Choices in Rhondda Cynon Taf

2 hours late. No correct updates. No way off contacting restaurant. Calls kept being canceled. Update for half an hour said that the food had already been delivered although no where to be seen for a further 20 minutes altogether 2 hours late.

Food was lovely but never got our fries delivered, even after being told we’d get them after telling them we didn’t have them. It’s unfortunate the food is always great but the customer service isn’t the best

As someone who can't eat meant it's not fair to replace a veggie burger with a beef burger. do better next time please

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, had more fat than we did chicken. Also asked for one with fries one with pitta bread, both came with pitta bread. Will not be ordering from here again

My grandson wanted BBQ. Sauce when the meal came he put the sauce all over his food it turned out to be hot chilli sauce meal ruined

ordered 2 x half pounders. received 2 x quarter pounders

Usually this place is top tier but recently has fallen off, last 2 orders have been wrong and quality has seemed to drop

on the menu you have mix wrap which says you have a salad with it.there is no salad in the wrap just the sauce i asked for, if you are not putting salad in the wrap you should not advertise it on the app

the chicken was soggy and bad smell like it was spoiled.

chips and sauce were perfect and i received and extra garlic sauce, chicken was lovely except for the fact it had a little bit of fat on it. seasoned perfectly. came extremely earlier than the time it said which is a bonus in my opinion.

asked for no onions on my burger and they gave me onions. not impressed.

After waiting an hour and 20 minutes, the food was cold and soggy, missing some chicken nuggets and had less chips than usual. I get it's a Friday night and you're busy with other orders but I would rather you had rejected my order than take it on if you weren't able to deliver it in full and at the very least warm. Presumably, it has been travelling around for some time before it was delivered. Very disappointed as it was nice the last time I ordered.

Milkshake was spilt. Hash brown in my burger was not cooked properly.

Love choices will forever have this as my go to place always affordable and food is always lush

Twice we have ordered here now the first time was appalling they said they didn't even see our order came after 2 hours off waiting and orfrrered again this evening my partners chips and sauce was missing and wings instead off chips rung up to be told take to long for driver get there now used to be lovely and bang on every time now it's just terrible deffo won't be coming back

The order was slightly late which really didn’t matter. However the food was not complete , 2 fries missing .. ok can accept but all the food was stone cold ! Don’t accept .. if your busy do not accept any more orders ..

food was delivered before time and nice and hot . chicken was delicious and plenty of it so were the chips and washed down with an ice cold milk shake yummy

the chips where inedible even the dog turned away. they were solid and tasted old.burger was just ok. the garlic bread was burnt and no strawberry flavor in the milkshake what a waste of 33 quid

When the food arrived, all the food was cold. Fries were soggy and not edible. You could tell the food was prepared 30 mins earlier and left on a heater to keep warm. Ordered 4 wings as a side and received 2 drumsticks instead. Best part of the meal was can which was nice and cold!

Normally we have not had a problem with choices, food was late had to ring! The chips were dried up and cold! Pizza was nice but only warm - this won’t stop us ordering again. Chicken wings were really nice

Aside from the long delivery estimate (1hr15) the food was 20 mins later than that, and that's after calling the restaurant. The food was luke warm, at best. The fries were squashed, and like soggy rubber. Really not impressed and left feeling unsatisfied.

ordered for delivery at 16.10 and didn't have it until 17.15 made us late not happy at all.

I placed an order and was given a delivery time of 15.20-15.40, it still wasn’t here at 15.45 but according to the app it had been delivered so I called the restaurant and found out it hadn’t left the restaurant yet, they said it would be 5-10 minutes. It eventually arrived at 16.10. Half an hour late

pizza was held on its side by driver and all toppings and base were squashed to the size of the box. desserts were packed with hot food so they arrived warm, wet & sweating.

I haven’t stopped spewing you chicken up as it wasn’t cooked properly absolutely disgusting

Don't often leave reviews but Choices deserve one. Order here regularly but there was an address problem my end which they corrected on route with no fuss at all. There was a missing part of our order which they could not have sorted quicker or more efficiently. The Texas Burger was the best I've had and a regular order. Will be back for my next takeaway soon.

90% of our delivery orders form here have been very good but this time it was poor. Although delivery was timely, in fact earlier than stated on Just Eat the portions were very poor. The 'large' fries were nothing of the sort, a mere handful just enough to cover the bottom of a large container. The salad was very small portion too, in a very small clear container measuring about 4 ins square & maybe 1.5 ins deep. The chicken shish kebab too was on the light side, i counted just 6 cubes with a dribble of sauce in the container considering the price of some £9 that was a very poor portion too. I have to wonder if this was a Just Eat issue as i've not had such poor portions when i've phoned in an order? Not worth the money this time.

I used to be a regular at this fast food restaurant when I was a student. Popped in for old times sake as not in Wales much nowadays & was overcharged, said there was a new menu coming out & prices incorrect, checked just eat and the prices were the same as the menu which was allegedly incorrect. I am pissed off at such lies & will escalate further.Think that as I was wearing a designer polo shirt & had a nice watch, they thought they could pull a fast one!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with 2 other toppings and there was no pepperoni on the pizza,this made the pizza very disappointing.

I ordered my food at 14:30 and it did not arrive until 16:30. We also had to ring the restaurant as the app was showing it had been delivered at 15:30 when it hadn’t and still took another hour to turn up.

Placed an order on Just eat. Was waiting for it to be delivered and had been waiting a while. Called the restaurant and they said that they hadn't received the order. It wasn’t until my husband handled the phone call that they miraculously found the order and that they hadn't received an update from the driver. I wouldn't order from here again after this experience

Succulent juicy burgers full of flavour,fresh tasting salad and a subtle but sweet relish. Definitely order again.

Simply class. Get a fudge brownie milkshake too. Yum.

Great burgers and great kebabs ( just ask for extra sauce has found kebabs sometimes a little dry Great burger meal I recommend the 1/2 pounder
