Food outstanding. Great value! I had bhaji with chick pea curry. Excellent eatery for veggie/vegans. My husband's samosa were crisp on the outside and he says nicely spiced

The menu is not extensive but something for everyone. Two dishes and at the right heat, lovely service, and the right sized lunch portion If I lived in the city, I would eat here all the time. The Samosas were to die for, and rest delicious. Beat your path past all the other food offerings to this top corner of the market

Although many of the stalls at the market were not open on the Bank Holiday Monday when we visited, a number of food outlets were and I was delighted to find this vegetarian Indian stall with a good selection of tasty options. I opted for the Samosa Chat, good value at £6 and freshly cooked whilst I waited.

Stunning! No alcohol had us worried as we just fancied a curry, the best asian food we’ve ever had, friendly great service an beautiful crockery too boot! Gave a generous tip as food was not as expected, the softest tastiest freshness of it all was a culinary trip from fat to salt to acid to aroma to heat and back 10/10 Jill & Dave 👍🏻

You have got to come to the Namaste Village for breakfast. They have just started this service and your taste buds will love you for it. Such an amazing venue and kind service. Thank you.

Nice service and tasty food (and free dessert) but the spice threshold was much lower than expected. The family, including 2 adults and 2 teenagers ordered from the 'medium' section of the menu but we found the food to be only 'mild' with no kick, even the teenagers, which was a bit disappointing. Next time we shall probably order from the 'hot' section and see what happens!

I've been to alot of Indian takeaways and restaurants over the years. I have to say that the quality of this establishment surpassed many others I've been to. Starting with the welcome, greeted very nicely, seated and attended to very well throughout the time there. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food - freshly made and hot, served proportionately quickly to how busy it was. Again, attended to very well throughout the meal, without it being overbearing. Value for money - definitely great quality food, flavourful, colourful and well cooked. Altogether a lovely experience and would recommend it 🤗

Picked this restaurant as I loved the look of the old skool red booth-type seating available. The meal/experience we received… The Chicken Vindaloo - lovely tender, tasty Tandoori pieces. Girlfriend had the King Prawn Madras - equally impressive. Great Ghost Ship (local ale) - chilled. No fuss. Wine for the missus - job done. Waiting staff - very knowledgeable and very polite, but also distant at the right timings to allow us to thoroughly enjoy an excellent meal. Would highly recommend. 5 out of 5.
