the tea we bought was fantastic and I'll be ordering some more over Yule as a nice treat.

This is a perfect little cafe! We saw it on a video on TikTok and knew we just had to go when exploring Norwich! The milkshakes and hot chocolate were absolutely delicious and the price was great for what you were getting. I got a delicious Easter egg hot chocolate, and wow! It did not disappoint. It is very much worth visiting BellyBoo’s if you are in Norwich!

This is by far the best coffee in Norwich. Great taste and very good prices. The owner Simon is also a very friendly guy.

Was a divine dinner (timely delivery too), if you want spice in Norwich then this is the best to deliver from. It’s so good! 10/10

Great newly opened breakfast and lunch venue , excellent breakfast, brilliant lunch and sandwiches, freshly made coffee , clean and well renovated and above all friendly, happy staff . Absolutely really nice place.

The best fish and chips ever. The crispiest chips the juiciest fish. If Carlsberg made fish and chips they wouldn’t be as good as these.

Norwich have the best place for burrito AVO and the owner him self chef. absolutely delicious! Packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of spice. Every bite was satisfying. Definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while!

My first visit today was recommended by the people at Saporita and tried the caramelised fig and marscapone ice cream which was delicious. I had my eye on the Blood Orange will have to come again!

I go here regularly. It has never failed me: excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent people. We have lived near the city almost 4 years now and I don’t think I have ever gone longer than two months without visiting. I wanted to write this review to thank this small cafe. Thank you for providing me with all the food I can eat, will all the advice on how to cook the nut roast at Christmas and for looking and smelling nostalgia to me- I don’t know what it is, but walking into the place, especially autumn/Christmas time just makes me feel at home. Thank you Tofurei, I will deeply miss you. Oh and thank you for introducing me to spiced chai syrup in my oat iced latte- I will NEVER go back to regular lattes again. Like Christmas in a summer drink! (Ps- picture was from a while ago, only one I could find but perfectly encapsulates the beauty of this place)

An absolute delight! We had a lovely lunch in this tiny relaxed restaurant right in the middle of Norwich. Simple unfussy flavours with top class ingredients, the walnuts and oil on my tartine were really good and the chocolate mousse outstanding. My partner’s steak and crème brûlée were equally well received!

Everything about this place was wonderful! I hadn’t heard of The Corkscrew before a friend booked for us. It was everything we needed for a great evening: chilled, welcoming , homely ambience; intimate yet relaxed; and most importantly a fantastic host/chef/patron who serves incredible food with perfectly paired wine & drinks. What a great place - I want everyone I know to experience an evening here!

I was looking for somewhere to have a pot of tea and do a little work and stumbled on this little cafe. What a lovely place - felt really friendly, warm and cosy! The world needs more independent cafes like this!
