My friends kids brought in Macdonalds to the establishment as they didn’t want to Wagamamas. The manager approached us and said that the kids were not allowed to eat the food in the restaurant. Ok I get it , but there was no need to threaten us to leave if we didn’t comply with their rules. The Manager could not handle the situation properly so sent another member of staff to warn us. They had zero patience for us to explain to the kids and zero customer service skills. My friend sent her kids outside the restaurant to finish off their food. We ended up waiting for a bit until I asked if anyone was going to serve us. We were told that the Manager asked the staff not to serve us until the kids had stopped eating their food. We felt like we had to plead to eat there. Never again.

I have order extra toppings worth 3.50 but I got chicken and prawns less than the actual quantity. When I called restaurant they asked to call Deliveroo but the Deliveroo rejected for refund. Restaurant check the order before packing but I don’t know why they missed to check.

Agreed with below....the customer service from the manager was poor she clearly couldn't handle the situation and a poor excuse of my kids can't eat the McDonald's due to allergies. She didn't even have the decency to tell us herself that we had to leave but instead she sends her staff to do it and when we asked to speak to her she wouldn't even come over just hid away...eventually they decided to let us stay. They are kids for goodness sake who were hungry and were doing no harm finishing there burger and fries.. Very disgusting behaviour from the staff today...what is this world coming to I think people have gone nuts and have no kindness these days. Hide it or leave they said Infront of my 2 young kids.... absolutely shocking!!!

It had been a LONG while since I’d been to a Wagas, and this was a very pleasant surprise. The menu is comprehensive but easy to follow, and the bench seats are now padded with the chance of NOT having to sit with strangers. I had a ramen and it was hot, tasty and delicious. Add in the very good service and easy way to pay and I can say I’ll be back!

Came here for lunch and downloaded the app that had offers. Before I could make the payment online shakeeb very slyly got the bill and made me pay physically and not online. When I asked him I’m unable to checkin online and get the stamp, he said u can’t as u paid physically. Kudos to Wagamama for training the waiter ahakeeb like this. Not coming back again

I have been to Wagamama before but this store in Ealing was not my best experience, I don't eat spicy food and I have asked the waitress if a specific dish was spicy as was written that had spices, so I wasn't sure and I have been told that no is not spicy, I end up have my friends food. Not very good experience and I can't say I'm going back even though I like wagamama

Looked at the website and says the closing time for Sunday is 10pm , drove 22min and it was closed and closing time on the door says 9pm . Two members of the staff male and female colleague talking , completely ignores me standing front of the door eventually after knocking female staff comes over and reluctantly says closed. When I said website says 10pm , she just says we will change it ,the attitude of both staff so rude , no customer care at all. Website still shows 10pm close time on Sunday.

We used to dine here often buy recently it has become a take away place. All deliveroo and Uber drivers are prioritised over eat-in customers. We waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Take away drivers are coming in every second and it is quite distracting, especially if you’re sitting by the door. Foodwise, I think quality used to be better. Chilly Squid wasn’t cooked well and was rubbery and cold. My chicken dish was also cold. I don’t think we will be visiting any time soon.

A disappointing visit. After ordering two meals and tap water, only one of the meals arrived and we sat and waited a long while before we realised the other meal wasn't arriving. Only after calling on a waiter, did they tell us they made a mistake and we'd have to wait 10 minutes for the second meal to be cooked, letting the other one go cold. The tap water didn't arrive until I asked them again. It was an odd atmosphere, as there seemed to be a lot of members of staff but not much organisation (they said the manager took our order - he did not). The food was okay, but not worth the price, wait and awkward interactions.

WOW.....very disappointed indeed. Its a shame really. I am an adult and being treated like a child was absolutely uncalled for by the staff. I have lived with food allergies all my life, and I think by now, I know what I can and not eat. I only choose the food I can eat without any out breaks and to be told what I can and not eat is unacceptable. Very disappointed and will never go back. Being treated like a child was very disrespectful. Very bad experience and would not recommend anyone with food allergies to eat at this establishment. Awful experience, especially when I was there two weeks ago and had no issues at all. Everything went smoothly, but this time was very disappointing. One day you're ok and the next your not. Madness.

Me and my husband went to Wagamama in Ealing on Saturday and we waited 15 mins till we got noticed …and there was no queue .. when we did get noticed the Girl I believe who served us Was called Maria and she looked at us looked but finished what she doing then came to me and she looked very moody not even a smile hardly. She took our order and even when the food came out it was one by one with starters and it was bit bland and when we asked the waitress for empty glass she got one and put it down harshly on the table .. I understand that it can be a long day and tiring but as a customer a smile and politeness goes a long way. Really was not happy with the service and the waitress could have been more approachable. We Will not be going there again! Standards have dropped a lot as Ealing Wagamama was much better before!

My husband’s food was brought to the table mixed with some unappetising ‘blobs’ which even the waitress who was unable to identify. Consequently we asked for a change of order, which took nearly 40 minutes to be served. Throughout the wait, a couple of waiters walked by, half smiling an apology, which was more of an insult to our ruined dinner than anything else. Would have been so much better to do their job properly! Overall, terrible service, the place is noisy and the food low quality.

Disappointing visit to Wagamama. Our food came and we waited ages for our drinks. I asked and then had to wait to ask for a green tea refill as there was no staff around. My main came before my starter, which I know often happens in Wagamama. But I could see my bang bang cauliflower sitting on the counter for a good five minutes before anyone brought it over so it was luke warm. My last few visits to different Wagamamas have all been the same, good food, poor service. Drinks should come out asap, not ages after food arrives. The couple sitting to my right waited ages for a Miso soup! I know it's a Saturday, but the branch wasn't too busy. Staff could be seen over in the Uber Eats area, just chatting. Frustrating and disappointing.

We had the best food and service in the Ealing Wagamamas this evening that we’ve had in years! Really attentive and friendly staff, and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. There is a lot of Deliveroo action in there, but it has been separated really cleverly, and has zero impact on the speed of service. It really was exceptional.

Customer Service needs attention ! I decided to visit for the second time and give them a chance, unfortunately one Sunday at 9:30 pm they said :they don't serve anymore. so I arrived yesterday, Thursday, at 8:30 p.m., I got a menu, asked for water..for the next 15 minutes no one was interested in taking the order, I decided to ask a passing waiter if I could order, then he took out his notebook and took the order, he came back and changed the table number on my card. after over 45 minutes my order was still not there, I asked the manager for the boy's name and to check if he had sent the order. After another 5 minutes, Ryan waiter who took the order came and instead of apologizing that he forgot, he claimed that they had a lot of orders on Deliveroo. I left hungry after an hour and I didn't even hear an apology. I give this place a poor rating, no section, no system in the place no one pays attention to the person sitting alone without food, where there are 5 tables occupied in the rest, the manager does not even exist in the room, poor service and unfortunately I did not manage to eat here for the second time.

Are here with 2 others on the 28th of September 2023. Food ordered was firecracker prawns, chicken raisukaree, and Some type of noodles. Is this the start of the slow death of Wagamana's Wow the chilli squid, what have they done, it was nasty. Will never order again. The one dish I have always order for years. I asked the stuff why it was so bad they said it's changed and it's all prepared off site now. So it seems that Wagamana have chosen speed and cost over quality. Like a few others the trend now seems to be fast food for the delivery services. The conversation with people and stuff last night was all about loosing customers. It's a real shame to see restaurants going this way.

We are Wagamama obsessed, and dine at the Ealing branch regularly however yesterday lunchtime was an unusually off-putting experience hence the review. The starters were overcooked and oilier than usual. The mains were bland and lukewarm, as though some seasoning was missing. The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being very quiet and full of staff, it took 40 minutes to receive our mains and there were hardly any customers! Overall, staff were friendly but the service and food was terrible on this occasion. We would usually dine here regularly, but this experience has unfortunately put us off for a while.

Table was sticky. When raised someone turned up to wipe it over, after his service table remain sticky. Served cold dumplings. Main dish arrived earlier than starter. Staff look tired and unprofessional except one young woman. I believe kitchen chef did a great job. If you looking to spend £100 for two and get quality service you will be disappointed. Just one lady, I think Natalie from Poland went over everything again and sorted those issues, went beyond and above and recommended us meals that have been very very tasty after all. My partner said, this was the 3rd and last time we went to Wagamama as I’ve experienced those continuously.

Just like the Windsor site, it is so good. The food was incredible. I ordered a Yasi Katsu Curry, and the sweet potato fries were so good! They were really crispy and delicious. The rice was nice and sticky, the curry was really nice as well. The salad was very nice as well, with the dressing providing a nice taste. The aubergine fry was better than I thought, and it was amazing.

Tried the vegan chicken noodle soup..loved the vegan chicken strips; the noodles were soaked in flavours 😙 the fact that the restaurant popular, and they still made the service fast and polite, which is brilliant and fit well with the atmosphere. Been in Ealing ordered chilli chicken ramen as this option isn't available on deliveroo, got home there isn't chilli in my ramen!!!! Terrible experience, gone to the shop and not getting all ingredients I paid for!I ordered the whole thing for the chilli and that's what I haven't got!!!

It was my first time trying Japanese cuisine. I chose something I thought I'll enjoyed. I didn't. It was loaded with carrot and a leafy vegetable that I didn't like. And the chicken was dry. I should have tried the curry. I did enjoy the rice, though. I could have had just that with some sauce or gravy.

UPDATE: cha han redesigned.. what an awful receipe. They totally messed it up. Shame. ORIGINAL: Somehow cha han always oversalted and with unwashed onion springs- always taste the soil or sand. It's not the first time and gross. Hoping management after seeing this review will introduce a proper veg washing system.

Fuimos buscando un sitio con opciones para celíacos. Nos sorprendió muy gratamente al tener menú sin gluten con bastantes opciones. Servicio muy agradable y comida con buen sabor. Nos defraudó que lo que pedimos como entrantes llegará cuando los demás ya habían comido la mitad de su plato... Supongo que al pedir los entrantes sin gluten tardarán más de lo normal.

This is a solid Wagamama. Does everything you want it to. The waiting staff are quick, efficient and lovely. The food is fast and fresh. I eat in wagamamas generally when I’m on my own as the communal table layout works fine for a solo diner and this is one of the branches that is most comfortable when on your own. Top marks.

I've been to this wagamama branch on several occasions but I find that the food is quite hit or miss.When it first opened, the food was great but more recently it's bland. I chose to eat here for my birthday and was very disappointed. I had to drown my food in chilli oil and soy sauce for some flavour and so did my friends. I don't think I'll be back in a hurry.

Tasty Asian food! The place has a great atmosphere. Open kitchen where you can see the chefs make the dishes. The food served quite fast, and the waiters are nice and pleasant. Recommend you to visit.

Ordered take away on deliveroo but my favourite chilli chicken ramen wasn't available to order on the menu also the wok-fried greens was missing.Can you add it back to the menu please?! As the grilled chicken ramen isn't that tasty... And noodles were overcooked too soggy.
