The Oasis Cafe in North West Leicestershire

Really nice people, lovely ambience. Ordered an oasis breakfast, food was cooked to high standard but was ruined by by the bacon coming buried and covered in tomatoes and beans which were all mixed in to each other.

Staff are friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to help. Food has always been well cooked and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I'll say up front that I have volunteered here occasionally in the past, but this is purely a honest customer review. Tables are spaced out more than pre-lockdown, screen and sanitizing on entrance with qr code for the 'app.' Wait to be shown to table which is then 'table-service' done well spaced. Food as always is prepared to order and is flavour-some, well presented and keenly priced. Breakfast cob of bacon, mushrooms and poached egg was excellent and the chocolate-orange cheesecake wonderful.

Wonderfull people and exerlent food

We had a great lunch, the staff were very helpful. The atmosphere of the cafe was happy and relaxing. We will definitely be returning.

Great Cafe! Food great and really good value. I didn't realise this was a community cafe until my partner mentioned it so they help out with the local community and you can support those less fortunate in providing gifted drinks/meals.

A brilliant little community cafe. Lovely coffees and lovely staff. Cafe Pause on a Friday morning is a much needed group for parents and is a pleasure to attend.

Just like it's name, an Oasis! Calm space to enjoy a cuppa and a chat.

We went for my brothers birthday this morning for a breakfast. We were able to sit out in the garden which was lovely and sunny. The food is really tasty and homemade, and excellent value. The full English was really nice! Definitely worth a visit!

First time visiting the oasis cafe the first thing you noticed is how clean bright and spacious it is. Plenty of room to move around which is a bonus for people with mobility problems. I can really say that the food was excellent and all home made also very reasonably priced. Most of the people working there are volunteers they made you very welcome and nothing was too much trouble I would certainly recommend to friends and hopefully visit again myself.

Great home cooked food and delicious cakes

Excellent place - lovely home cooked food, very clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and eager to help, especially doing special small, adapted portions for my little grandson. He enjoys playing with the Lego as well!

What a breakfast you get at this place. The sausages are the best that I've ever tasted and the service exceptional. Everything is cooked fresh and it is a delightful place
