We decided to come here as we saw how many great reviews they had and it did not disappoint! We came on a Thursday evening as we knew they did carvery’s! That carvery was one of the best I’ve ever had! Everything on the plate I loved! We will defo be back when we come to visit again. We were made to feel very welcome and to the lovely couple that run the buisness Thankyou again! From The carrot lover 😉

Me and my husband came here a couple of months ago for a meal for my birthday. We had the 7 course menu and it was delicious! This is our second time here and it's such a treat. Really lovely fancy food, but in a relaxed setting. We had a window seat and it was lovely looking out onto Bristol. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasting menu in Bristol! Please reopen soon! We miss your delightful restaurant, and travel to Harrogate especially! Can't fault anything at this restaurant and keep checking socials to see where/when you will be relocating. Any info yet please?

Wonderful place! Went for a birthday meal with family, food and service was amazing! It was busy but we didn't have to shout to hear eachother. Food was done perfectly and arrived fairly quickly, 100% would recommend to friends and will definitely be returning soon.

Went with my wife and another couple for a birthday meal. Booked in advance and table was ready on arrival. Set menu had reasonable selection which suited different choices. Food was great and served reasonably quickly after ordering. All enjoyed and would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a gem of a hotel. The welcome we received was lovely and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We popped in for coffee and we enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely fire and surroundings. We intend to return and stay over.

Visited today and we can't wait to visit again. Quirky little tea room with delicious food! We had the Vera Lynn afternoon tea and the Winston Churchill afternoon tea. The sandwiches were served on thick bloomer and the scones were to die for .

The ladies working here are so lovely. I had pancakes with bacon and banana. It was delicious! Had some cinnamon tea which was very nice.

A group of 10 of us had brunch here on a Sunday morning. The staff & owner were very welcoming and looked after us. The food was all made fresh and was beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Wow! What a hidden gem! Easily accessible (husband in a wheelchair), amazing food (those onion rings!😍), friendly service. Had to ask for a doggy bag for the leftovers. We will definitely be back.
