WaffleOpolis in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

I had donut balls and ice cream which was absolutely delicious 🤤 . Presentation nice and staff really polite. Busy little place. Was a little bit on the expensive side but worth it

The staff and owners attitudes are immaculate very friendly and positive amazing experience and as a regular they never fail to disappoint

Had no issues previously, but this time I noticed that they took strawberries straight from the pack, cut them and put on my bubble waffle unwashed. When I pointed it out I was told that's the way they always do. I removed them before eating, but will keep an eye in the future. Waffle was still good 🫡

Unbelievable desert and great customer service! We were on a walk around kings Lynn on Sunday evening and noticed this place! It will now become a regular! What a wonderful business!

Honestly just cheap ice cream and not even real chocolate flakes just cheap chocolate that taste stale. The waffle cones taste stale too. Not worth it, just find an ice cream van or buy a tub it's better and most likely cheaper.

Please make sure lids are on properly as had a bit of a mess in bottom of bags and went all over our hands, cups and dipping box

Fantastic staff! The whole experience there was amazing, my partner asked for a waffle but asked if he could swap on sit the items and they said yes without even battering an eye. They were super helpful with allergens (partner severely allergic to nuts) and prepared his in a different area to ensure there was no risk of cross contamination with his order. They were super lovely and helpful, down to have a laugh due to them being quiet. Will be returning! What an amazing first experience there!

Got some food and it was amazing. There was only 1 woman working today when I was there (didn’t catch her name) but she was lovely.

I don’t know how you can mess up an order so often, at this point it’s almost expected. This time, a simple request of “no cream” had to be stated three times and guess what - it still came with cream. Upon stating this, our server seemed confused about the whole interaction. A remade waffle was offered and accepted. Just when I thought I was in the clear, I open my waffle at home to find no sauce… the most crucial component as its absence leads to a dry and disappointing treat. A shame, because when they get it right it’s a worthwhile experience - it just happens too often now to make the gamble.

The driver rang me after being 20 mins late saying she didn’t know where to go (in a huff) gave my address again and she then got lost again (we live in a very simple place) called her again to see where she was (in wrong area) finally after 40 mins and 2 lots of times giving address she found us. By this point our waffles were cold and the ice cream had melted. Complete waste of money.

Was out for delivery and then delivery was said complete even though we haven’t received the order

We ordered rocky Road waffle and 2 kinder bueno waffles but only received the rocky road waffle and 1 kinder bueno waffle.

Note to restaurant: there are no strawberries as chosen in the order for toppings in the dessert box. This is so disappointing. I have a picture to show as well.

Didn't receive ice cream with my order this is the second time

We tracked the delivery driver live, they picked our order up from the restaurant in good time (we don't live far away) and watched the driver proceed to a KFC restaurant further away from ourselves, then to a McDonald's even further away, make a delivery EVEN further away and then proceed to go back to the KFC before coming to us. They had our food on the bike for 40 minutes, by which time the food was cold and the ice cream melted

Tried once, won't go back. As long as you set your expectations low you won't be disappointed.

Service and food was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the lack of air conditioning. While it was unpleasantly warm inside for customers, ir was unbearable for the poor ladies working there. Not sure if the owner knows, but he has a legal obligation toward his employers working environment that he or she is not meeting.

All was great. My only very small issue was no straw for the milkshake. Good job I have one at home.

Holly was extremely pleasant and the 2 milkshakes we got where good.

We came late evening and they were busy but not over run, all the waffles sounded delicious and you could get sharing boxes of waffle balls/sticks etc with chocolate and sprinkles. We just got two plainish waffles, although one had chocolate ice cream instead of the advertised vanilla ice cream, which was a shame as we’re not fans of chocolate ice cream, but they were very delicious and messy. The only problem is beside one table outside it looks as though they have downsized and there is nowhere to sit to eat so you either take it home or sit on a park bench.

Food was lovely, arrived fresh and still hot. Delivery was very poor, when placing order it was expected to be 15-25 minutes. However arrive 1.5hrs after ordering!

Very small portions. One of the cakes was hard and very cold like it had been in the freezer

Fantastic! One of my favourite places to eat in Lynn. Whenever my girlfriend is in town, her only request is for us to eat here. The crispy M&M milkshake goes down a treat!

First time I've been there for myself and kids ,thought it was fairly pricey but after getting the waffles I realised they arnt bad for the money . Personally I thought 1 waffle was plenty with the ice cream and the toppings it was all a very nice sweetie experience for us . The girls that work there are all lovely and I would go back again. Waffleoppolis is such a great shop with a chilled atmosphere and such an array of delicious treats. Staff are always lovely and helpful. I'm just sad there aren't more of the stores around! Luxe milkshakes are incredible in particular :)

Don’t get me wrong I love chocolate but to serve 5 waffle balls in so much chocolate I can’t see the waffle balls? It’s a bit much.. made it too sickly

Milkshake was delivered upside down and had spilt all over the bag and other item. Just about got an apology and only after being told it wasn’t their problem!

The service from the restaurant was accommodating and apologetic when we called to say the delivery driver drove past our house on the map and went on to deliver to someone else 15 / 20 minutes away. We stood at the door from 21.12 until 21.35 despite the delivery time saying 21.12 and watching the driver drive around kings lynn on the app. Our icecream was melted by the time he got here and so we was just left with luke warm slop

Missing half our order. Rang the restaurant and their attitude was just rubbish. Turn round and said it was probably on their end or could be the driver. Wasn't interested in rectifying anything. First time ordered from here and with that attitude likely to be the last!

ordered through just eat, loved the selection, spoilt for choice. was curious as to how you get ice cream on delivery without it melting 😂 the waffle was still warm as we live quite a few miles out. the ice cream and cream were solid was well chuffed with the kinder bueno hazelnut really comes through. will order again

Don't order from Just Eat. Never got order! Think it was delivered to street next to mine. But waffleopolis made up a new order and gave it to us on collection with no charge

To be honest, not worth the money. My shake was flavourless.... and the waffle was so sad looking. Ice cream tastes cheep. I say just go to macdonalds and get more for your money and it will have more flavour. Dam I'm disappointed. Oh well.

The only word I can think to describe this fine establishment is waffleopoltastic. It is simply magnificent! A wide choice of toppings available as well as customised options, friendly, helpful and passionate staff, you can tell they really care about their waffles. If I were to raise a waffle I would want it to end up here. Me and my partner came away with two scrumptious waffles and thick creamy milkshake that satisfied every one of my tastebuds. I will return to spend more money. EXQUISITE

Reasonably priced. Very friendly staff explaining the menu and showing us the sizes. Very generous on the chocolate. Marked down only because I'd have wanted a few more strawberries.

Very patient staff who were happy to take my children through the menu. Really nice ice cream. If you eat the waffle stick with chocolate sauce, please make sure to pick plenty of napkins :)

Lovely waffles & sundaes but sometimes not enough sauce/bits on the waffles and in the sundaes.For the money you’re paying I think they should put more bits on and sauce.

I’ve visited quite a few times, and everything has been amazing, lovely and fresh and tasty. We were served by Holly today, who was so friendly and lovely, she let my son play with the Alexa while we were waiting for our order. Highly recommend this place

So 4 of us decided last night we fancied something sweet so decided to head down. We got there with them closing in 1 minute 30 seconds but they still sorted us out! 25 waffles balls, 3 milkshakes, 3 waffles later we were not disappointed! Big shout out to Sam who did not hesitate to serve us! Brilliant customer services & friendly staff ☺️☺️☺️
