Great breakfast sandwiches highly recommend

Great service, friendly staff serving one of the best coffees in England. We have been on a crusade to find a decent coffee in England for weeks and finally found somewhere that takes pride in their product and delivers an excellent product. The cakes and slices were also excellent and numerous.

My wife and I had a couple of hot sandwiches, a scotch egg and a coffee. We were able to sit in - there are a few seats in the window. Lots of options, friendly staff, definitely recommend.

Used N0 11 Deli for small Wake of 21 on Jan 2nd.Even though a lot of Business still shut and it being the Delis 1st day Liza and Team put together a superb buffet for us, fresh wraps Sandwiches ,sausage rolls, pork pie all lovely and Fresh. Thank-you No 11 Deli you are an asset to the village.x

Found this place whilst passing through. They are listed on The Extra Mile website which has a directory of alternatives to motorway services, but that are not too much of a detour. Take a look at a map and you'll see this is mighty close to the M1, so very much an option for something different if you're on a long journey through the Midlands. Really lovely staff and produce! I had a coffee, which was very much decent, and breakfast of toast, poached eggs and avo to eat in. They also do sandwiches, food and drinks to takeaway which all looked very good. Will come back!

These cobs might be a bit expensive, but the fillings are absolutely superb! Definitely worth it once in a while to spoil yourself!

This is a lovely deli/bakery/coffee house. Really welcoming and lovely to chat to. Sausage rolls were amazing and lovely atmosphere inside. Fab place and will definitely be returning to sample the whole menu 👍👍

Lovely deli with local food. Great sandwiches and good coffee for a good price! Make sure to buy some chocolate as well as they are delicious! Also, cakes are available as well. A lot of choice in this small deli.

We use No.11 for lunch platters when we have meetings etc at work. I’ve been fortunate enough to be in the office for a few lunch meetings in the past week and the food is always delicious and varied. The assortment of sandwich fillings are different each time, as are the other savoury pastries and snacks. We also get a mix of chocolate slices which are equally tasty. Food is very well presented and always delivered in good time.

Organised some food as we had someone visiting our offices with strict allergies. They not only prepared, but also labelled it all correctly so we knew she could eat safely. Thanks.

Went for a sit in breakfast didn’t tell me it was an extra £1.50 on top of the 6.50 I had already paid, also very average breakfast and cheap sausages.Never again

This place is fantastic, it's not the biggest, and it doesn't have a bewildering selection on offer, but what it does have is quality. You can have breakfast cobs, fancy sausage rolls, the best filled cobs with an array of different fillings on your choice of bread. Jams, chutneys, pickles, there's tea, coffee, soft drinks and smoothies, cakes and desserts too. If you haven't been before you're missing out, go and you won't be disappointed.

What a great find we wanted a brekkie on way to Donington Superbikes all the usual cabins were closed on the way so we thought we’d try Castle Donington and found this gem, great service , quality food, great value …. Make this your breakfast stop you won’t regret it

Do not have the superfood salad as they serve it with uncooked quinoa. This makes the salad tasteless and inedible. Checked on google is it safe to eat uncooked quinoa and only if its soaked and sprouted and this wasn't. Should have taken a photo before I threw it away.

Very nice deli with a great varied menu.

Ask for no butter on my sandwich due to being able to have it...however I got home and it was covered in butter. the bag even said no butter on it. no good for people with food allergies.

We have been using the Deli for years for our Friday treats and they have just done us the most amazing work Christmas breakfast, taking our individual orders for over 30 people and labelling them individually! Cannot wait for more yummy food in 2022!!!

Me and my family love this place for lunch. Everything they make tastes amazing but my go to is a tuna melt panini, black americano (the coffee is divine) and a Belgian chocolate flapjack. My son loves the pies and they will warm them up for you to eat on the go and the sausage rolls are to die for. A must visit for a very decent lunch!

After being to over 200 sandwich shops around the country this is far and above one of the best. Definitely in the top 5. Amazing locally sourced produce with a touch of class. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Lovely food, took my daughter to get some food to eat in a picnic. The cobs were full with fillings. Fast services, especially for saying we are in a pandemic! Definitely will be returning to get more delicious food.

No 11 Deli is a slightly higher price than your average Deli however you get what you pay for . The food is always exciting and inviting. Taste is fresh and beautifully packaged . Consistently good food and wonderful service x

We are so lucky, as we live in a nearby village, so No11 Deli is always a must to call in whenever we are in Castle Donington The interior of the shop is a treasure trove of delightful goodies, a food lovers paradise. Whether you buy products of the shelves, are the fabulous array of freshly made food you will not be disappointed. By the way, the staff are pretty great themselves

I’ve bought lunch from here twice now whilst working in Castle Donington and there’s nowhere like it. For just over £5 I got the tastiest, freshest salad (price of a Subway salad) but here it’s so fresh and with so much choice. Added to the normal salad, I had couscous, potato salad, pesto pasta, chicken and sun dried tomatoes. The healthiest lunch imaginable. Last time I had the most delicious chicken pasta bake. Eat here! Seriously! Graham

Mediocre. Looks twee but very little substance in terms of genuinely gourmet knowledge. Lots of bottles and jars that can be picked up at any wholesale. Shame - there are so many genuinely gifted producers in the area. Missed a trick.

Live revolves around eating, we never tire of it . Here’s one of those pieces of advice not to be ignored. If you fly from East Midlands airport be early and FIND THIS PLACE . The location is superb , the staff are incredible, the food is fantastic. We holiday in minorca and arrive at our accommodation 23.00 . Not much is open at that time .Our routine is to buy some beautifully prepared sandwiches from here and eat them by the sea in the late evening heat ( bottle of wine to hand). It’s a great start to our holiday. 😎.

No. 11 deli also does outside catering for large or small events and Liza provided a fabulous buffet for 25 guests in our home on Sunday. Everyone commented on the quality and presentation of the food. A big thank you Liza for helping to make our day a memorable one and providing such delicious food. No. 1 caterer!

Was taken here by colleagues on a rare trip to Castle Donington. Wide menu choice. Was spoilt for choice but settled on a jacket potato and tuna. Was well prepared and still hot when I returned to the office with the take away.

Went here today for the second time after visiting a couple of weeks ago.The food and the service is excellent.

I frequent Number 11 a lot o we the last year, as I can getting double pushchair in and leave it while I get my treat/lunch/coffee as there’s space for it not to be i the way.

Called in for a coffee and quickly decided on early lunch. Black coffees, sausage cob cheese and pickle (great) and Tuna cob (great). Lovely choice of food to purchase. People watching by the window. Staff friendly and helpful. Will go again.

Great choice and superb quality -grab a lazy weekend breakfast cob or lunch time freshly made sandwiches, cobs, jackets etc Great panini menu too not to be matched anywhere. Be warned though you will buy more than you went in for such a great choice of unique things to purchase.

Liza and her team are wonderful and the sandwiches and hot food options for lunch are great. There is an endless choice for corporate lunch platters. This is our go to choice for breakfast and lunch these days. Thanks for keeping the standards so high!

Lovely local village deli with fabulous friendly staff. The sandwiches are always freashly made (I suggest you get here early if you want something specific as items usually run out) but the staff are always happy to offer an alternative. The sandwich of the month is always a good shout. The deli is also packed with locally sourced meats, pies, cheeses etc. A little gem in Castle Donington, I am very very lucky to have it on my doorstep.
