Such a lovely kind and friendly man served me today. I had a warming lemon and ginger tea with added honey - good quality tea also a banana which was fresh , a good healthy option. A clean and well run cafe / a real asset for Southampton train station.

Great, well cooked breakfast that arrived promptly. Good service as usual. It was busy as usual but lots of seating and all in an amazing garden centre. Well recommended.

After booking, the staff appeared to be very unprofessional, half hour before the booking for manicures, massage and pool, it was cancelled so a very disappointed group of people

If you are looking for a fish shop that does the greasiest chips, fish with the softest soggy batter and the wateriest curry sauce that you have ever experienced then this is the plaice for you. We had had a very busy day and we decided to have fish and chips and we chose this chippy. What a mistake. It was that bad that I swore that it was the last time that I am having fish and chips.

I ordered 4 jacket potatoes for kids (adult size only available) plus full breakfast and also wanted fish and chips for kids- wasn't available. Young woman charched me for jacket potatoes and full breakfast first then... she said I could have a chicken nuggets instead of fish and chips - I said OK... She wasn't sure how to add chicken nuggets to the bill so she would charge me first for jacket potatoes and breakfast the we will sort the rest- yes no problem... The I ordered a chicken nuggets - there supposed to be a free kids meal with every adult meal over £4.5!- surprise- she said she can't doit now because she already charged me for adults meals!- are you joking? We were just talking about it! But she didn't know what to do with it- I said OK let's leave it , I will pay. On the menu states that with kids meals there is a fruit and a drink for free- she said I am not allowed that because its only allowed if you get a kids meal for free with an adult meal!! I was boiling at the time but... I showed her the menu and said that in the menu says - fruit and drink with every kids meal- she started to rolling her eyes, told me that's she doesn't care and I am not getting it and I can speak to the manager if I want and walked away...OMG:) MORRISONS it was the worst experience ever... unpleasant staff, zero customer service and horrible attitude. On the positive note food was OK

Por desgracia yo creo que la gestión ha cambiado en el pasado reciente. La comida solía ser genial cuando el Cornwall Proyecto estaba allí, pero desde que dejaron, la comida ha sido muy deficiente, a la par con las comidas de la escuela.

Second visit hoped it had improved but it hasn’t carvery needs a lot of improvement roast potatoes we’re dire and gravy very thick .server not very welcoming. Both my brother and I used the toilets which were not very clean intents floor filthy. Will or go gain or recommend.

I don’t understand the negative reviews And people complaining about cost of a coffee The Sale Branch dose not set the price of coffee or snacks sold Cost do that ! We stopped going into this Costa when previous management were there as they were rude and cleanliness of tea pots were disgusting when we complained the Old manager said and I quote I would not come in here also !! The NEW MANAGER and staff are a breath of fresh air they treat every customer as though they are the only customer very welcoming and the shop is now very clean so wats not to like Great New team , great SERVICE and served with a welcoming smile Thank you to the NEW MANAGER and staff for putting things right

The food and drink were very tasty, but I'd like to praise the staff. We went on a Saturday morning, and there were four young girls working. They were all so friendly, whilst being good at their work, and very efficient. They made the place a really happy place. Well done girls!

I walked in behind two of my friends, who wandered straight in without being asked to show their covid pass. Obviously I then presumed he wouldn’t ask me to show mine and I continued to follow them in. He then, rudely, says “Don’t think you can just swan in here just because you look good, show me your covid pass”. An unnecessary and rude comment to make. I hope you’ll teach them how to respectfully speak to people for future reference.

Went completely downhill! Used to be a favourite for pizza as my daughter is fussy and for years they made it perfectly for her. With little sauce & little cheese. Since the new owners it's been hit or miss but she definitely wont eat the pizza! They dont do thin base anymore and cant accommodate. There's been a few issues with food over last few months including tastless recorded jumbo sausage, very small portion size! And forgetting things. Like I said it's a hit or miss. Iv had a bad day and thought it was Wednesday as town house chip shop is closed on a Wednesday. I ordered here tonight, wrong decision. I should of checked the day! Our pizza was soggy! Tastless jumbo sausage and a smoked sausage that I don't even have words to describe! Even if they remembered to add sauce and salt it wouldnt of helped the green chips. Will never ever be back here... Don't waste your money! £19 ill never get back, it all went in the bin...9tu799i080889p

We had vouchers for afternoon tea with prosecco ,a special present.when we arrived we had to wait for 20 minutes in the lounge and had to tell the concierge that nobody had spoken to us.The room was really cold ,when we asked to be moved to another part of room we were told that it was colder in the other room.the afternoon tea was really very poor and we will not be back.

Never go here. We had to queue for 45mins just to get our food. Which was total disorganised chaos. Once we got our food, my son the was continually sick for the next 24hours. He didn’t had have bug so had to be the food!
