The best restaurants serving British food in Hunstanton King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

Lovely place to have a coffee and brunch. Staff were attentive and helpful. Prices were great too. Would highly recommend this place.

Visited here with my wife. Could only have a black coffee as I was on my way to hospital. Coffee was excellent and great value. (I have no doubt the food will be good too). The guy who runs it is really friendly. Will definitely come again when I can eat something!

Very good cakes. Always have a laugh. Sometimes passes a Bath Bun out on a try to the queue, it is warm and lovely. Cakes aways bigger than anywhere else.

I go here quite a lot and have always found the owners very helpful and polite, I have tried different meals from breakfast to lunch, ice creams etc and have all been amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else whilst visiting Hunstanton.

Disappointing service not the usual standard at the Lodge we are used too,it was a little annoying when waiting for table to be cleared and to order desserts one of the young servers seemed more interested in his phone,initially a 10 minute wait for our drinks order to be taken when it certainly want busy. It didn’t improve through the meal with the mains delivered incorrectly, the menu on line whilst I accept is a sample,I would however expect the prices to be correct the roast options whilst displaying £20 the actual cost was £21,I didn’t notice this until I got home. Food was okay,I think there are better options locally now which we will certainly look at in future. Having paid the discretionary 10% and overall it certainly didn’t encourage us to return.

Brilliant fish and chips, excellent cuppa and great service. Not busy as a winter early evening and Benny who served us was great. Will definitely be back.

Very helpful staff. Had sausages in a bap but the sausages were poor quality. Hot drinks and ice cream very good. Don’t allow dogs so had to have a takeaway.

We stayed at the Thornham Deli for 2 nights - we stayed in a dog friendly suite and it was beautiful - spacious and modern. Breakfast was great and lots of choice from the menu. We had eaten at the deli before in the summer but this was the 1st time we stayed there and we wil definitely be back. It is a great location for exploring the north Norfolk coast

I reckon I have eaten at least one portion of moules marinere once a year, for the last 30 years… and yet, tonight’s was the best. My wife who is also a regular eater of mussels agreed with me (which is rare). The sauce was really creamy but the garlic and herb can through, served with fantastic fries and a superb bread.

Definitely gone down hill since our last visit. Over priced Tasteless fish. We also has a kabob on stale bread, overall very poor.

Nice little cafe with a good choice on the menu. Staff were friendly. Hot chocolate was a delight. Will visit again when next in Hunstanton.

I have been in a here a few times as work in the area. The customer service is absolutely diabolical in here. Some of the rudest people I have ever met who clearly hate their job so take it out on the customers. The sandwiches are also crap. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We came home with a great selection of apples and pears from the orchard, some we had not heard of before, they are all the same price by weight so you just make your own selection into a bag. We will be batch-baking apple-crumble for the freezer. They also have a nice butchery selection and local cheese amongst other edible. Not so keen about Gurneys the fresh fish shop as they didn't seem to want the custom they shut up early. The Fish and chip shop had a gluten problem which I will review separately.

Had a nice meal for 2 here. Decor and building is lovely, service was efficient and meals came out quickly. A decent choice on the menu, not insanely expensive depending on what you chose. Chocolate brownie dessert was delicious.
