KFC in Rhondda Cynon Taf

The worst kfc i have been too. The service is poor and the food was even worse . Bosses at kfc really need to sort it out been to many kfcs but Aberdare is terrible.

They mumble and are very in-friendly or welcoming when taking orders through the drive through. Kitchen is playing loud music and the staff are unable to get the customers has they do t use headsets. No customer service skills at all

Missing meal in order, rude staff to deal with. Manager treated me like I was a criminal or something (possibly because I don't drive a pretty car lol) eventually the staff managed to get the order right (almost, still didn't get any hand wipes, napkins or salt) didn't even managed to finish my meal when I was asked by a supervisor to leave the car park.What a joke.

Had a drive thru with my Wife and Grandson! The £18.99 bucket was plentiful, hot and delicious! I would say this is the best KFC I've had for a long time. Keep it up!

Nit sure how Aberdare get their chicken so wrong compared to other KFC. Either really greasy or really dry. Nit quite git it right have they.

I visit a lot of these places on my Travels, but this is the first (and last) visit here! The place is filthy and the food is cold, uncooked and disgusting! Who is in charge here? Whoever it is has no pride in the place and is happy for the place to be as described! The Colonel would turn over in his grave if he knew what this place was like!

As expected nothing more or less. Food was hot but order wrong as usual I don’t know why no matter whenever you order from any KFC something is always wrong but no big deal meal was acceptable

My husband and I visited there 3 days ago. Unfortunately, it looks like it is run by young people, they may be short staffed and they are doing their best, but, the chairs had a sticky something on them, maybe from a previous customer, there was grease on another chair, and the sides of the table were sticky. My husband likes chicken, but it could be cleaner there. Plus I couldn't connect to their free (cloud) wifi....

£18 for a boneless feast!!! OMG!!!Cold, tasteless chicken, salty gravy and they "forgot" the 4 dips (drive through purchase so didn't know until it was too late).Cold soggy chips, very poor potions. We won't be back here and will be avoiding KFC in general I think.

Every visit they get my order wrong and not until you get home with takeaway you realise it’s cold, wrong toppings or just too greasy , disappointing!

I have been here a couple of times in the past and all good apart from order taking almost 30 minutes at one time but when I came back here after about 4 months it is a disgrace as someone has mentioned before in review they don't care for your food just your money I have attached a picture of what my box was like after my food never seen the box soo bad before

KFC really need to learn that having a timer for staff to work to is not actually benefiting the customer. I live right by this KFC and every time i go there, even if it is for a soft drink, they manage to get it wrong. They are rushing so much against the clock that they don't listen. They also need to learn to make eye contact when they are taking my hard earnes cash and not just hold the card machine whilse taking another order. It is fast food I know, but don't take the p! I have since written a complain to them but if I am honest, I cannot see things changing for a while.

Used many many. Kfc.s mostly as drive through. But on this occasion went in to sit down .what a grubby unwelcoming place. And when meal was done the chiken was dry. Fries wer wat yu expect from fries just something to put in youre mouth. My wife could not eat the so called secret batter.seems to me in that take away its so secret. The staff dont know it. Needs to shape they selves up there. Others i have used have been very good . So far this is the only bad 1 ive used.

Visited recently on a Tuesday when there is a special deal on for a £6.99 bucket! The chicken was uncooked, pink, and tasteless. Took it home to Swansea where my dog turned his nose up at it!

Went through the drive thru to be told that they had run out of chicken on the bone and there would be a 30minute wait. Decided to wait, finally received my food after waiting 45 minutes but when i returned home i discovered they had given me beans instead of the gravy i had ordered. My advice is to check your order before you leave!

It's a KFC what more is there to say? The chicken is quite nice and the staff are friendly enough. Recommend the Zinger Tower burger.

Great KFC, nice staff always in a hood mood. Use it about twice a month, not had a bad one yet..Although did not like the recent Louisiana hot ones... Keep up the good work..

We had a long queue wait due to technical difficulties, which was fine, I commented how dated KFC was compared to other fast food outlets, particularly this outlet. Finally our turn at the window, got our order wrong, again possibly the technical difficulties, saw the kitchen staff doing our boxes and eating a piece of popcorn chicken from one, super professional that! Anyhows, goes to tuck in as we set off on our journey and I've never been so disappointed, the fries were freezing and shrivelled, not just a little bit genuinely couldn't contemplate eating them, popcorn chicken was like fridge raiders with batter, not even real chicken and the fillets lacked coating. Will never eat at KFC again! Shocking service and food!

Despite me telling the lady at the drive through that my daughter was allergic to tomatoes, when we got home I discovered the chicken burger had tomato ketchup in it and looked like it had been thrown together. When I took it back and explained it was not what I had ordered the lady was extremely rude and abrupt. I will not be going there again!

Been to this outlet a few times and have now changed to one further away (Merthyr) as the staff seem incapable of fulfilling any order I place! Whilst the food is nearly always good, every order I've ever placed either has less than the full amount, parts missing or just plain wrong. I don't know whether they do this deliberately as they're pretty sure you won't check until you get home. Always, always, always check your order before you leave here. You have been warned.

Another standard KFC! I do tend to find the chicken too be cooked a little dry at this branch, as i prefer my chicken moist but each to their own. Wish they didnt close so early.

This place needs fresh management or ownership. Constantly out of stock. Long queues and mistakes. Staff just don't care. Place is filthy. Quite shocked KFC allow it to get to this stage really.

Working in a busy shop, we get a take away once a week for all staff members, unfortunately the only place everyone likes is KFC. I say unfortunately because this is the worst run business I've ever experienced. Staff are rude and couldn't care less, the order is ALWAYS incorrect and the premises are filthy, the dining area in particular is disgusting.The last time there was an error I complained and received a voucher, when handed over, the girl behind the counter actually said "we f##ked up again then?" Actually swore, I couldn't believe it, I've phoned a few times asking for a manager or supervisor, but there has never been one available, the last time the staff member said the manager left hours ago, nobody knows where, I said I wanted to complain, "I dunno" was the reply.

Don't go here it's just appalling tables floors toilets are dirty food is greasy and cold very slow at serving you and they are always getting the orders wrong I have stopped going here now after I was really ill after eating the food.

Every time I have visited KFC, something has been wrong with my order. From giving me small cokes instead of large to wrong side orders etc. The chicken burgers are ok and the children like the popcorn chicken but the rest of the chicken pieces are always greasy and not enjoyable.

Every time I visit this store it just gets worse and worse. I no longer go to this store!! From tables strewn with rubbish and no one looks bothered to clean it, to rude staff members who don't even know good manners. A simple smile or please and thank you wouldn't go amiss! Also they need to learn how to pack gravy in the meal deal boxes, who puts hot gravy on its side?! With the lid half on?! Cheers for the burns!!

Been to this KFC a few times now and unfortunately it's always the same here. Loads of staff standing around not doing a lot when the front of house is always dirty!! The staffs are busy talking about plans for Saturday night and customers have to clean a table to sit down at!I didn't see one staff member come and wipe any tables during the 30 mins of my staySpilled drinks were left on the floor and ignoredManagement obviously don't have a grip of this place and don't care.Food is ok but it's really off putting having to eat in a dirty restaurant!Sort it out KFC!!!!

Ordered a bargain bucket which we had but chicken was tiny and not the usual size.chips cold and inedible.restaurant dirty could use a full time cleaner as staff are usually to busy to clean.not open past 10pm which isn't convenient when you stay in premier Inn opposite or live on the housing estate behind Asda. Could make more money if open 24/7 and more convenient for passing trade after 10pm.

Although the food is nice, the restaurant and car park area is filthy, the staff are scruffy in their dress, moronic, rude and if they moved any slower would start to go backwards. There is only ever one staff member serving at front of house ( with many more pretending to be busy out back), and it doesn't help that the manager is Bearley shaving! I would love to meet the area manager to get an understanding of why they feel this appalling behaviour and work ethic is acceptable!

Just needed a small meal as we had eaten at lunch time. Had the chicken fillet burger and fries, plus a cold drink as hot drink machine was out of order. Burger was tasty so met our needs.

KFC's are standard wherever you go. However, staff can make a difference and this establishment has very pleasant staff. A good smile when you walk in and helpful advice on choice. The facilities were clean and smelt fresh and all the tables were clear and wiped down. There is parking and drive through or a short walk from the hotel opposite.

Food here was freshly cooked and tasted fine. Staff helpful and smiley even though it was 15 minutes to closing time. Only downside was no salad but rest of order was fine. It always seems cold in here so be prepared but clean and tidy.

We have visited the Aberdare KFC on three occasions, this year, always saying it will be better next time, unfortunately it is not! On two occasions there was something missing from the order, the fries are always limp and not appetising, and the pieces of chicken are small and always end up with, from a 6 x piece bucket, 1 x leg, 1 x breast and 4 x wings. I have comp;lained to KFC and did not get a reply!!! The only plus is the staff are quite polite, if forgetful!! If you want a decent KFC, go to Merthyr, which is much better in my experience.

Take my son here all the time when I'm in the area . lovely food and staff always clean and fresh. We have been when it's very busy and very quiet and every time the service is the same. I can't fault it. Toilets always clean too. Highly recommend.

nearly every time i have come here there is always something missing from my order, i now park up after going through the drive-thru to check my order as if there is anything missing i can go inside. i also find it quite expensive compared to other take aways, on the plus side the food is tasty and well cooked.

well i have not been hear for a while but the food was hot and the service was very good staff friendly and polite the chicken was lovely no grease

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way back from the Brecon Beacons. The staff were friendly and the food just what you'd expect. The place was reasonably clean and tables wiped.

Whole place needs a good clean drive through is well greasy and so is the car park. Toilets also need to be cleaned more food OK though will not use often.

My wife & i visted this week. My 3 pice chicken mneal was lovely, moist & delicious but the zinger chicken my wife had was dry & bland. The server never asked for my KFC bonus card & i find this is likewise in other KFC's hereabouts. The hand dryer in the gents wasn't working & my understanding is that staff supposedly check the toilets hourly. Not this time i think & it wasn't very busy in there.
