The Copper Kettle in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

All day breakfast is really good quality and staff are lovely - we went twice in one week and would definitely recommend thanks

Unfortunately not the best cafe we have visited, service was poor along with the food, would I come back or recommend, my answer is a stern NO.

Well this is a lovely little cafe, we had the breakfast, but all meals coming out looked lovely.. staff are very friendly it's dog friendly too... our breakfast was probably one of the best I've had out, everything was cooked to perfection, we shall definitely be going back again

Always good service and plenty of choice. We recommend the breakfast (flexible options if you ask) and the sausage bap. Cakes good too. We have been coming for many years and will continue to do so.

I popped in the other week and it was lovely all the staff are very welcoming they also have lovely gluten free cakes and meals, dog friendly aswell which is a bonus

Had breakfast here after watching the Snettisham spectacular after a very early and cold start. The full English was lovely, quality ingredients. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be popping in again. Many thanks.

Popped in for breakfast Sunday morning. The cafe was fairly busy, ordered 2 full English breakfasts. They came after just a few minutes wait, were hot, baked beans were hot which is a must for me (most places they are Luke warm or cold) warm plates a bonus, all of the food was very tasty and good quality. One of the best breakfasts we've had anywhere . Will definitely return

Fantastic little cafe, tasty bacon sandwich, staff went out of the way to assist especially as I ask for non crispy bacon, came out perfect. Coffee was one of the best I tasted for ages. Highly recommended . Non expensive either

Lovely food, lots of choice and professional and very friendly staff. This place is a real find. BLT was stacked full and the quiche and salad was excellent. Great cuppa too. Prices are competitive and certainly not OTT. Would recommend for coffee/tea/snack/lunch.

Five Stars right across the board, fantastic full English breakfast, proper butchers sausages, and not the rubbish you'll get served up in most places. The staff are lovely, nice warm environment to eat in, and their pricing is fair. I've recommend this place to all my friends.

Came here after a bad experience locally , it’s a ‘proper’ seaside cafe where the staff actually care. Made to feel welcome food came out fast and looked as it should . Club sandwich is an out and out winner. Just a good old fashioned cafe , result to find it !

Always make a point of visiting The Copper Kettle,when in Hunstanton. Food is always a 10/10,service is by far the best,and the fact they allow dogs inside is a huge bonus for us. We visited yesterday whilst on a day trip to not so sunny hunny, and was greeted by a lovely lady who pushed 2 tables together for us,took our orders with a smile and had a great welcome for everyone who walked through the door. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food and service received. Wish more cafes were like this

I'm a frequent visitor to this cafe and the food is great and the waitresses are charming so I feel loath to say anything that could be seen as negative, however, on my last visit I didn't think the breakfast was particularly hot, very tasty, just not particularly hot. It's not helped by the fact that my plate was stone cold. Please please please, hot food on hot plates. Otherwise still excellent.

Comuster service was very gd friendly staff and the food was one of the best breakfast I have ever had so if anyone visits Hunstanton to go to the copper kettle cafe

Fantastic cafe on Hunni high street. Service with a smile. Gorgeous coffee, and were fussy! I'm gluten free and their cooked breakfast is to die for. Best gf toast and even fried bread. Proper mushrooms and tomatoes. Gorgeous butcher sausage and beautiful bacon. Honestly can't rate this place highly enough.

Popped in here twice over the Christmas period. I had a cappuccino and a cream scone both lovely. The staff are friendly. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in Hunstanton

Excellent place x we visit every Tuesday and try not to cause a big disruption x I use a mobility scooter when they see us coming they move chairs and push the table so all the customers are happy x The food is freshly cooked and very good x everyone is friendly and helpful x definitely a place to eat or just for a drink give it a try you will not be disappointed x

We my daughter and I went in for a lunchtime snack. We both had soup and bread. The restaurant was busy and very friendly,one of the ladies gave us a lot of useful information.

Whilst out and about on a break... we cane across this little gem of a cafe in Hunstanton... Will honestly say the all-day breakfast is one of if not the best breakfast I have ever had. Proper butcher sausage and good thick cut tasty bacon. And what a delight to have fried bread, so few places have this now on a traditional breakfast.. Great to see a dog friendly eaterie . Highly recommend The Copper Kettle , we will be back

We visited the copper kettle for breakfast as several other establishments we closed on a Tuesday in November.... 4 vegan breakfasts, full English, was no problem and very tasty, unfortunately one of the female staff wasn't as hospitable as the others and appeared to roll her eyes when we asked if the coating on the toast was vegan friendly, and asked if we wanted the meals taken away! This somewhat spoilt our visit to the Copper Kettle and we probably won't go back.

I've visited here a few times & can honestly say the Copper Kettle serves the best full English breakfast in Hunstanton! I've tried a few others in the area & while they are nice, the Copper Kettle is the best in terms of quality, taste & service. Dog friendly too!

My mum had a fall outside the cafe last Thursday morning the owners and their daughter and staff couldnt have been of more help to us al? .Kindly took us inside called the emergency services and provided us with a welcome cup of tea they even gave my poorly mum a scone etc to take home with her .We literally took over the cafe with ambulance and police coming in as well and it was their busiest time by the look of it ? Thank you so much to you all it was much appreciated i can tell you and next time we come to Hunny we shall pay you a visit as paying customers to enjoy from what i could see of your lovely food : ) Thanks again x

Lovely food . Great friendly service . We visited hunstanston for the weekend . Came Saturday morning . Was so delicious came back Sunday. Great value for money

Great service from being a half filled restaurant at 9am to being full half an hour later on a blustery and rainy day. Food quality good and not too badly priced. My half of a tomato was tepid inside & black pudding could’ve been cooked longer on one side but the other side was perfect. All in all a positive experience and just being picky with how I like my food.

Early on in the day friendly staff and good service. During that summer season gets very busy, toilets are not very accessible

Absolutely amazing bacon, Brie and cranberry baguette. So much filling and tastes so good. Will definitely be going back there such good value for money. Staff are amazing too. Loveky clean local cafe.

My food was tasty, came out slightly wrong at first, but quickly corrected. The poached egg was questionable, some of the white not cooked enough for my partner. Perhaps some new staff in training.

What a lovely place with lovely food! Visited for breakfast after reading the reviews, was definitely worth visiting. 2 yummy vegetarian full breakfasts & 2 cappuccino enjoyed. The staff were lovely too & the restaurant is welcoming & spotlessly clean.

The best afternoon tea I’ve ever had. Sandwiches more than enough fillings, delicious cakes and good portions and to top it off homemade scones with butter, jam and cream…The staff exceeded any expectation I may have had, they couldn’t do enough for us without being intrusive. One of our friends is diabetic and all the food was explained to him. Don’t visit Waterloo or Crosby without calling in.

My grandson is soya & dairy intolerant, the owners went as far as ringing the bakery to check if their bread had soya in it (as majority of breads do). She was so helpful and caring and we really enjoyed our delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended *****

We had breakfast here. The service was impeccable friendly and quick. The drinks and food came quickly. The food was excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Only gave 5 stars because you can’t give 10.

A group of 11 of us including 4 kids visited this morning. They had a table set ready for us. We all had breakfast rolls or full English. The food came out quite quickly and was all very tasty. The safe were all friendly andservice was brilliant. Will definitely remember this place for next time we visit Hunstanton.

A lovely little place I visit every time I go to Hunstanton, friendly service, dog friendly and good food and coffee. I get the full English and a cappuccino. I also got a carrot cake brownie to go which heated up in the microwave for 20secs was smashing!

The Copper Kettle is a charming, friendly independent cafe that truly stands out. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who make you feel right at home. The food is delicious and offers great value for money. Plus, they provide FREE WiFi! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cosy spot to relax and enjoy good food.

I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been lovely. Unfortunately our visit today was like eating in a dog kennel! I appreciate it’s nice to be dog friendly. However, there was a couple with 4 dogs in a small cafe! Hot food is being served, people are tripping over dogs and the level of hygiene is questionable when a lady from the kitchen came out to stroke a dog and then not wash her hands before going back to cooking. Disappointing and a clear hygiene issue.

Nice cafe with cream teas and filled speciality rolls and subs...think coffee machine wasn't working the day we went ..but tea came served in a pot with milk and sugars.

Stopped by at the end of our weekend stay in Heacham. Great little café. Very friendly service and the breakfast was made with good quality ingredients and cooked well. My girlfriend also enjoyed the waffle with salted caramel sauce. Good coffee too. We will be back again when we revisit the area.

The food is good. Great mocha coffee. They were extremely busy, hence it took a while for our food to arrive. The staff are nice and friendly.

The past two days I have had breakfast at “The Copper Kettle”. It was highly recommended to me by a friend and didn’t disappoint! On both occasions I had the smoked salmon and poached eggs with hollandaise sauce on granary toast with a lovely large cappuccino-superb! Very friendly staff and lovely food at sensible prices make this establishment a must go to on my next visit to Hunstanton and comes very highly recommended.

Great place to eat, dog friendly & food was lovely. Staff very professional, but very polite. When I paid & put our coats on, we forgot to pick up our puppies Elks Antler, which I had not long bought, never mind, he did find an indestructible ball on the beach.

Lovely place for a meal or snack

Ordered 2 full breakfasts. All good apart from slightly undercooked, probably due to amount of people awaiting food. Did offer to put right.

A great traditional cafe. Greeted by a friendly waitress who took my order. We sat outside and had a lovely cup of coffee and a toasted tea cake. No fuss or over the top decor just a good honest cafe. Thanks

Date of Visit: 05/03/2024 - The young blonde girl making the coffees and delivering them to the tables was excellent ! She had everything under control even though the cafe was practically full, so well done to her. The lattes she made were very nice indeed, however the Victoria Sponge didn’t hit the spot for me as it had hardly any jam in it (see photos) and it just wasn’t very moreish in all honesty - The service won the day for me though and my wife and I will definitely return when we’re next in the beautiful seaside town of Hunstanton - Thank you for your service :)

Update - visted again in February equally good experience and the bacon and sausage sandwich was excellent - nice sausages not those nasty catering ones you get in cheap hotels and too many other places. Friday lunchtime in January, warm , friendly, busy and freshly cooked food. Chips were fabulous. Good size portion of chips and peas- pukka pie is a pukka pie. Would def eat there again. Very reasonable.

Come here a lot food is fab, dog friendly and they allow you to swap items that you do not like. Best breakfast in Hunny. Staff are fantastic.

Really good little cafe, friendly staff and really affordable pricing

Was in the area with relatives and came upon this little gem . It was so nice to see a traditional eating place , nice and cosy , very busy (always a good sign). Greeted by a very friendly member of staff and presented with a menu with a huge selection. What makes this place special are the gluten free options. Not just your small piece of dry cake , but a full menu I went for the full English breakfast. All cooked to order , and with decent ingredients. All coked to perfection, decent GF bread for toast and fried bread. As I had a decent view of the kitchen , you could tell that there was no cross contamination, so no worries there. I can honestly say this was the best GF meal I have had in a long time , there was no stigma about being GF . Totally recommend this place , and we will be back

All Day Breakfast...what not to like 😊 I did actually have Scrambled Egg on Toast with bacon. My partner had a soup (good choice) and a bap. Good service. Good Menu. Reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyable. We'll be back 👍

Dont eat here if you have any intolerance because thay put bread on her gluten free fry up when she cant have it and was ill then she left a review and thay was bloody rude we will be going up next summer to have words DONT EAT HERE.......

Great cafe in Hunstanton which offers gluten-free breakfasts, sandwiches, toasties majority of their cakes are GF. They also understood about cross contamination in the kitchen.

Completely walked across this on a coastal walk from Old Hunstanton to New and what a find. I had the best coffee and carrot cake this year here,lie not. The coffee is sourced locally from a small Lincolnshire Roastiseri and is off the scale. All the cake are gluten free, I dare anyone to tell the difference from Normal. If you are in Hunstanton this winter for a beach walk you gotta check this place out. Bloody fabulous!
