You will meet one of most talented and friendly bartender Ivan (or Evan). I had a great conversation and got a chance to learn about the cockatiels he made for me. I just had a chicken cherar and it was good too. The size of the portion was bigger than I expected. I loved the background music. I’d love to go there again.

Not that busy on a Saturday at 8.30pm. No one came over to take our orders, had to get up and walk over to member of staff who was chatting to her colleague. Mumbled apology. Food very nice, no one came to check if we were happy with our choices or ask if we needed anything else. So we paid via the app and left!

Exceedingly disappointed after trying Malik's for the first time, and will be avoiding this in future. Not only was the service ridiculously slow with over 40 mins between courses, the seating was cramped, and the attitude of the head waiter towards other staff was unpleasant. The food is overpriced for the quality of what you receive, and food arrived over salted with so much ghee it left a bad taste for the rest of the evening. Considering we didn't have any drinks, over £100 for 3 people seemed a bit excessive for the poor quality and service. Not for us and overall an unhappy experience in a poorly run establishment.

A very nice quirky restaurant located in ampthill town centre, good options on tue menu and the food was very nice…I ordered a chilli garlic king prawns dish and a chilli chiken dish arrived 🤷♂️ I could of made a fuss but as it took ages to turn up I wasn’t keen on sitting around for another 45mins so I ate it. Also we asked for water for the table four times and it never arrived, my guest ordered a rosé spritzer and it turned up with no lemonade 🤦🏼♂️ Aside from these minor issues the food was very good (esp the prawns 🙄) but the service was very hit & miss.
