I ordered through Just Eat for delivery. The food, when it finally arrived, an hour after I placed the order, was cold. Once the delivery time had passed, the app just said, "Almost there. I ordered extra cheese, and I did not get it. The delivery person said it was because traffic was bad, we live about a 6 minute drive from the restaurant. I could maybe understand this if he was driving a car. However, he was riding a motorbike. There is no possibility of getting help using the app. It just said the food is due at the exact minute i was looking at it! The food was thrown into the bag. And I can't understand why they put hot food and cold drinks into the same insulated bag, seriously though.....why?

Haven't been here in more than a year, and nothing has changed. No toasties, no jackets, all tables full of dirty plates etc, no beans in the coffee machine, no clean cutlery. 1pm on a Thursday. Why is it so awful here? I spoke to the store manager back in summer 2023, she advised me it was going to be taken under new management, I can only assume this hasn't happened. Such a let down considering it was alright once upon a time

This place is a disaster, around 3 girls serving at drive through window and only 1 at front counter.. Long wait in a short queue and when we received ouf food we had 1 meal that was OK and the other had hardly any popcorn chicken or chips in. Took it back and had bit of attitude off the young chubby girl who stamped her feet and walked away.. I can see why they work in KFC. Management needs to get it sorted.

Coffee is disgusting as now made from push button machine. Atmosphere terrible as crammed in more tables at comforts expense. Food ok but pricey.

We just had a couple of coffees and two sausage rolls. The coffees were OK, but the sausage rolls were vile. They appeared to have been kept warm for a very long time, so the pastry was rock hard and brittle. The sausage meat filling had the consistency of pink sawdust; it was very salty and there wasn't much of it - perhaps just as well really! Without any poetic licence - it really was the worst apology for a sausage roll I've ever encountered, and the most expensive at around £6. I would never eat at this establishment again. The catering offer lets Wakehurst down, bigtime.

we have had a few days staying in the hotel on site, wanted something different for breakfast there's not really much to choose from there and then we decided to try here the food was hot and was delivered to the table, it was expensive for what we actually had but cooked well and enjoyable the coffee was the best one I had in days so much better than McDonalds one and costa the man who served us was so pleasant and chatty he was brilliant made us feel really welcome and couldn't enough for us

This place has no hot food except packed buns with bacon ect. No menu at all. Wanted a toasted tea cake for my wife they said they had supply issues so it's a no-no. Yet in the store packets of them to buy. A hopeless place that's very clean. Go to Morrisons across the road, at least they have a full menu. Just don't bother.

I don't mind the self service, but the options were so limited. I'm gluten free and I basically couldn't get anything that wasn't available in the food court, and it was a significant mark up in price. Spent £20 for 2 sandwiches and a coffee! The high chairs were dirty, even though they'd been stacked. Not up to usual M&S standard.
