Everything took an age to come to the table, when it did eventually come there was hair in the salad! I bought it up to the waitress who said "oh that shouldn't be there" then charged us the full £32 (two sandwhiches, a coffee and a milkshake) and walked off without even offering to remake the salad at the very least, so say it is disappointing is a let down

Was here today with the lovely Ursula. What a gorgeous little spot! Right in the market square with outdoor and indoor seating. We were attended to by the lovely Kelsey. The food is amazing. We had toasted roast ham, cheddar and red pepper sandwiches in sundried tomato bread. Absolutely yumptious!! It was accompanied with their homemade coleslaw, crisps and a slice of cucumber and orange with a grape stuck in the centre of each, a lovely unique touch. Their latte is great and smashing value for money! Overall a most enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

We sat at a table outside which is effectively take away. We had three fish and one large chips to share which was plenty. The cod was excellent quality and very large. Unfortunately the haddock was of lesser quality, quite thin and brown in places. The chips were very nice. Prices are reasonable.

The woman serving me (Tracy) made a snarky and racist remark about my background, despite being a person of colour herself! very unprofessional of her, i hope she's aware this is not okay despite of what others may have thought of her food. Other than that i have no complains with the food its all decently priced and up to par.

A long time favourite but haven’t been since it changed hands until this weekend. Sunday lunch with friends - roast beef was inedible /soooo tough. Mentioned to serving staff 🤷♀️ no apology - nothing! Prob won’t go back after that experience. Interesting that it wasn’t very busy either- used to have to book way in advance to be sure to get a table !

The location is great with a spectacular view of the bay. The staff are polite and efficient but that was it. The cafe is dark and uninviting, seriously in need of a make-over. The cappucino was just foamy milk, it didn't taste of coffee. One cake was really sugary and the other, Victoria sponge, was dry and had very sweet butter icing. For the price I thought it was pooe. I wouldn't go again.

Open very early in fore street, which is the main road through Looe. Each time we visit, we are greeted by extremely friendly staff, who are so efficient and professional and courteous. Our drinks and pastries were built to the table, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Sarah, you are a credit to the Cornish bakery company! Cannot recommend this little café highly enough! Try the Italian hot chocolate, it’s extremely thick and perfect for dunking a croissant into! Delicious pasties, bacon and cheese wraps and croissants.
