The best restaurants serving British food in Hunstanton King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, sea views and above a pub with a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay!

Good food and friendly staff and most of all Dog Friendly, ray Dovercourt

Drove quite a long way to visit the place on a nice busy Saturday. Arrived to it being closed despite saying open on Google. Disappointed.

Limited menu, but such tasty dishes and so nicely presented. All three courses are not to be missed. Great wine list, plus lots of gins! Friendly service, too, in such a lovely setting.

Ignore this place visited Bank Holiday Monday. Bad atmosphere no welcome and then 2 awful cappuccinos. Food average and very poor service even witnessed 2 examples of rudeness to customers.

Recently refurbished pub, it has changed a lot to include a great beer garden, reasonable sized car park and there’s a new bakery onsite, family & dog friendly. We used to be fairly regular visitors pre refurbishment. We stopped off for lunch on Easter Sunday, we didn’t order anything off the menu and continued on our way to Hunstanton ( Caley) The menus are a bit confusing and we had to ask for clarification, this is now a Gastronomic pub, we prefer more of a pub grub menu and one of us is vegetarian and didn’t fancy the two choices or the fish dish ( no scampi/cod served here, Sea bream not to my liking. The table next to us ordered burger £15 and one burger/chips £20, didn’t look like great value 😏 Reading others reviews it’s easy to spot the southerners who think this is reasonably priced compared to the high prices they are used to paying in their home towns/citys. We are likely to return to try out the bakery/cafe when we’re next walking the dog at Holme beach. Good luck in the winter months 👍

Had a very pleasant lunch here, good burger & tikka masala & an especially tasty Italian chicken, a friendly welcome to a nice & cosy Old English feeling place & the best thing of all is the view, we were lucky it was clear but I'd bet on a sunny summers day it's even better. We visited again just for drinks & sat outside which was great. The Old Barns shops across the road are well worth a look too. Happy to recommend

The staff were completely miserable. The food was bland and salad slopped over the plate. Will not recommend or be returning

I was very dissatisfied withe fish and chips , the fish was over cooked dry and hard round the edges and the chips were not too bad but I found a red coloured hair in them , I had taken the away and did not have time to go back and complain , they are also a bit pricey .

Best burgers in town. Efficient and friendly service. As a local I wouldn't go anywhere else for fast food in Hunstanton.

Worst fish and chips ever!!!, Chips raw, mushy peas cold and inedible, fish emancipated, service poor, not many people there now I know why- avoid at all costs there are much better places to spend you hard earned money on.
