Arrived for dinner. No prior booking. Seated quickly. Dog welcomed with water and treats. Nice menu. Friendly service. Wine expensive. Felt a little cramped in bar area, we were keen to move on

We came here for dinner and all I can say is the food was outstanding! Taste sensation. We were very well looked after by the waitressing staff as well — well done!

Ordered a small breakfast. I had one taste of the hashbrown and grease seeped onto my mouth. I cut a small piece of bacon and took on mushroom and they were full of grease. I left the whole thing. On the way out I complained to the girl who took my order at the till. She said 'sorry about that, I will ket them know'. No offer of refund or even a chat with the owner. I had breakfast there about a year ago and it wasn't greasy. Maybe a change in cooking methods or change in chef.

Great restaurant serving exceptional Chinese dishes. Never visited before, wanted a restaurant near the train station I was being picked up from and this was on our way home. Ordered crispy duck for two with pancakes and hoi sin, followed by two more dishes and rice. Lots of choice of drinks. Owner came over and chatted to us, very friendly atmosphere, would certainly recommend and if we are in the area again definitely visit.

Louise cooked dinner for eight of us at the Five Turrets in Selkirk. It was a family celebration and as we were having drinks and nibbles Louise arrived with minimal disruption. Louise cooked, served us at the table and then cleared away leaving the kitchen space perfectly clean and tidy. The food was amazing! The Beef Wellington cooked to perfection. The experience for us was wonderful. Restaurant quality food in a relaxed 'home' setting. Thank you Louise and thanks to the Five Turrets for the recommendation.

Great pub with a great atmosphere

Lovely food, staff and atmosphere. Beautifully presented. A good choice to make up our afternoon tea. The hot chocolate was the best I have ever tasted.

Place appeared to be closed up. Details on TripAdvisor wrong went mid week and it does not look like it's been open any time recently.

Food and drinks amazing rooms are gorgeous can be a bit noisy in room 2 but above all stunning

Great food. The breakfast is quite big, with good quality ingredients. For lunch arrive early as it fills up quick. Free parking on the streets nearby or the Waitrose car park (never had to pay there).

Great food, on par with the Royal Hotel, Ventnor but very slow service. Sat down at 1pm. Starter arrived at 1.30, main arrived at 2pm.

Planning a trip from northwest England just to visit this place again! truly exceptional

I must say. I've been all around the uk having fish and chips. This place is lush. Its in my top 3. My only criticism would be. Use different curry sauce. You would be number 2. But apart from that when we are off to Devon from now on. We will be popping in.

We had the most fantastic extended family dinner at the Dining Room. The food was exceptional, the service delightful and the wine delicious. Si and his team bent over backwards to make it a truly special evening and we are super grateful. This restaurant is 100% the best on the Llyn and is one of our favourites anywhere.
