Very unhelpful in the bar, I asked for a sandwich as I have dietary requirement only to be scoffed at saying we have made a bar menu for a reason , flicking his wrist he trotted of the to kitchen, come back to tell me that this hotel and restaurant doesn’t have any bread ! Joke , I knew what his attitude would be before I asked , don’t bother going here if you have any special requests other than a couple slices of bread

This place is amazing. We go two or 3 times a year and love it every time. The Belgian Choc desert is absolutely fantastic and we have their special cream with it. Haven't found anywhere else that comes close.

Went their to celebrate my sons birthday 40th we had a private section. We had a lovely time the staff very professional and the food was very well presented and good portions.

Had drinks here, they were nice, but lost stars as no where to change baby and getting advised to change on toilet floor isn’t good enough.

Genuinely the best Sunday roast I have ever had! Great service too, especially considering we were a table of 10!

Curtis made a seafood platter for my partner’s Birthday today OMG it was to die for The lobsters were massive and delicious Crabs and king prawns the same will definitely be ordering again . Thank you made our evening .

Great atmosphere, lovely beer garden, the staff are really friendly and the food is excellent. A real treat to visit.

Lovely restaurant, happy and efficient staff, and totally delicious food. I have been to this restaurant a number of times and have never been disappointed. The food is beautifully served and comes piping hot. We did have to try a dessert too, which was equally delicious.

Booked a table on a Sunday, roast pork was great. Service friendly, will definitely visit again

Waited an hour for a sausage bap and had to get a refund, didn't get told there was a 30 min wait, it's a shame as I've eaten there before but the service received today was not well informed. If you needed cold snacks, drinks, cakes etc you would be fine but cooked food no. Location is nice.

We had Sunday lunch at the Victory on Easter Sunday. The service and the food were both excellent! Generous portions of lovely food that wouldn’t look out of place in a fine dining restaurant.
