just want to thank haru although i had a once in a blue moon issue with their food...they have been understanding and catered to my needs...fully co operative and based on customer is always right...love these guys there sushi is bang on

first order in this restaurant. food was good but unfortunately gyoza were missing. I asked for a refund. very pleasant people on the phone. I think I will reorder.

Then took another twenty minutes to deliver remaining of the order, as they forgot to bring all the food.

really tasty! we loved the gyoza and chicken wings. delivery was very slow, but assume this was an error as it was so delayed.

Excellent fresh food. Delicious, every single menu item received. 10/10. Highly recommended.

The food was very nice I really enjoy it. The only issue was delivery time ; I ordered and after I had a message saying “we added 30min to your delivery time”. I will order again as the quality of the food worth it but I hope it will be not too long, thanks.

deserts were great, sashimi not so much ebii katsu curry was nice

The tonkatsu udon ramen was delicious. Do yourself a favour and get the extra charsu pork-it's fatty, bursting with flavour and one portion will disappear quickly! The broth deserves praises, it's rich, flavourful, tasty to the boot. Little extra salt to my liking but that's my preference. Food was served in thoughtful packages to keep broth and noodles separate. Food portiiyare generous and was very warm when it arrived and could be eaten as is. The only criticism I'll make is the Singapore noodles- was more like spicy noodles and I suggest the chef revise the recipe. Would definitely order from here again.

Sushi was good, nice variety and good flavour. Sashimi was a bit chunky and fat. Gyozas were really tasty. Food arrived on time, meaning 1hour after we ordered.

The restaurant seems to have forgotten my wasabi :(

Haru Sushi has a absolute gem in their chef. The ramen is as good if not better than the central London ramen joints lauded by Time Out and the press. Top stars for giving us the choice between chicken or pork stock, and to be able to add extras to the ramen dishes. The flavours are excellent and deeply satisfying, it shows a kitchen that cares about good cooking and giving of their best. A real credit to Just Eat and a privilege to be able to enjoy their food. Thank you!

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times and always been happy with the food and the service. However, this evening I was extremely disappointing. I've never had a worse Pad Thai in my whole life. I'm not even sure it can be called Pad Thai. it was extremely dry, only two pieces of prawns, some uncooked chunky pieces of green pepper and I'm almost certain the noodles were Italian tagliatelle

My favourite delivery sushi! Only please next time make sure that you separate hot dumplings box from sushi box as this way sushi becomes warm and it's not nice. This is why I leave 2 stars for service

The food was of a fairly good standard but the fact i had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for expected hour waiting time ruined it for me and part of the order was missing!

Food was very tasty And good quality. Delivery was on time.Nice Ramen dish which wasnt too salty which was really nice. Tori katsu was also good. No grease or oil so bonus points for sure. Everything was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this place oh and a bonus I got two slices of cake whereas I only ordered one :) thanks! Will certainly order again.

I'm very disappointed in my take away. I was very hungry and I had not eaten much throughout the day. The prawn green curry wasn't much a Prawn green curry as there was only 1 prawn throughout the curry and everything was filled with potatoes. The sushi was very dry and the salad.. I don't even wanna begin to explain how terrible it was. It was the first time I have ordered from sumo sushi but definitely last time. I feel horrible that I spent so much money and had not eaten my food. But other than that the delivery was on time. Perhaps they extremely rushed throughout my order.

I ordered a Katsu Curry and only got the Katsu - no curry sauce. Also, my Chicken Teriyaki was drenched in sauce.

Food quality would of been 6 as everything was great apart from the spicy chicken wings, the mix with the wings was great but the wing were so over cooked all the meat had shrivelled, wish i could take a pic. On the plus side rang the restaurant and was given a discount on my next order. I would order again and the restaurant took my problems on bored. Thanks

This is the third time that I have ordered sushi from here and while I cannot fault the quality of the food the service and the time taken awaiting delivery has been a joke. I would think very carefully about ordering from this restaurant as the delivery time will take around double what you were told, orders can be mixed up and staff won't even issue a simple apology. Not impressed.

Not ordering from them again, the food was good but the delivery took ages and when the food arrived the sushi had been thrown all over the place. I pointed this out to the driver who didn't even apologise but insisted it was just the sauce. Simply unacceptable.

The food wasn't great quality. Chilli squid was essentially just a load of fried garlic and the teriyaki chicken wasn't great as the chicken was dry.

Excellent sushi, but immensely disappointed in the lack of communication displayed by the restaurant on several occasions. Delivery time was adjusted by the establishment, yet a 30+ minute delay occurred outside of the alteration without being informed or excused by the driver or restaurant (bear in mind this place charges a £2-£4 delivery fee). It's a pity their high quality of food and reasonable prices isn't in par with their service.

The food was absolutely great but driver got lost twice and almost delivered the food to another address. 2h wait is not ideal.

Some food from my order was missing

Called the restaurant straight away after they delivered the food because they forgot my YUZU CHEESECAKE worth £3.50. The guy who's dealing with it told me that they will include it with my next order which I didnt agree because we only ordered once every few months. He then told my boyfriend to call JUST EAT and they will refund the money back to me but I PAID CASH so just eat will never refund the money back to us. He said that the driver finish at 10:30pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT so they can't do anything about it. Then my boyfriend just asked if the driver is working next day and he said yes.. so we asked him if the driver can just come back and bring back the money we paid for cheesecake and he said OK. Its has been 5days now and till now the driver still didnt come to give us the refund.

The restaurant had electricity problems and rang me to say that they'll be late and apologised. Food is really amazing and the people are really nice :) thanks, sumo

Food is normally very good (except the odd I assign the fish can be slightly frozen).Today the food was delicious. . Delivery time was over an hour late which was disappointing and worrying when sushi is involved though

Amazing quality food, as always.

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant. They never let you down. Try their platters and their Green Tea cheesecakes. Their noodles are to die for. Keep up with the great job you are doing!

The tonkotsu ramen was exceptional, comforting and melt in the mouth. Felt the squid was a little on the burnt side and would have benefited from more chilli and less of the mixed peppers which flavour wise weren't the best match. Kimchi was yum. Will definitely reorder!

Although delivery time was OK, it was too expensive for this amount/quality of food (2x Haru Selection). Next time I'll go for Itsu or Wasabi - though they don't have delivery, but for £32 I'd get at least 3 biggest sushi sets which serve 2 or even 3 people.

Fantastic take away. Has quickly become a firm favourite in this house. Delivery can be on the long side but were quite a way from the restaurant. Food is always piping hot and super tasty highly reccomend the katsu curry

What can be said about this restaurant? It's perfect. If you like Japanese food, in Ealing, this is THE place

El restaurante parece un poco en mal estado y deteriorado. Te sugiero que traigas tu propio chopstics como del restaurante no son las mejores. Sin embargo, la comida es estupenda, el pescado es fresco y el personal es muy hospitalario. En el momento (julio de 2016), que están dando el 30% para las comidas entre las 12:00 y a las 17, así que es muy barato.

Absolutely fantastic. The food was hot, tasty and delivered quickly. The kasu curry was absolutely amazing and my partner really enjoyed the sushi.

The food should have been delivered at 8.40pm, idelivered at 9.15 - we called the delivery company twice who have told us the delivery driver is "just around the corner" 25 minutes ago, and "1 minute away". It arrived 10 minutes after being one minute away. The singapore noodles were burnt.

Sushi was good value for money, miso soup was great.Chuka Wakame was not enough for the price.Delivery took long even for a friday night. Would order again when looking for good value that's not too pricey.

I ordered the food around 7.45 pm. Got the order in the bag email at 8.00pm, the delivery was meant to happen by 8.45pm. I didn't get the food until 9.25pm... Even though my order says it was delivered at 9.00om here at the top of this review page. It wasn't. In fact, that's when I called the restaurant wondering where my food is, at which point I was put on hold for a while and then told "ehhh, they're on their way now, sorry" Rubbish. Plus the food. Way too much stuff on the menu with crab sticks in them. In my opinion, in a sushi restaurant. One item with crab sticks is too much.

Good food, but they pushed back the first delivery time by 20mins, then recorded it as delivered 15/20mins before it actually arrived. I think it was due to traffic though, which isn't their fault. They did bring it though and it was tasty.

Tofo nigiri rolls were 2 cut in half to make 4 instead of sending me four. nigiri egg rolls had half as much rice as a usual roll. However the Pork bun was very tasty. Fast delivery also.

Best Ramen I have had in London!

Have never written a bad review before but i feel like i completely wasted my money. I ordered the green thai curry, as it was reviewed well. It looked exactly like bright green mushy peas, drenched in oil. Our family love green thai curry & ive never seen it look like this. The noodles were better but super oily again & bland chicken taste. My son ate the noodles but the 2 portions of green curry were binned. On a good note, delivery was quick & driver was friendly. Won't be ordering again.
